What can be found in a name:
Wilhelmina Rose White
When the day I was born:
31/10/1960
The Angels screamed:
Gregory and Rose White
And Hell shut its doors:
Timothy and Raphael White
While creatures retreated:
Two dogs and a ferret; obviously kept at home.
To depths unknown:
Muggle-Born
I hide from them:
Anywhere around Lucius Malfoy.
The Hogwarts Grounds at Night, especially if it happens to be raining.
At home, safe in her bed.
In the water, preferably safe water.
Be who they want to see:
Miss White isn't exactly known for her outstanding good looks. She isn't what most people would call ugly, but she isn't exactly the beauty of Gryffindor. However, she is known fairly well around Hogwarts, or at least her own house, for a few of her physical features. She is very small, both in height and size. The young girl stands around 4'9'', possibly an inch taller, and weighs about ninety eight pounds. Her short stature doesn't get her picked on as much as some other things, but there are a few select students that enjoy pointing out how different she is compared to most fifteen year old girls when it comes to her height. Her hair is probably what stands out the most about her when it comes to her appearance. Mina has long, dark brown hair that is very, very curly and occasionally somewhat big and poofy. These curls fall just below her shoulders, however her hair is much longer when it is wet and much more controllable.
Of course, Mina has less noticeable physical attributes as well. Mina has a very soft, round face that only adds to her young appearance, along with her big, brown eyes and child-like grin. Her skin is close to flawless, fortunately not yet enduring the hell of acne and only having a very few amount of dark freckles scattered randomly around her face, neck, and shoulders that seem to be more prominent during the summer months when she manages to darken her normally rather pale skin. Her body has just recently started to take on some feminine traits with the onset of puberty, giving her previously childlike figure some womanly curves. As for clothing, Mina usually goes for comfortable rather than fashionable when she isn't dressed in her uniform. However, she does enjoy occasionally dressing herself in girly outfits, though most of them aren't exactly considered normal among the rest of the female population at Hogwarts.
But that leaves no one:
To discover that inside:
Although Wilhelmina is often seen as the timid, shy type there are certain times when her personaility can change drastically. Depending upon her mood and the circumstances of the situation at hand Wilhelmina could be as outgoing, rude, or kind as the next person. She had hoped that during her time attending Hogwarts she would be able to keep a pretty low-key profile, meaning no one around would really know who Wilhelmina White was. Unfortunately, she has had a few out-bursts that kind of ruined that goal. So, instead of being seen as the rather normal, shy, timid girl she would of liked; people pretty much thought she is was little, well, out of her mind. Like every other normal person, although that isn't really a way someone would describe Mina, she has her quirks and habits.
Something she started a very young age was touching people's hair. Some wouldn't find that as odd as others, until they see her actually doing it. She isn't satisfied with a simple poke or rub, she has to actually run her fingers through a person's hair. Even though she has gotten herself injured once before because someone claimed she was 'invading their personal space', she continues to do it. Mina often claims that she has a slight problem with obsession over things and people. Although she has never been caught doing it, she can be a bit of a stalker. When she gets interested in a person (And no, this doesn't just mean she is 'attracted' to them. It could be a person she absolutely hates, they just have to be interesting), she has a tendency to want to follow them around and watch their every movement. Sure, it is creepy but it does teach her an awful lot about different types of people.
Something not nearly as strange as the others, but nearly more important than the two put together, is Mina's love for adventure. It's something that the young woman craves. To take a risk and see what comes out of a new situation. Although she does enjoy the small everyday adventures of life, Mina would much rather prefer something that could somehow be dangerous. The young girl is very ambitious, even though she tends to hide her biggest dreams from the people around here, not that most of them would care anyway.
This soulless being:

Magical Creatures
Sleeping
Lucius Malfoy
Not wearing shoes
Swimming

Fireflies
Romance
Lucius Malfoy
Is just as lost:
Frogs
The girls that hang around Mr. Malfoy
Heat
Shoes
Heights
Blood
Narcissa Black
As everyone else:
Magical Creatures
Motherly
Stalking (Small, quiet, unnoticeable due to unpopularity)
Curiosity
Brave
In a world that knows only hate:
Mr. Malfoy
Potions
Quidditch (or broomstick flying in general)
Blood
Divination
Heat (over-heats easily)
And causes pain for the soulless like me:
Previously had a whole family, but is now left with only her father due to a vehicular accident. She tells everyone she has both of her parents and two siblings.
Believes that she is completely and totally in love with Lucius Malfoy, and spends as much time sneaking around him as possible.
She generally keeps the fact that she is a muggle-born a secret, only a few select people know of her heritage.
They left me to die:
Rose Marie White (Mother; deceased)
Charles and Marie Williams (Grandparents; disown magical grandchild)
On a bed of roses:
George Vince White (Father; forty)
Blood seeping through:
Having a child with magical capabilities didn't go over so well with most of her mother's family, and a good portion of her father's. So unless it is absolutely necessary to tell anyone, her father usually keeps it to himself.
The satin sheets of fame:
Rather poor
What a bitter story of love:
Mina was the second child to Rose & George White. She was born three years after her oldest brother, Raphael, and was absolutely adored by the whole family. Her childhood was a very happy one, living in a large house in the country of England and playing all kinds of games with her older brother. When Mina was six, Raphael nine, their mother gave birth to another baby. Their little brother, Timothy, was born on June 2nd, and like Mina was as a child, he was adored. They were the perfect little family. A happily married couple with three beautiful, happy, healthy children living on a large ranch with all kinds of animals and chores to keep the children busy. Unfortunately, something always has to go wrong.
When Wilhelmina was ten, around Christmas time, her mother and siblings had gone out to search for gifts. It was dangerous enough driving on the old country road leading to her family's ranch at night, but the winter ice and snow made it even worse. Her mother was usual a very safe and careful driver, but of course that didn't mean that everyone was just as cautious. There was a thick sheet of black ice covering a large portion of the small hill that sloped downward from her family's small home. From what Wilhelmina had been told after the accident, there hadn't been much of a problem until her mother's car simply slid into a small, usually deserted, intersection just outside of their town. A speeding vehicle, coming from the east, hadn't reacted in time to the dark-colored color slowly moving through the intersection, and hit it at full speed. Both of her younger brothers were killed instantly, being on the side of the vehicle that was hit. Her mother, who they thought was going to make it through the traumatic accident, died a week later of complications after extensive surgery.
As bad as it was for Wilhelmina and her father after the accident, they had to go on living. It was later that year when Mina received the invitation letter from Hogwarts, and though her father was a bit hesitant to send his only daughter away to such a place, he couldn't refuse her. She seemed so honestly excited about something, and she hadn't been that way in a very long time. He knew that if he told her that she couldn't go because of his selfish, worrysome attitude it would break the little girl's heart all over again. So she went, and has spent the past three years of her life there and is now working on her fourth.
For a moment, and just for that moment, a heavy feeling of fear washed over Mina. It was appropriate, of course. This boy was much older than her, which meant he most likely knew a lot more when it came to dangerous spells and hexes. Not only that, but Malfoy was rather tall, at least compared to the tiny Gryffindor that was now protecting a first year who was even considerably taller than herself. Fortunately the fear had left her by the time her Slytherin friend had started talking toward her. With a roll of her dark eyes, Wilhelmina placed her hands on her hips. "How sad! Too bad I can't pity anyone who doesn't even have the nerve to pick on someone his own age, or size. You have to go find little first years who barely know how to protect themselves, so the chances of perfect little Luci getting injured in any way are extraordinarily low." she spoke harshly, with a slight hint of sarcasm in her voice.
"But, one of these days you are going to pick on the wrong person and end up getting your arm completely blown off, instead of just broken." As she spoke, her hand found it's way down into her pocket and pulled her trusty wand out, swishing it around a bit. "If you'd like I could do you the favor of removing that arm right now, saving you the embarrassment of getting injured by a child." her voice had changed rather drastically from a low harsh tone to a rather bouncy one, a tone of pure enjoyment. As Lucius claimed that they were only having a bit of harmless fun, Wilhelmina turrned to glance toward the young Gryffindor. With a curious eyebrow raised, she turned her attention back toward the Slytherrins. "Harmless fun, huh? Well how do you not know that the Gryffindors that broke your arm when you were young weren't just having a bit of harmless fun." she responded, mocking him. "Besides, I'd have to say that threatening to break a litte boy's brand new wand wouldn't be considered harmless at all. I do believe that is rather malicious."
"Then again, you are all Slytherins. I guess being malicious is just a default for you, hm? That's unfortunate." Her eyes focused on Lucius specially now. "Especially for you, Luci. It just rips at my soul to think about how perfect your physical appearance is and how it is regrettably paired with a personaility of a horrible nasty brute." she said dramatically, clutching at her chest and allowing her eyes to water just a tad bit. A moment later, a smile had formed on her pale lips. "Of course, your friends don't know about our secret relationship, I'm sure. They are completely unaware of how incredibly nice and kind you can be, and how you take it upon yourself to rub my feet every single night before and after dinner." All of this was, clearly, a lie. But just because Lucius knew it wasn't true didn't mean that his Slytherin buddies, the crowd that had formed, and with the first year Gryffindor knew it wasn't true.
Wilhelmina turned her head to look toward the fellow Gryffindor boy. "It might be best for you to go get your book and make your way back to your dormatory. It is getting late." With a grin, she turned her head toward Malfoy. For once she kept her mouth shut, too busy looking over his features to think of anything witty or clever to say. With a deep breath, Mina took a step away from the tall Slytherin. "I actually think it might be best for all us to get inside. Especially you, Luci. You have a job to get done if I remember correctly." With a laugh, her eyes glanced down toward her own barefeet, then back toward the Malfoy. She knew that she was no one important and that most likely not one person our here in the courtyard was going to listen to the strange girl without shoes on. But, she liked to imagine herself a prefect, or even Head Girl. Like that was ever going to happen.
