What can be found in a name:
Alice Shailyn Logan
When the day I was born:
11/05/1956
The Angels screamed:
Rupert and Merope Logan
And Hell shut its doors:
Saige Xenia Loga
While creatures retreated:
One snowy owl named Jinx.
To depths unknown:
Pure
I hide from them:
The Library, The Fields, Her Dormitory. The Gryfindor Common Room
Be who they want to see:
Alice was graced with natural mahogany colored hair, that can be straight from time to time, but is naturally wavy, her bangs always seem to frame her face perfectly. Her dark chocolate brown eyes are wise, and beautiful, they see and observe all. With a small nose and full soft lips, Alice Logan got truly lucky in the appearance department, yet she feels that her personality shines through everything she does. She obtains a slim, sleek body that moves gracefully. A rather average young woman when it comes to height, Alice comes to 5'5 with rather long legs. It makes up for the fact that she can be quite frail. Despite her height Alice Logan has always been a tough dueler with her wand. Her body language especially, anyone can tell when she is fierce, angry, tempered. Other times, her body gives away details of a soft spoken figure. She has a quidditch player's body, her father once reported, but Alice never got involved in the sport, merely a spectator. Her hands, small yet firm, have graced keys on a piano, as well as strings on a harp. Tough caluses reveal years of music practices, though her true passion will always lie with dueling, and books. There are scars along legs, from where she had fallen from a tree as a child, from stitch marks, merely memories from childhood.
But that leaves no one:
To discover that inside:
Ms. Logan is a quiet soul, an observer, a thinker. A scholar. A stubborn young woman with a fiery temper, and passionate ideals. Her passion is reading, and her favourite past time is reading Jane Austen novels under the big willow tree out in the fields, near the courtyard. Alice has a love of the outdoors, especially winter. All her life she had loved snow, the thought of it, the anticipation to get through the heated summer months and onto winter thrilled her as a child. Alice is a loving, caring person with a heart of gold, some could say. She can also, on the other hand, be argumentative, stubborn, and fiery. Fierce. Fiesty. Her closer friends who know Alice better would compare her to the last magnolia flower in the garden standing on a cold winter day: Beautiful, incandescently at peace, and troubled with the ways of time and life. She is the color to a black and white world, her mother could claim, proudly. No one can quite pin point Alice Logan's emotions, she hides them too well, too easily, as a child she was never nearly as social with other children as her sister seemed to be. This was a sure sign that Alice might have a hard time fitting into Hogwarts later in life. Luckily enough, Ms. Logan found her way. She created bonds with people that were as strong as to her best friend, her sister, Saige.

What a bitter story of love:
Alice Shailyn Logan was born in a little village in Brighton, England. The home she grew up in, the one where she would always be welcomed, was a beautiful two story Victorian home that had been passed down from Logan to Logan. Alice grew up in a world of dream, fantasy, reality and lots of books. Her father's study was where she learned some of the most valuable lessons, in the wizarding world. Alice's love of writing and literature started with a simple book from her da's study. Early on, Alice and her sister, Saige, had a bonding relationship unlike any other.Alice and Saige are two of a kind, yet completely different at the same time. Opposite forces on distinct sides of the spectrum. Saige is the more bold of the sisters, whereas Alice tends to keep to herself, and lets fate decide. There is also the icy relationship with her mother; Mrs. Logan wants only the best for her daughters, especially the oldest one. Alice and her mother have always clashed, and the main reason Ms. Logan will not go with her heart's desire on anything having to do with love, is because her mother would never allow such a thing. Once in Hogwarts, Alice took a firm intetrest in Divination, Charms, and Transfiguration. Studies took over her frame of mind from her very first year, to her current last year. With her sister and close friends near by as a support system, Alice Logan has had quite the life at Hogwarts. One young by the name Frank Longbottom got her interested in Dueling Club, which would trigger Ms. Logan's interests in becoming an Auror. She would never reveal her feelings for Frank to anyone but her sister, will Alice ever shove aside the fears and simply give in to her heart? Besides matters of the heart, Alice has always had a firm interest in education. From an early age her mother demanded only the best lessons for her two daughters. Piano, viola, harp for Alice, flute for Saige. At one point music was a serious part of Alice's life, until she realized that books took up most of her time. Books would always overcome, and eventually, Ms. Logan will make the decision to become an Auror, along side a Mr. Frank Longbottom. Her main passion, as time went on throughout Hogwarts to the present is magic, Transfiguration and DADR as well. Alice will learn what it takes to be a true trained witch, and the determination, along with courage that will help her throughout her training in the years to come.
Alice Logan did not know what to think when she stepped into Charms class her last first day of Hogwarts. Oh, how the years have flown by. One by one, monotonous, thrilling, exciting. Sitting down next to her usual partner, Frank Longbottom, Alice opened up her usual books and peered down at them. Over the years Frank had been her partner in nearly every class, mainly because of alphabetical order. Ms. Logan wouldn't have had it any other way. There was something about Frank, maybe the way he smiled crookedly at her, or the way he frequently blushed whenever he said something too bold. Of course, Alice would never admit to her feelings, after all, Frank assumed that Alice was too "good" for him, at least that was what Saige had reported to Alice that morning. Funnily enough Alice never saw herself as too good for anyone. She was as quiet as a mouse, observing, and wise. Hardly saying anything worth recording, in her own opinion, Alice was simply Alice Logan: the girl who never stops to question everything. After Charms class that day, Alice waited around while Frank piled his things together, she took a deep breath and walked with him out the door, turned her head, and spoke softly, "You know, you don't have to be silent around me, speak your mind, Frankie, dear" She teased with that charming smile, her eyes gleamed, and Alice Logan realized that she had just started a beautiful, long lasting bondship.
