Be who they want to see:
Narcissa, or Cissa for short, is the second tallest Black daughter, beating Meda by half an inch. This means that Cissa stands at 5 feet, 7 inches tall and is considerably tall for a girl of only fifteen. However, Cissa is a disproportional girl with long, skinny legs and arms, a practically flat chest, and a weight that is dangerously low. She weighs an unhealthy 105 lbs, whereas a girl her height and age should weigh twenty more pounds. Cissa blames it on her recent growth spurt that only affect her arms and legs; the rest of her body is catching up, but rather slowly. She isn't too fond of her new, rather lanky body and wishes she had curves like her other two sisters. But if one was to watch Narcissa's eating habits, they'd assume the girl is purposely making herself thin. She eats little amounts of food at a time, about half of what others would eat.
One thing Narcissa loves about herself is her eyes. They're very blue, and unlike Andromeda's classic dark eyes, Narcissa's are bright and could give someone who looked deep into them the chills. Her eyes are the same shape as her sisters, though hers are noticeably different. It is hard to find emotion in Narcissa's eyes since they're so blue and cold looking, and Narcissa is proud of that. But like the meaning of her name states, Narcissa loves how she looks, aside from the whole lanky part.
A huge difference about Narcissa that separates her from her sisters is the fact that her hair is so blond, its almost white. Its a Black characteristic to have dark, thick hair, so it has been utterly confusing for Narcissa to wonder where and how she was given such fair hair. Not that she minds it of course; anything that is different from her sister is acceptable. Moving on, Narcissa's skin is also rather fair, making her a target for sunburns in the summer. She tends to stay covered up when the sun is high, thus leaving her with a pale complexion year round.
But that leaves no one:
To discover that inside:
Narcissa is the definition of a spoiled child. From her expensive clothing to the way she carries herself with grace, Narcissa definitely flaunts it all. She's become quite conceited; always talking about herself and has to look at herself every time she passes a mirror. She's selfish as well which isn't surprising, especially since she is the youngest of three. Narcissa is also self-centered but that came along with being selfish and conceited. She cares deeply about her appearance, so Narcissa is one to constantly be changing articles of clothing up to four or five times a day.
Now that she is fifteen (ok, so fifteen in October), Narcissa is growing more and more into a young lady however she is currently in her teenage terror mode. She's begun to rebel at home such as going against her parent's orders or doing things that would make her sisters angry. But Narcissa doesn't care; she wants to do things her way. No, she isn't becoming dangerous like Bellatrix, or trying to 'be different' like Andromeda, she's just being a typical teenager. However, it would have to be Bellatrix that seems to be able to control her, or more of Narcissa seems to listen to her the most. Sure, taking advice from the one who enjoys torturing others isn't exactly the best decision or influence, but Narcissa hasn't figured that out yet. But besides being rebellious and having an attitude, Narcissa has acquired a rather callous trait towards those that are not 'her kind'. She has a very low tolerance for those who do not believe in blood purity or even those who do not see eye-to-eye with her.
However, there is a soft side to Narcissa that isn't shown too often to others expect her family. The fifteen-year-old is rather caring about the loved ones around her, and always tries to please them. Sure, it may sound contradictory that she is rebelling, but deep down she would never do anything that would potentially harm those she cares about, physically or emotionally. Her family means everything to her and she grew up with a strong connection to those within the Black family. She has been torn about the path Sirius has chosen, as well as her parents damaged marriage. These problems within her family have caused Narcissa more stress that what she truly needs, but somehow she has been able to put on a facade and move on with life.
This soulless being:
Is just as lost:
As everyone else:
In a world that knows only hate:
And causes pain for the soulless like me:
They left me to die:
grandmother, widowed.
two aunts and one uncle.
three cousins, one boy, two female.
On a bed of roses:
one aunt and one uncle.
two cousins.
two grandparents.
two great aunts.
Blood seeping through:
Narcissa's mother no longer loves her father, and it is apparent since the two no longer share a bedroom. Her father still deeply cares for her mother, however Narcissa's mother is only acting in her own best interest, not that of her husband.

What a bitter story of love:
On the night of October 10th, 1960, three minutes before midnight, Druella and Cygnus Black welcomed their third child and daughter, Narcissa Elladora Black. She was named after a Greek mythological god, and her middle name was to honor her great-great aunt. Her parents were thrilled to have had another daughter, although Cygnus was hoping to have had a boy. However, the new addition did not disappoint him. Narcissa was a beautiful blond baby with hair so fair it appeared as though she was bald. Her two older sisters, Bellatrix and Andromeda were dark haired, so it was only a matter of time before Narcissa's hair began to change.
Though as little Cissa grew, her hair did not change. What did however, was how she was treated around the home. It was obvious she was her father's little girl, and Cissa would always run to him when her sisters were being mean. But Narcissa would not want it any other way: growing up with two sisters always gave Narcissa something to do. She enjoyed following each of them around, causing trouble and blaming it on them. Being that she was the yongest, Narcissa was able to get away with a lot of things, or blame her wrong doings on the other two. Having her sisters around was one way to escape the large, quiet home.
When Bellatrix had received her Hogwarts letter, Narcissa was extremely jealous. She could not understand why she, too, could not go to Hogwarts with Bella. She had been angry for quite some time and took most of her aggression out on her dolls. After getting over the fact that she wasn't going to be attending Hogwarts for another two years, Narcissa began getting closer to Andromeda, much to her parents delight. Narcissa had always spent more time with Bellatrix but now that she was not home, Narcissa was able to develop a stronger relationship with Meda.
But then it was time for Andromeda to go to Hogwarts. Again, Narcissa was rather upset that she would be left at home, bt her parents did a good job at keeping her occupied. Her mother would bring her to her social events and on shopping trips. Narcissa also spent a great deal of time with her cousin Sirius. The two were the same age, and both would be going to Hogwarts together. In this time, Narcissa was probably spoiled the most more than she had ever. With both sisters gone, her parents felt bad that their youngest was alone. They gave her gifts for no reason, allowed her to do things her sisters weren't allowed to do at that age, and pretty much have free reins with what she wanted to do.
Finally, Narcissa was able to enjoy the same experiences that her sisters had had. Surprisingly though, when it was time for Cissa to leave, she was upset to leave home. But once she was on the train with her sisters, Narcissa became excited. She didn't listen to the horror stories her sisters told; they were just trying to scare her. The first time she had seen the castle it took her breath away, it was amazing. She was in awe as she was led into the castle with her new classmates and her eyes were wide at everything she saw. Once it was time for the sorting ceremony, Narcissa became nervous once again. What happened if she hadn't made Slytherin? Would her parents disown her? When her name had been called, the hat had just touched her head when it announced her house, Slytherin. Narcissa was relieved to say the least and joined her sisters at the table. But utter bewilderment hit her when Sirius had been sorted into Gryffindor. Narcissa had looked at her sisters for answers, though they seemed just as surprised. Narcissa was heartbroken for she knew what was to happen to Sirius within the family. Luckily, it wasn't going to happen to Narcissa. No, she was safe. She was a Slytherin.
Narcissa was positive that her legs were now numb since the bitter cold and harsh wind was not felt on her legs anymore. She kept her chin buried beneath the collar of her pea coat and relied on her Slytherin scarf to keep the wind from stinging her pink cheeks. The girl knew that today was not the most perfect day to send a letter, however it had to be done. She had put off sending a letter home to her parents for quite some time, and she wouldn't hold it against her mother to send a howler after her forgetful daughter. But why did Narcissa choose today of all days to venture out into the cold, snowy grounds of Hogwarts? She mentally kicked herself for not sending the letter out sooner.
It seemed as though the walk to the owlery was taking forever, when generally it was a short, five minute walk from the castle. Narcissa looked dow at the ground as she walked, too cold to move her head and too nervous about tripping on something covered by snow. There wasnt too much snow on the ground; about two inches or three. But there was enough for her to leave an impression with her shoes as she walked, and the constant crunching noise of the snow beneath her feet reassured her that winter was finally here. Though it had stopped snowing the day before, the temperature was below freezing and no melting of the snow had occurred. If all of January was to be like this, then Ms. Narcissa Black was surely going to relocate to somewhere warmer. Yes, thats what she was going to do! Her parents would understand completely of course, so there would be no real reason to tell them.
Cissa snapped back to reality when she finally reached the steps that led up to the owlery. But to her dismay, the stairs that were leading up were covered with snow, and she could see a small layer of ice beneath the snow. She removed her gloved hands from her coat pocket and had her letter in hand. She looked down at her impeccable calligraphy that spelt out her parents name. There was no need for an address; owls were smart and knew they're way around England. Besides, could owls even read? Narcissa didn't think so.
She sighed as she began ascending the stairs, holding on to the stone railing as though her life depended on it. Narcissa took each step with great caution, knowing that a single slip on the icy stairs would send her tumbling down. Quite frankly, Narcissa wasn't in the mood to have to pick herself up and heal any potential scrapes she had endured. But once she was at the top, Narcissa proceeded to open the door that led to the circular room full of owls. The room had been filthy with dirt and owl droppings and it was enough to make Narcissa want to vomit. This is why she never wanted to venture out and mail a letter; having letters delivered to her was much better, and sanitary. She found an owl that appeared to have the stamina and endurance that it would take to fly the long distance to England, and soon enough (and after a large piece of bread) the owl was on its way. Now all Narcissa needed to do was hurry back to the castle where it was warm and dry. Her bed in particular was calling her name.
