Well my lovelies! First things first, Happy New Year! I hope you all had a smashing Christmas and an excitable new year. Of course, if you'd attended the Val'Lauren Christmas do, then I'm sure your Christmas was a bit of a let down, as was mine. There was so much hype for the party to live up to, there were so many previous parties the pure Val'Lauren's had hosted, but last years Christmas Party? What an absolute disaster. So far this new school term, I haven't seen David around at all, no doubt he's hiding his head in absolute shame. The oh so cocky young heir humiliated at the let down of his party. Clearly no one in their right mind will be attending next year.
Also another household that held a party shortly after Christmas, was the Monroe's, and although yours truly did not attended, it was far more impressive than that of the Val'Laurens, then again, from what I shortly witnessed at the Val'Lauren's prestigious household, there was never going to be much competition.
For those of you that spent your Christmas surrounded by loved ones and didn't attend either party, I hope your Christmas was one of peace and enjoyment, the same goes for all of those that spent their holidays this year, at Hogwarts. There's no place like school, eh?
Still, Christmas parties weren't all that were going on, I have a special little interview for all my fans, from one Remus J. Lupin of Gryffindor house. I hope all you Lupin fans enjoy this, there's some very tantalising news involved!

So Remus, thank you for this interview, my readers are certainly going to appreciate this one. ell me about you and Miss Saige Logan, what's been going on between the two of you? You have been seen together fairly often recently, is it an official relationship?
Remus Lupin
I found out that Miss Logan..had a bit of trouble with a certain subject. She's told me this in confidence, because she didn't want anyone to know I was tutoring her. I can imagine one would feel a little.. ashamed when asking for help, but there is really no need for that. Well, either way, I tutored her a few evenings, she's doing much better and I think she'll continue to do great on her own. I have no romantic interest in Miss Logan whatsoever. I would never date her, for no price in the world. She means nothing. Just an acquaintance.

How did you and Saige Logan meet?
RL
We've been in the same house and year for five years - what do you think? We share classes. I never paid much attention to her, really, until it became apparent she needed tutoring in DADA, so I tutored her.
GQ
Would you class yourselves as friends?
RL
Acquaintances, I haven't had any contact with her apart from the tutoring sessions and I'm quite sure we won't be in touch anymore now those are over.
GQ
What was your first reaction to her asking for help?
RL
I agreed, of course. I know how frustrating it is when you're failing a class and you don't know how to improve.
GQ
Why did you agree to help?
RL
Because she asked. Why wouldn't I agree to help?
GQ
Now, all my readers and all your fans are dying to know, have you ever kissed her, and I want the truth Mister Lupin?
RL
Never. And never will.
GQ
Have you got your eye on any other girl?
RL
No. And they don't have eyes on me too, so that is rather convenient.
GQ
Is there anyone special in your life?
RL
Not in the way you're thinking, anyway. My friends are more important than anything in the world.
GQ
What was your relationship with Monoceros Dolohov?
RL
We're both Prefects, she lend me some books I needed for an essay, that's as far as formality goes.
GQ
How did you two meet?
RL
Prefect rounds, really, I suppose. I don't really remember, it was probably uneventful.
GQ
What happened to your relationship?
RL
[...]we never had one.
GQ
Those scars on your body, are you proud of them? (Yes ladies, mister Lupin has scars all over his body and yours truly has had the pleasure of seeing them)
RL
Consider the amount of turtlenecks I wear and then think again before asking.
GQ
How did you get them?
RL
My mother and I got in an accident when I was younger. I don't like talking about it, my mother is permanently damaged, it is a delicate matter and this is all I'm going to say about it.
GQ

So there you have it ladies, Remus is single, never had a relationship with the younger Miss Logan or the eldest Dolohov daughter and has a damaged childhood in need of repair by someone with a soft and understanding heart, even though he may bot admit he needs it, I saw that look in his eyes just begging for some companionship, for a true woman he could talk to, to talk his secrets through with.
