Clothing: click meeeeTag: Kat/Bianca Ah school. It was finally back in session and Lena was actually pretty ok with that. She spent the whole summer sending letters back and forth with Remus after the stay at his house, hanging out in London with a boy she’d met, a muggle named Kat, and then the rest of the time was spent dancing. The summer had actually been really amazing and she would miss hanging out with Kat a little bit but it was nice to be back at school surrounded by all of her friends that she hadn’t been able to see. Though the thing with Sirius was still unresolved, which hurt her heart a little bit because she did really like him and didn’t like not being able to just talk to him. They were friends before their emotions got in the way and she really did miss that friendship. Lena silently resolved that she would talk to him soon and try to figure out where they stood and if he could stand being around her anymore.
She yawned as she headed down to the Great Hall for breakfast. Thankfully she didn’t have classes till the afternoon this year. Lena really enjoyed that news but she still ended up getting up and awake early in the morning as always. Sometimes she really hated her habit of getting up early and being unable to fall back asleep when she realized she could sleep in. That habit was why she was currently awake and dressed in the schools uniform and heading to the Great Hall to go eat breakfast. She dodged the staircases that were moving and continued down to the first floor from the Gryffindor tower. She was pretty hungry and she really wanted some food and soon. Her skirt swished about her legs as she walked, fixing her tie as she went, having gotten used to never wearing one while school was out. Oh well.
Lena finally got to the Great Hall and walked in with a smile and a wave and some of the people that were down there who she knew and was slight friends with. Remus wasn’t down yet but that meant he was either trying to sleep in, or was off reading somewhere. There was no telling. She got to the Gryffindor table and sat down gently before reaching for some toast and juice, digging in when she was all ready. She hadn’t yet noticed the familiar but not supposed to be there face, over at the other House table.

It hadn't taken Kat long to get used to Hogwarts. Honestly now - he made friends easily, he wasn an easy-going fellow, and he liked meeting new people, so that was all good. He was also all too aware, though, that Lena would be there, and he wasn't sure how to break the news there. Another part of him was convinced that he'd better do it sooner rather than later, so he was just looking for an opportunity. Or, rather, looking for Lena. The crowds at Hogwarts were vast and Lena wasn't the tallest of people.. Then again, he didn't want to make it seem as though he had been looking for her. After all, he wasn't supposed to know she went here. He'd have to run into her 'by accident' (but soon!) and then they could both have a laugh about it. They had thought they were both muggles, right? Of course they hadn't told. It would be a mighty nice coincidence, wouldn't it? They'd all laugh about it, he was sure, but then why was he feeling so nervous?
Katsurou knew why. He had had such a great time with Lena in London and he hated lying to her. Of course he was going to clear up the oh-we're-both-wizards-what-a-coincidence bit but of course then there was the marriage bit. The thing that bugged him most was that he liked her a lot, honestly, really, but did she like him? And liking was hardly enough basis for a marriage, was it? Oh, to hell with it. He wasn't going to think about that again. He was just going to let things run its course. For now, though.. he was going to have to find her first. That's right - small steps.
He entered the great hall and quietly blessed the idea to give every house its own table. Grabbing some random breakfast from the Hufflepuff table, he had his eyes glued to the Gryffindor table and smiled as he spotted Lena after a few minutes. He ate slowly, not paying attention to his food. He'd bump into her on his way out or something. Once he'd broken the ice things would go smoother.

Clothing: click meeeeTag: Kat/Bianca Lena looked up at the sky of the Great Hall, checking the weather for a moment. She raised an eyebrow and then smiled when she saw that it was sunny outside. That meant she could go out and be in the warm sun for a while, soaking up the last few drops of summer, before she had to worry about getting to classes later on. She was in a good bit of the advanced placement classes but not all of them, thankfully. That might just drive her insane if she had all of those to do every day with homework. That would just be too much for almost anyone to handle.
She finished off her two slices of toast that she had initially gotten when she sat down as well as her juice. With breakfast done, now she could go outside and laze about in the sun with the book she had tucked into her ever present bag. Lena stood up and, just for good measure on being satisfied with breakfast, stole another piece of toast and took a small bite from it as she started walking out of the hall, her bag making a soft thud against her hip as she walked. Her legs were short and she often compensated them by walking fairly quickly so she could get to places on time. Tardiness was just not an option with her. As she headed toward the double doors of the Great Hall she noticed someone at the Hufflepuff table that looked a bit like the guy she had met and became friends with over the summer. Kat. But it was impossible. He had been a muggle, right? She looked at the boy one more time before continuing toward the door, deciding she could figure it out later as breakfast was not the place for moments like that.

Kat looked up when a red-and-gold blur moved in the corner of his eye. Oh, damn - she was leaving. His brow furrowed a little as it seemed that she was looking at him, but still she walked on. Or maybe she had been looking at someone else? Katsurou sincerely hoped so - he didn't like the idea of Lena recognising him and walking on as though she didn't care. In a split-second decision, he stumbled out of the bench and ran after her, having a 'now-or-never' moment. "Lena!" As he caught up with her he laughed a little nervously. "Oh, Merlin - it is you, thank the Gods," he panted, still catching his breath. "It would've been so embarrassing if it had been someone else-!"
[Short, I know, but Kat was being an arse to me.]

Clothing: click meeeeTag: Kat/Bianca Lena heard stumbling behind her but she ignored it, thinking it was just some really tired student being clumsy with the benches. It was fairly possible considering she'd seen it happen with a few of the other students. Just because she woke up and was forever wide awake after that didn't mean others weren't. It generally was an amusing site to see but Lena wasn't really in the mood to watch someone fall on their face this morning unless it was one of her boys, the Marauders, and she knew it wasn't one of them stumbling because they weren't even in the Great Hall at the moment.
Then she heard running, toward her even, and she instinctively turned and shifted slightly, encase the person was running at her to hurt her. She blinked at the person who was coming at her, recognizing it as the one she had noticed looked like Katsurou but couldn't possibly be him because Kat didn't have magic. Did he? Her eyes were focused on him as he finally got to her, then started talking. Those chocolate eyes started to turn into saucers as she realized that this really was the boy she had spent most of her summer hanging out with, and she had had no idea he was a wizard. Her eyes started to slide into a glare as she reached forward and grabbed his tie. "Kat. You have some explaining to do." But she wasn't about to have this discussion in front of the dozens of Hogwarts students who were already watching them curiously.
Using his tie she attempted to drag him out of the Great Hall, though she knew he wouldn't be moving unless he chose to. Once outside and where no one would really pay attention to them she turned and left go of his tie, facing him again. "Why didn't you tell me! Two months of hanging out, even dancing together, and you never told me THIS was the school you were worried about getting in?" She felt a little hurt that he hadn't trusted her with his secret. Though it was a bit hypocritical as she hadn't done it either. Lena punched his shoulder slightly, shoulders sagging a little bit. "You could have told me."

The relief he had felt when it was confirmed he was actually chasing Lena and not another Asian girl (which really would've been embarrassing!), faded when he noticed the lack of enthusiasm with which she greeted him (not to mention the physical grabbing of his tie). Kat pulled a face as she glared at him. "Kat. You have some explaining to do." He was all to aware of people watching, but part of him didn't seem to care a lot as he stammered some badly-formulated excuses while Lena dragged him away.
"Why didn't you tell me! Two months of hanging out, even dancing together, and you never told me THIS was the school you were worried about getting in?" Kat didn't have to pretend to feel sorry - he did. She punched his shoulder, but it lacked in visciousness. "You could have told me." "I would've," was the first thing he said. "You think I would've kept it from you if I'd known you go here?" Oh, that was a big, big fat lie, because he had known she went to Hogwarts. He had known they'd bump into each other. He had had ages to think about a gallant way to go about this conversation and not only had it gone wrong, he was also lying to her and he really did like her. But he could just ignore he had known. If he just pretended that everything was like she believed, it could be some sort of truth. He didn't want to admit that his parents wanted him to marry her, knowing Lena (and he felt that he knew her pretty well by now) she would only be even angrier with him. No, he didn't want that. If they were to fall in love in any way, he wanted her to believe he hadn't planned it. "But still.. it's great we're both here, yeah?"

Clothing: click meeeeTag: Kat/Bianca Lena still wasn’t all that happy that he hadn’t told her. But she really couldn’t say anything because she hadn’t told him either and she felt a bit hypocritical about all of it and that just wasn’t a great feeling. She had originally rolled her eyes as he tried to make hurried excuses while she tugged him by his tie away from everyone else. But now she listened to him because she did like him as a good friend and she also couldn’t fault him for doing what every wizard was supposed to do when they met a stranger. Hiding all connections to magic. "I would've," was the first thing he said. "You think I would've kept it from you if I'd known you go here?" Her gaze focused on him. “I would hope you would have told me.” She puffed out a tiny air of sadness/annoyance. “I can’t tell you I’m happy about this, but I guess I can understand why you didn’t tell me. I didn’t tell you either, when you get right down to it.” Lena was so innocent and trusting of him, she couldn’t even tell he was lying to her about having not known she was there. She didn’t have the slightest hint that all of their friendship was a lie. If she had…..let’s just say it wouldn’t be very pretty.
She couldn’t help but smile slightly though as he seemed to almost be begging her for forgiveness with his eyes, along with just being happy to see her. It didn’t hurt her ego that he wanted to make everything right. “I guess it is. You still owe me though.” She emphasized her statement by poking him in the chest lightly with her index finger.

Kat wished he could've told her, but that would've meant admitting he knew she went to Hogwarts and that would mean even more explaining and, very probably, a huge fight. Katsurou didn't like fighting. It wasn't that he hated confrontation, he just didn't like how people sometimes said things they regretted when angry. He was glad Lena at least took the time to listen to him - he had heard from some fellow-students how hotheaded Gryffindors could be (although, admittedly, he liked the trait in Lena - just not against him). “I would hope you would have told me. I can’t tell you I’m happy about this, but I guess I can understand why you didn’t tell me. I didn’t tell you either, when you get right down to it.” Kat nodded a little, feeling terrible, but trying to hide it as best as he could. He really didn't like lying, and his discomfort showed on his face, but Lena would probably think it was because of the situation in general - not because he was lying.
Their friendship wasn't a lie, though. If there was truth in anything Kat had done and said to Lena, it was that their friendship was genuine. He really did like her. She was a fun, passionate girl he could relate to. If they went further, that would be great, but at this moment Katsurou was also just happy to be friends with her. Screw his parents if they were going to make him marry someone, but he was not going marry Lena against her will - he liked her far too much for that.
He was glad when she at least admitted it was nice to both be here instead of being apart. Still, he reluctance made him doubt. Was she possibly ashamed of him or something? Was she different here than she had been in London this summer? If so, how different? Still, for now, he was glad and smiled. “You still owe me though.” He grinned slightly at her poke, glad they were back in a joking-sort-of-atmosphere. "You bet I do. So what do I do to set this right?"

Clothing: click meeeeTag: Kat/Bianca Lena studied him for a moment, lifting her hand to her lips to tap her index fingertip against them, making it look as if she was contemplating something for a long time. “Well, firstly….I was sugar quills. Lots of sugar quills.” She nodded her head, figuring that would be a good place to start considering her addiction to the sweet confections. Well that and the fact that she hadn’t been able to buy any to bring with her and they were a must have for her to study with. Yes, that would be the first demand. “I’ll think up more things later for you to do to make it up to me.” She tried to keep her gaze stern but it was losing out considering she really was happy her friend from home was actually in the school she was. It was unexpected and such, but now it was quite welcome. She wouldn’t have to hide herself from Katsurou anymore, and Lena really couldn’t be happier about that.
She had noticed the look of worry still in the backs of his eyes and rolled hers slightly, still smiling, before stepping forward and wrapping her arms around his waist gently, giving him a hug to let him know she actually had forgiven him, but she needed to pick on him a little longer to get over it completely. Lena tilted her head back to look up into his face to say, “Welcome to Hogwarts, Kat. I hope you’ll like it.” And with that she stepped back again, having only been giving him a hug anyway before looking him over. “Do you not have any classes things morning then?”

Kat allowed himself to grin a little as Lena pretended to think for a long time. The fighting was over, right? He was allowed to grin. “Well, firstly….I was sugar quills. Lots of sugar quills.” His eyebrows rose, as he was unfamiliar with the candy. Of course they had wizarding candy back where he came from, but that was on the other side of the world, really, and they hardly even used quills. "Anything you want, just let me know where I can get them," he said with a bit of a chuckle, having a rather accurate mental image of what the candy would look like, but having no idea where to acquire it.
He grinned wider when she announced she'd come up with more things later. "Anything for the charming lady," he said with a wink. "Just say the word." Maybe he had a slightly flirtatious nature, but there was nothing wrong with that, was there? Flirting was just fun and besides, as he had noticed over the summer, Lena responded to it in the way he liked most. She didn't start blushing all over and batting her eyelashes. He liked girls with a little more fire, both as friends and girlfriends.
Smiling, he hugged her back when she hugged him. The contact wasn't weird; they had danced, after all, even though dancing was very different when it came to bodily contact (it could be very intimately physical and mental, but didn't have to mean anything romantic in his eyes - just a shared passion for the dance). He laughed a little at her word of welcome. "I'm sure I'll like it all the better now that it means you'll be around." “Do you not have any classes things morning then?” He shook his head. "Was supposed to, but then it turned out the class clashed with another, so they're changing the schedule like mad." He grinned slightly. "So, yeah - I'm all yours, unless you do have class."

Clothing: click meeeeTag: Kat/Bianca Lena couldn’t help but blink and raise an eyebrow. “You don’t know what sugar quills are? They’re only the most awesome candy ever. It’s sad, but I’m truly addicted to them. I wasn’t able to get any before coming to school so, you get to buy me some from Hogsmeade whenever we have a free weekend there.”
She rolled her eyes but smiled. “I don’t know about ‘lady’ but I’ll make sure to make a list of the things you can do for me, once I figure them out.” Flirting with Katsurou was just so easy. He would flirt with her and she’d be able to flirt back without worrying that he thought she was serious. They didn’t have that kind of relationship. Or, at least, that’s how Lena saw it.
She laughed and smiled, shaking her head at him. “Always the charmer, aren’t you? You’re going to be quite the heartbreaker around here. Just be careful. Some of the girls around this place are pretty vicious when they want to be.” She had certainly seen it first hand, watching the stupid girls who had thought to win Sirius’ heart. She still didn’t understand why they had thought they could change him. Lena cared about Siri and wanted to be with him, but she didn’t want to change who he was. Which, Lena thought, was part of the problem between them more than likely. Maybe they could solve that issue soon. She really hoped so.
Lena nodded. “Ah. I’m sure they’ll figure all that out soon. Though it’s unusual they made that mistake in the first place. And nope, no classes till this afternoon. I was actually heading outside when you ran over. Would you like to come with?”

Kat couldn't help but grin. Lena raising an eyebrow looked just adorable. "No," he admitted. "Never heard of them, but that's fine, because now I have a reason to get them for you and try them, don't I?" If there was anything Katsurou wasn't afraid of, it was trying new things. He won't be so brave anymore after a bag of every flavour beans, I reckon! "You make your list," he said with a bit of a grin. "I challenge you." Although the whole marriage-plan his parents had come up with was in the back of his mind, Kat didn't want to think about it now. This harmless flirting was too much fun, their friendship was too much fun to try and ruin it. No. Kat didn't want to lie anymore. He was going to be her friend, and if something came out of it - all the better. It probably meant he was going to disappoint his family, but at the moment, his family was far away, and Lena was right here.
“Always the charmer, aren’t you? You’re going to be quite the heartbreaker around here. Just be careful. Some of the girls around this place are pretty vicious when they want to be.” He laughed a little. "I'll keep that in mind, although I thought I should maybe make some more friends first before I make some enemies." He didn't expect girls to be much different from back in Japan. Of course there was the cultural difference, but in the end.. weren't they all the same species?
He nodded a little when Lena said it was unusual for the staff to make such a mistake. "I suppose so. They said something about someone switching last-minute, so I suppose it's not really their fault, either." "I was actually heading outside when you ran over. Would you like to come with?" He nodded. "Sure, I haven't really seen the outside yet and I know I'm the one owing you favours instead of the other way round, but care to show me round then?"

Clothing: click meeeeTag: Kat/Bianca “That you do. You better hope you have enough money to keep me satisfied in sugar quills for a long time.” His grin really was adorable. Lena definitely liked hanging out with Kat. Having spent the summer together for the most part had been really fun. And she actually was glad they were at the same school, even if she didn’t like how she’d found out. She grinned and put on a haughty look while saying, “You asked for it,” before laughing, finding it funny that they were making it into a ‘challenge’ of sorts.
Lena smiled slightly. “I’m sure you’ll make friends pretty quickly. But there is probably some basics you need to know. Slytherin are not good. They’re conniving, snobs, and basically just a huge bunch of jerks. The Ravenclaws are the really smart ones generally, thought that don’t always like to talk to other students. Hufflepuffs, your house, is generally the really nice ones. Maybe not always the smartest, no offence, but nice. And Gryffindors….well we’re supposed to be the bravest but we just seem to have the most parties.” She shrugged, still smiling. “So you’re pretty much guaranteed to make friends in at least three out of the four houses.”
“Ah. That explains it. They’ll get it all solved for you.” Lena smiled. “Alright. I don’t mind showing you around ‘more’ places.” She was teasing, reminding him of how she had to show him all over London so he wouldn’t get lost. There had been a few times that they had gotten lost, mostly because she got turned around, but not nearly as much as they would have if he had been the one leading. She walked away to the front doors and pushed one of them open before looking back at him. “Well? Are you coming?”

He laughed out loud. "I'll be sure to keep you satisfied," Kat replied with a wink that would not have been unworthy of Sirius Black. "And not just because I can ask my parents to exchange me more money in order to get you sugar-high." It was so easy, how they just fell together and conversed and laughed - like a puzzle. Kat could not back down from a challenge, it just made him feel.. well - challenged! His first response to 'you can't do this' would be 'just watch me' - even if turned out he couldn't in the end, he would at least have tried. He chuckled at Lena's 'haughty'-act. She couldn't pull it off, in his eyes. Then again, maybe he just knew her too well to be able to believe she could ever be haughty.
He nodded and listened to her explanation of the houses. Katsurou hadn't really known what the houses were for because, stupidly, he had tried to get to know one or two things about the UK (language, history, manners etc.) but not about his school. Kat had figured it was just a school and would be like any school - boy was he wrong! He grinned widely. "Good to know I already have a friend in the party-house, then," he said teasingly. Kat liked parties, as long as they were pleasant.
“Well? Are you coming?” Was he coming? Of course he was! "I'd race you, but I don't know whereto," he replied with a grin, jogging a few steps to catch up with Lena. This was going well, so far, he thought. They were still friends, Lena was showing him around (which was seemed to become a 'type scene' for them, but that just meant it was pleasantly familiar) - things were going well. He shivered a little when they came outside, but was not actually cold. It was just the transition from warm-inside to chilly-outside. "I must say," he commented as he walked down the steps leading up to the entrance, following Lena, "this is one hell of a location. Amazing."

Clothing: click meeeeTag: Kat/Bianca Lena laughed out loud, thinking about Sirius and remembering how flirty the other Gryffidror was as he said that. “Good luck trying. It’s very hard trying to keep me satisfied for very long.” She arched an eyebrow at him in teasing for that one. "And not just because I can ask my parents to exchange me more money in order to get you sugar-high." She snickered. “So you use daddy’s money to get things? I thought you said you wanted to get away from them? Then again that might have been part of the ‘being a muggle’ lie.” She shrugged, not really minding. She was a little jealous that he had his parents but that was normal. She was also happy for him that he still had both of his. Lena quickly dropped the haughty act as he laughed at her, laughing as well because she knew she’d failed at it pretty well. She just wasn’t good at pretending to be who she wasn’t.
She smiled and raises an eyebrow. “Bet you expect me to invite you to all our further parties, don’t you?” Lena wouldn’t mind, and would probably invite him anyway. Maybe she could even find him someone to set him up with? It was an interesting idea, though she would probably let him try and find a girlfriend on his own before she tried to find him a girl.
She rolled her eyes but grinned. “We’ll have plenty of time for races once you know your way around. There really aren’t that many places outside.” They walked out together; her looking around slightly to see if anyone else was out and about outside yet. So far she didn’t see anyone but that might change soon enough. She nodded in agreement at his comment and compliment to the school. “It really is nice out here. In the winter it’s almost always covered in snow and there’s lots of snowball fights and snowmen and everything else. It’s cold, but I love it.”
