No one's asking to go dancing its not like that anymore Its romantic if they mean it when they shut your fingers in the door Its a gory sort of story that's been told a hundred times before It gets tricky don't be picky if the slipper fits you wear it whore [The Dresden Dolls]
Kat was strolling his way through London. His family had figured that all he really needed was a home in the UK and London was the easiest as a) Lena lived there, b) it was easy-pease to get on the train to Hogwarts from there. Besides.. it wasn't like they had to watch their wallets in fear of going bankrupt or anything. Ergo: Katsurou had been living in his new appartment for a week now and he rather liked it. The advert he had reacted to had said 'f/f s/c flat, mod cons, ch, n/s any sex, £1,200 pcm' and for so short an ad, it really was not bad at all. It had indeed been fully furnished, and stylishly to boot, so that there was nothing Kat had wanted to throw out. It was self containing, which gave him a very independent sort of feeling, and for a flat in the very centre of London, it certainly was filled with all modern conveniences. As Kat was a non smoker and his finances had allowed him to rent it, he had taken it right away without even considering any other places the city had to offer. This would do. But when in London, do as the Londoners - there is more to do than just sit in your fancy appartment and wait for the summer to pass. So here he was, exploring the neighbourhood, so to speak. After climbing up his appartment building to view the city from the roof, trying to find interesting places where he wanted to go among the specks in his view, Katsurou had decided to explore the rest of London by foot rather than from a roof.
His conclusion: London was nice. It was enough of a metropolis to be exciting and new around any corner, but somehow not busy enough to get on his nerves (though Kat wasn't sure how he'd think about that particular point once the novelty wore off). As he had been walking through London all day, he decided to try and find something of a cafe to grab a light lunch or something. Couldn't explore your new home on an empty stomach, after all. Sitting down just inside so that he could still look out the window and enjoy the view, he waited for a waiter or waitress to notice him. He was not in a hurry.
[Edit due to the fact there was no London Eye back then xD Dorcy was kind enough to point it out. I blame Dr Who for mixing up my timelines. (A)]

Clothing: click meeeeeIt was weird being back home, Lena decided. She had unpacked all of her things the first day back, to give her something to do, and then she just puttered around. There was nothing to do at home. The elves wouldn’t let her cook or clean and she just didn’t feel like watching tv or anything. Electricity wasn’t really a necessity after being without it through most of the year while at school. So she was in desperate need to find something to do and soon. She had a few more days before she had to show up at the dance studio and it would be a couple weeks before she could see Remus or the others anytime soon, unless they ran into each other in Diagon or London. Which was unlikely. Lena spent most of her time in London and not a lot of people from school would be around in muggle London unless absolutely necessary.
She tugged on a pair of jeans and a shirt along with her locket, as always, and some earrings and heels that put her 5’2” self to 5’4”. Any increase was a good one in her book. Lena grabbed her wallet, keys, said goodbye to the house elves she lived with, and headed out into London, figuring she might as well see if there were some books she might want to buy in the bookstore, or maybe something for Remus. They did share the same taste in books. As she got near her favorite bookstore she felt her stomach growl and sighed, having forgotten that she hadn’t eaten. Lena looked around, wondering if the café she liked was still open and smiled when she saw it was. She headed in and looked around to try and find a spot, seeing how crowded it was. Suddenly someone bumped into her from behind and she gasped as she fell forward and ended up landing almost in some poor man’s lap, the only thing saving her from that fate was one hand ending up on his hand, the other on the table.
She quickly jerked back, blushing brightly. “Oh I am so sorry! Someone pushed me. I’m sorry.” Lena looked at who she had almost fallen on and blinked, actually seeing someone about her age instead of the older man she had thought. And he was Asian as well? There weren’t many of their race in London. She wanted to smile at seeing London’s diversity but was still too worried she had offended him by almost landing on him.

Kat had already come to the conclusion that London was a nice place. He genuinely liked it, it had all the buzz and yet he didn't feel like he was lost in the crowds. Everything was just new and exciting. The only thing that bugged him a little, was that the waitress of the café assumed he was a tourist. "What - would - you - like - to - drink?" She spoke extra slow and far too loud, as though being a tourist meant you were also deaf, but Katsurou somehow managed to smile. "I'd like a cup of coffee," he started, glancing at the menu again to decide what looked like something he'd want to have for lunch, "and.. a cheese omelet." The waitress nodded, scribbled something on a piece of paper, and left. It wasn't clear if she had realised her mistake and, if she had, if she was at all embarrassed - Kat didn't care much. He reached for one of the newspapers lying about on the table (the Daily Telegraph) to amuse himself with some reading until his order was brought over. Of course, he got the Daily Prophet every morning, but in a city where there were also so many muggles, it was never a bad idea to keep up with muggle news. Muggle news could be quite interesting, actually.
Then, when he least expected it (because he had been so focused on reading - speaking English was not much of a problem, but the reading was something that still required that extra bit of focus), someone almost fell quite literally onto him, tearing the newspaper a bit. The girl, for he now realised it was a girl, obviously felt incredibly embarrassed about it - even though it had obviously been an accident. “Oh I am so sorry! Someone pushed me. I’m sorry.” Kat smiled a little, folded the torn newspaper and put it aside. "It's okay, it can happen to anyone." He was pleasantly surprised by who had almost fallen on top of him. He had seen a few pictures of Lena when she was younger, but none really recent, so he did not recognise her, but he thought she had a nice air about her, so he scooter over with his chair. "You can sit here if you want - the rest of the place is rather full." He figured that if she would accept, he'd introduce himself, if she didn't, too bad, because she seemed a nice girl.

Clothing: click meeeee Lena continued to blush and be flustered as she straightened herself up. She was such a klutz. Why did she have to be so clumsy and almost fall into a complete strangers lap? Ugh life was too weird sometimes. She shook her head, trying to clear it, not it being aimed at his speaking. When she heard him talk, she lifted her head to look at him, smiling shyly. It could happen to anyone? Yeah in theory, Lena guessed. But why did it have to happen to her? "Maybe so but I don't think anyone else would have fallen as spectacularly as I did. Truly, I'm sorry I almost flattened you." Her blush slowly started to go away as she became more comfortable talking to him. He did seem really nice, not giving her a hard time or anything.
When he scooted his chair over she looked around to check and yes, he did seem right that there was not really any other open spots. Lena turned back and smiled at him gratefully. "Thank you. I appreciate it." She moved a chair in closer to the table and sat down in it before she held her hand out to him, manners ingrained in her. "I'm Lena."

She actually looked kind of cute, blushing like that. Kat reprimanded himself - wasn't he supposed to get married? No flirting with other girls until he had met Lena Becket, so he told himself, so he smiled politely and did not wink at her like he would have wanted to. "Maybe so but I don't think anyone else would have fallen as spectacularly as I did. Truly, I'm sorry I almost flattened you." Kat chuckled softly, but not in a mocking way. "Well, at least you did it spectacularly," he commented. "I suppose it's always better to deal with things you didn't plan spectacularly rather than just ordinary?"
Even if he had promised that he would not flirt with her as he would've liked, Katsurou was glad that the girl joined him at the table. It would be good to make a friend today. "I'm Lena." Kat shook her hand without thinking. "Lena?" he blurted out, before adding: "Nice name, more British than mine, I suppose - Katsurou." Just at that moment the waitress arrived with his coffee, informing him that the omelet was going to take a while because it was so busy. Kat nodded and shrugged. "Sure. Uhm, while you're here-" he turned to Lena. "Anything you'd like to order." This didn't count as flirting, right? He was just being nice. Besides - her name was Lena, even if her last name was not Becket, didn't that mean he could at least be a little nicer to her than he would to non-Lena's? Okay, he was being ridiculous now. He was just going to behave the way he wanted, it wasn't like the girl he was supposed to marry was ever going to know. If he was going to marry her at all. It wasn't like his parents could make him. A lot of thoughts tumbled over themselves in his mind, but Katsurou just pushed them away. He was not in the mood to spoil his nice afternoon just because he was too busy thinking to enjoy the company he was in. "So," he asked, "do you live in London too? I just moved here yesterday."

Clothing: click meeeee "Well, at least you did it spectacularly," he commented. "I suppose it's always better to deal with things you didn't plan spectacularly rather than just ordinary?" She smiled at him, glad he seemed as amused about it as she did, now that he didn't seem upset about her falling into him. A good sense of humor was always a great thing to have and Lena tried to have one at all times, at least mostly. So she was really happy to see it in someone else. "One should always strive for a spectacular accident than an ordinary one. I would never want to be called 'just ordinary' after all." She shifted the chair closer to the table to be more comfortable.
"Lena?" he blurted out, before adding: "Nice name, more British than mine, I suppose - Katsurou." She blinked as he just randomly blurted her name out. Did he know another Lena at some point in his life or something? It was just really strange. "My father was british," she explained with a wistful smile on her lips. She tilted her head at his name and her smile changed to a brighter one. "Katsurou. That's an interesting name." She wondered if he was from around here or not. At his offer of being able to order she smiled gratefully and raised her hand to wave the waitress over to order. When the waitress arrived she ordered a simple sandwich with corned beef and cheese as well as some tea and turned back to him in time for his next comment. "You just moved here? Welcome to London then. I've lived here my whole life. London is home." She smiled and leaned back in the chair slightly. "Have you explored much of this beautiful city yet?"

Kat smiled back at Lena and sipped his coffee. Hm. Coffee. Coffee was good. He hadn't slept very well, honestly. Yesterday had been a busy day and it was strange to suddenly live and sleep somewhere else. The new-house-sounds in the appartment had woken him up occasionally up to the point when he thought about sound proofing the room with a spell, but as that would also stop him from hearing the fire alarm etc., Katsurou had decided he would just have to man up. "One should always strive for a spectacular accident than an ordinary one. I would never want to be called 'just ordinary' after all." Kat grinned. "Exactly." Oh, he really did hope that omelet wasn't going to take too long. He was hungry..
"My father was british." Kat nodded. "Ah, yes. Sorry - I'm from Japan, so to me, Lena is more exotic than anything," he said with a grin, hoping that would excuse his silly reaction to her name. Anyhow, he was glad when they could talk about something else than names. "You just moved here? Welcome to London then. I've lived here my whole life. London is home." "Well, I sure hope to call London 'home' soon," he replied with a smile and sipped his coffee again. It was secretly just a bit too hot, still, but he craved the caffeine. "Have you explored much of this beautiful city yet?" Kat shrugged. "How much can you see of London in one morning? I have to admit I'm not really sure where to start, so I decided to start with, well, eh - food." He laughed a little.

Clothing: click meeeee ”Exactly.“ Lena laughed slightly when he agreed with her. He was cute and he didn’t seem to have any urge to make fun of her for being so clumsy. A lot of guys would have probably commented on it, and he just let it go. It was a nice change of pace that she really enjoyed. It didn’t take long and the waitress was bringing her hot tea and Lena let out a happy sigh as she sipped it. Mmm. Tea was the best. A few minutes after that, their food was there. This place must really be busy today, it took that long to get food. She motioned to the newspaper she saw on the table. “Any interesting news today?” She did read the news from time to time. She lived in the muggle world whenever she wasn’t at school so she had to keep track of changes in her world.
"Ah, yes. Sorry - I'm from Japan, so to me, Lena is more exotic than anything," She smiled brightly at his grin, finding him truly cute. His compliment was nice. “Thank you. And Japan? Wow. You’re far from home. What brought you to London?” It was a slightly personal question but she truly was interested in the answer. “London really is a great place. Lots of things to see and do. I’m rarely bored when I’m running around the city. I always find something new, and I’ve lived here forever.” She took a small bite of her sandwich, crossing her legs over the other, relaxing as they talked. “Food is always a good place to start. You know, if you need a tour guide, I could show you around to some hot spots around here. I have nothing important to do today.”

Kat had been brought up with respect for others, plus he had his own moments of clumsiness occasionally, so he knew better than to laugh at others. He had to admit, though, he was very glad when the food finally arrived and had to remember all of his good manner so he wouldn't just wolf it down. “Any interesting news today?” Kat swallowed a bite of omelet and wiped a few strings of melted cheese off his chin. "Depends what you find interesting. Apparently, recent research has shown that mole rate are not moles at all, plus they are immune to pain associated with acid." (It's true.) Kat had a thing for silly little facts like that. "Yeah, Japan is a long way away," he admitted. "I felt like it was time to grow up." Kat had already thought of an excuse before he had even arrived. "I have always been with my parents in Japan, I sort of felt like I would never be truly independent unless I did something entirely by myself." He shrugged and grinned. "Sounds a little stupid, huh?" “London really is a great place. Lots of things to see and do. I’m rarely bored when I’m running around the city. I always find something new, and I’ve lived here forever.” Kat chuckled. "Good, at least I won't ever be bored, then, right?" He smiled wider when she offered to be a tour guide for him. "Oh, that sounds great. I'm sure you'll know all the best places."

Clothing: click meeeee She raised an eyebrow at the random bit of news he spouted out. “Well that is interesting.” Not quite the interesting she had thought of but it would do. Lena laughed softly as the cheese dripped from his face and she tapped her chin while talking. “You have a little something here.” He was definitely not a normal kind of guy. But he reminded her of the guys at school when they were really hungry. They would just attack the food, not caring if it got all over their faces. They were so hilarious sometimes. She missed school.
Lena smiled a little bit, understanding what he was saying. Even if she had been alone and grown up for a long time now, she could see why always being around the parents would get a little tiring from lack of being able to do what you wanted to do. Especially in a place like Japan that was supposed to be really strict with laws and rules. “It doesn’t sound stupid at all. Everyone has a right to their independence. Why’d you choose London?” She just realized she was asking a lot of personal questions and blushed slightly. “Sorry. You don’t have to answer all these questions if you’d rather not. I’m a little bit nosy.”
“Nope. You shouldn’t be bored here at all. The history here is amazing as well. I love to go to the museums and such.” At his reaction to her offer she smiled widely in return and shrugged. “I don’t know if they’re really the best, but I enjoy them.” She took a sip of her tea. “Everyone deserves a tour guide for this large city, their first time through it. I wouldn’t want you to possibly get lost or anything.”

Katsurou grinned a little sheepishly. "Sorry - I have a thing for random interesting facts. To be honest, I hadn't read much of the paper yet when you made your stunning entrace," he said with a bit of a twinkle in his eye. He liked this girl, she was easy-going. He wiped the cheese off his chin when she pointed it out, not at all embarrassed about it (why should he). As Lena missed school, Katsurou wondered what it would be like. He still wasn't sure if she was the Lena he was going to meet at Hogwarts, but for now, that didn't matter. She was nice and in a metropolis like this it was always good to have a friend. He wanted to get to know her a little better. She seemed worth it.
“It doesn’t sound stupid at all. Everyone has a right to their independence. Why’d you choose London?” He just smiled at her apologies about it being a personal question. "Well," he started, "London is pretty much literally the other side of the planet, for starters." He took another bite of his omelet, his stomach growled pleasantly. Kat realised he really had waited too long before eating something. "Plus I thought it would be good for my English." It was obvious he had thought of an excuse to come live here, but then hadn't really considered that he needed to have reasons. He might as well have said 'I spun my globe and pointed' - which might have been better, as it sounded less dull than 'it will improve my English'. Oh well, what was said was said. Couldn't take it back.
"I heard the museums are free here, is that true?" he chose to ask instead, to focus on something else. “Everyone deserves a tour guide for this large city, their first time through it. I wouldn’t want you to possibly get lost or anything.” Kat chuckled. "And I would most likely get lost," he admitted, "I have only walked through the same four or five streets today to try and remember their name." That wasn't quite true and also, he had his wand with him, so as long as he wasn't surrounded by people, he knew he could use that to find his way home. "So you lived here all your life?" he asked, deciding it would be nice to show some interest in the girl who was offering him a tour. "Do you work here or still attend school?"

Clothing: click meeeee "Sorry - I have a thing for random interesting facts. To be honest, I hadn't read much of the paper yet when you made your stunning entrance.” She laughed softly and shook her head. “Don’t worry, it’s fine. Sounds a bit like a friend of mine, actually. He knows tons of random facts. So don’t worry about it.” She was glad he didn’t seemed embarrassed in the least about the cheese on his chin. A guy that could laugh at himself was a fine man indeed. At his compliment to her stellar entrance she blushed softly and smiled. “Thank you.”
He had a very good idea there. “The other side of the planet does sound like a good idea if you want complete independence.” Lena’s lips tilted up slightly, trying not to laugh at the happy sounds his stomach was making. He must have been really hungry. "Plus I thought it would be good for my English." She thought that was a little bit odd to say but she didn’t comment on it in case he had only said it because he didn’t want to give a real reason. And, considering how personal her question was, he was allowed privacy.
She blinked at the random subject change but mentally shrugged and went with it. “Yeah, they are free. It allows everyone who wants to go, able to go. I love that fact about it. Do you have to pay to go to a museum where you’re from?” Lena knew little to nothing about Asian culture, even though it was her own culture. Her parents had never mentioned anything about it, so she just didn’t know. “It is very easy to get lost in London.” Unless you were a witch or wizard of course, like she was. But he was probably a muggle so it would be easier for him to get lost.
"So you lived here all your life?" Lena nodded. “Pretty much. London is my home.” Some people might not like London because of the sounds and everything, but she loved it. "Do you work here or still attend school?" She shrugged and smiled. “A little of both. Most of the year I’m at school but during the summers I help out at a dance school. And thank you for the compliment of thinking I’m older than I am.” She winked at him playfully. “What about you? Are you going to be working, or a student somewhere?”

Kat was glad Lena could laugh about his sillyness. Not everyone could do that these days and although he was aware of the threat of the war, Kat really felt that laughter was something needed for relief now more than ever. “Don’t worry, it’s fine. Sounds a bit like a friend of mine, actually. He knows tons of random facts. So don’t worry about it.” Katsurou smiled back at her in a way that said 'I won't worry a bit' as he finished the last of his food.
Kat was glad his reason for coming all the way to London did at least sound plausible. To be honest, he had thought about saying that he was going to attend a school here, but was afraid she'd asked which school, to be honest. If she was a muggle, there was no way she knew Hogwarts and how was he then going to explain he couldn't tell her what school he would be going to? “The other side of the planet does sound like a good idea if you want complete independence.” Kat nodded a little. "I figured it would be healthy to just take the plunge, you know." Maybe this conversation was going better than he expected. At least, there was nothing that indicated to him that Lena didn't like him or suspected anything. Katsurou wasn't in the mood to lose the first friend he had made in a time span of a few hours.
Sometimes Kat had the tendency to make mental jumps others could not follow, as was the case here. It was just that he had been thinking about what to do with the rest of his afternoon and had then remembered that someone had told him the museums were free. It was completely logical for Katsurou, but it took others by surprise sometimes. “Yeah, they are free. It allows everyone who wants to go, able to go. I love that fact about it. Do you have to pay to go to a museum where you’re from?” Kat nodded. "Yes, that's why I'm glad it's the same here," he replied with a smile. "Not all of them are free, but those sponsored by schools and universities usually are. He laughed softly when Lena mentioned if was easy to get lost in London. "I don't doubt that," Kat agreed with a chuckle. "But I suppose that's part of the adventure, isn't it?"
"Do you think, you know, because you lived here, that you've seen everything London has to offer?" Katsurou was honestly curious about her answer. London was so huge, he wondered how long it would take for someone to have seen it all. It was probably impossible, especially because new things probably popped up continually. “A little of both. Most of the year I’m at school but during the summers I help out at a dance school. And thank you for the compliment of thinking I’m older than I am.” Kat chuckled. "Well, you do seem grown up." And that was meant to be a compliment. "Which dance school do you work?" he asked, genuinely interested. Maybe he could take up dancing here when he wasn't at school. “What about you? Are you going to be working, or a student somewhere?” Ah, the question. "Oh, eh-" Katsurou sipped his coffee. "I'm currently looking to enroll at a school somewhere, but I'm not sure which yet and your college fees are no joke." He smiled a little and shrugged. "I'm trying to enroll next September, but I fear I'm a little late. I hope they'll still let me in." Of course his enrolling at Hogwarts was a fact already and the fees had been paid ages ago, but Kat hoped that this would stop her from asking too many in-depth questions about it. He didn't like lying, but in this case it seemed a necessary evil.

Clothing: click meeeeeLena nodded, understanding. “Taking the plunge is a good strategy but it’s always better if you have a friend where you are going to live so you have a guide.” She smiled at him playfully but she actually was completely serious in her next statement. “I’ll be your friend if you want.” She shrugged slightly. Lena found Katsurou to be very interesting and he was funny. She did like him and thought he’d be a good friend. He was new in town and he was the same ethnicity of her so he wouldn’t have the prejudice there or know that she was an orphan. It would be great getting to know him from scratch without those interferences. Besides, with him around she wouldn’t be bored during the summer, without Remus around. Also, she thought he was just a muggle so she was really glad she’d be able to forget her wizard life and all the issues that came with it for a few hours of the day. A war was brewing and Lena knew she’d be on the front lines of the side of good as soon as she graduated. So it was great to be able to relax and just be a teen while she could.
Lena’s own mind jumped around a lot but she hadn’t been ready for the seemingly random question. Once she got to know him, if she did, like she knew the Marauders, he’d probably start to make a lot more sense to her when he jumped topics but until then, Lena didn’t really mind the jump.
She shook her head with a smile. “I kind of feel bad for the people from where you’re from then. To have to pay to go into a library? That seems terrible to me. I’d be broke if I lived in Japan from having to go to the library so much.” Lena decided she liked his laugh. It wasn’t cocky or fake. It was a real laugh. She liked that about him. He didn’t seem to be trying to impress her which was another big bonus on his side. “I guess it is. But there are some parts of London that are just better left un-adventured,” she said with a gentle laugh.
Lena shook her head. “Oh no. I could never have seen everything. London changes so often and, like I said, I’m usually off at a boarding school most of the year, so whenever I come home there’s always lots of new things to explore. That’s what I spend most of my summers doing.” She smiled a little shyly at her words. She hadn’t meant to tell him so much about her life but it came out and they weren’t that important of details anyway.
Lena laughed when he said she seemed grown up. “Thank you again. I guess I must seem that way because quite a few of my friends are immature and I have to be grown up and take care of them.” Her eyebrow rose at his question and she posed one of her own. “You dance?” Lena was a little surprised, not having expected it, but it was a nice surprise. She laughed with him at his joke. “No, they aren’t. Fee’s for school are a issue for a good bit of people but thankfully they have scholarships. I’m sure you’ll find a school here that fits what you’re looking for. As for enrolling, I’m sure they will. Some schools take in students even up to a couple weeks before school starts. You’re sure to get in, I bet.”

“Taking the plunge is a good strategy but it’s always better if you have a friend where you are going to live so you have a guide.” Kat nodded a little and smiled back. "I suppose so." Though he had to admit that, actually, he had sort of expected to make friends soon, so there had been no need to take anyone alone. Not that he was cocky, not did he believe people would be lining up to befriend him, but Katsurou knew he was a pleasant fellow, really. “I’ll be your friend if you want.” That was a pleasant surprise and Kat's face split into a grin. "That would be great," he said, and meant it. He liked Lena, despite the fac they'd only met moments ago. She seemed to know when to be easy going and when to be serious instinctively and Kat appreciated that a lot. He was sure she would be a great friend, even if she was muggle. Such things had never bothered Kat and they never would. It was just nice to have a friend at home when he wasn't in school.
Kat nodded when Lena told him she pitied the people who had to pay for the library. "It's no obscene amount, of course," he said, "but it is a pity, indeed." Kat liked her comment about how she'd be broke then. Of course, the library was something that had to be paid for per annum, not per visit, but he got her point and liked that she was apparently a rather intellectual person. Not that he spend all his free time reading (that sounded impossible to him), but he liked a good book now and then.
"..there are some parts of London that are just better left un-adventured.” Kat chuckled softly as she laughed, but had a feeling this was pretty serious. How could it not be, really - London was a really big city, a metropolis, of course there would be streets and alleys that were better left unvisited. He wasn't disappointed with the observation, because he knew there were no such things as perfect cities where people lived in harmony, but the bad side of things was something Katsurou didn't like thinking about (or at least not focusing about). There were more than enough bad things in the world, focusing on the positive side of life was a better thing to do in order to survive, in Katsurou's eyes. He focused on Lena's voice again - that was a positive thing. “Oh no. I could never have seen everything. London changes so often and, like I said, I’m usually off at a boarding school most of the year, so whenever I come home there’s always lots of new things to explore. That’s what I spend most of my summers doing.” Kat smiled a little wider. "Well, at least it gives you something to look forward to. I can't imagine anything more rewarding than re-inventing your home and finding new places and all that," he commented. He noticed Lena's smile was a little strained by shyness there, but decided not to pay it much attention - they had just met, he could hardly expect her to pour her heart out.
Thank Merlin that she took his comment of her looking grown up as a compliment and not as an insult when it came to age. “I guess I must seem that way because quite a few of my friends are immature and I have to be grown up and take care of them.” Katsurou chuckled. That sounded familiar. He also had a few friends back in Japan who had been on an entirely different level than he was. He couldn't believe he was supposed to get married soon - was he grown up enough for that? Best not think about that now, though. “You dance?” Kat chuckled at her surprised expression; it was adorable. "A little, and not very well. Started doing it a year ago, on a whim, really, but I found I rather liked it." He shrugged a little. He knew his dancing talents were none to brag about. Mostly, he had tried different styles to find what he liked most and he had ended up torn between jazz and ballroom, really. He listened to Lena's explanation about fee's and enrolling in silence and smiled. "I'll just not worry about it, then." Smiling a little wider, he added: "I don't like worrying very much."
