Let me tell you, a little something about myself[/color]
[/size][/color]Carlisle was born in a half blood family with a wizard father, Winton Davies, and a muggle mother, Harriet Davies nee Plumb. Carlisle had little time to himself, however, because not even two years later, his younger sister was born. Their father was a pretty wealthy man, working for the ministry, nothing fancy, just an inside job, another suit (or robe I suppose) at the ministry, but they paid him well enough. However, he has never allowed his children to become spoiled brats. He wanted them to be raised on the good moral values that he grew up in, as he earned every acheivement with a lot of hardwork. Both of his children were very bright, even at a young age, and seemed to always be shocking the young couple, who were happy to have a complete family.
Carlisle was really close with his father, and it was mostly because he was only three years old when his mother died at the young age of 37. Carlisle's father decided that it would be best to get an Au Pair just for the daytime, so that he could go to work, and not have to worry about being able to pick his children up from work if he was running late. Carlisle and his younger brother were enrolled in a prep school from a young age, but when they started to show magical ability, their father got a magical home tutor so that their magical abilities weren't accidentally exposed.
Carlisle was only seventeen when he was diagnosed with Early Onset Parkinson's disease, which is a rarity. Early Onset is hardly ever seen in anyone younger than twenty, let alone a wizard. Most muggle diseases are not a big deal for wizards, because a potion here, or a stay at St. Mungo's, and you are all fixed up. However, some of the muggle ailments, such as cancer and parkinson's have continued to fool even the brightest of wizards. Most of its kept hushed up. His mother was 23 when she was diagnosed with Early Onset. Carlisle has spent 15 months now, getting used to the symptoms and the medication and hiding it from all of his friends. Carlisle is working hard to become a teacher at Hogwarts someday, but for the time being, he is an intern in his father's department in the Ministry.
