Lily was sitting in the Gryffindor common room trying to just, well that's just it she didn't know what it was that she should do. There was really nothing at all to do there at the moment and frankly it was too quiet. She had already finished all her homework, so that was out of the question. She didn't even care for homework all that much anyway, but she knew she needed to finish school, so she did it.
Eventually she just gave up trying to think of something to do and took herself to the Library. Maybe she would find a book to read or something. All she knew was that she needed to get out of the Common room. There was really nothing to do there right now. She was also the only one there, so there wasn't even anyone to talk to or anything like that.
Lily quietly entered the Library and started looking around on the shelves and such. Lily enjoyed reading, but lately she hadn't had a lot of time to do so. There was just a lot on her plate. She was going to be leaving Hogwarts in a year and well that kept a girl busy. It was mostly homework that kept her occupied. Now that she had finished her homework she had a bit of time to herself. It was also a good thing she didn't get as much homework as she normally did. She moved up and down the isles of books trying to find something she liked or that caught her eye.
