It had all started plenty of years ago. Integra and Narcissa had been introduced at a young age. It was this social interaction that led them to become somewhat of an acquaintance to one another. Both coming from well respected pure blooded families, it was only obvious that they end up having to play together at social gatherings. Integra didn't play with other children though. She sat in the corner most of the time, and ripped the heads off of dollies that didn't belong to her. Never the less Cissa and Integra knew of each other upon entering Hogwarts. And then as they became house mates, Narcissa Black and her sister Bellatrix where about the only people in the world that Integra didn't taunt or torture. They were the only two girls she saw as equals
So it came to no surprise that Integra should have Narcissa out for a drink one evening in Hogsmead. She was dreading this last year at this ridiculous school. What was the bleeding point of it anyhow? She'd only graduate, and then move on to service the dark lord. Her parents would retire and get the hell out of her hair and she would inherit Infernalis Abby in Glasgow from them. She'd fill her days with malice and go on living her happy little life. Why did she even need this school? Well, honestly she did see the strength in having Death Eater students running around in the school. It simply made sense. But never the less, to keep her insanity in tact, Integra had invited an old friend out for a visit.
And like normal, Integra was already started in on the drinks. Holding a little silver flask in her hand as she waltzed on down the road into down, Integra whistled to herself. Plenty of passing students moved quickly out of her way. She simply laughed and flinched in their direction to scare some of the younger ones. Rolling her eyes, Integra made her way into the Hogs Head and looked at all the tables. Choosing one a bit out of the way, she sat her scrawny ass down and put her feet up on another chair. Where was that silly girl. If Narcissa had been held up because she was chasing after some ridiculous boy, then Integra was going to hex both their lips into oblivion. Then maybe she could drink her whiskey without wanting to throw it back up. At least not until morning.

Keeping her back straight Narcissa walked the streets of Hogsmeade slowly making her way to her meeting point, personally she would never have chosen the Hogs head inn even if it was only place in town but it seemed Integra felt the need to be seen there. She really should have been use to the younger girls‘way after the years they had known each other; it was as dark as the other girls mind seemed to be at the best of times though that really wasn’t a concern of Narcissa’s unless Integra decided to pull something against her, then the younger girl would really learn what the meaning of darkness was. Nodding politely at a few people she knew from her parents talking, she kept walking so that they wouldn’t stop her for some long winded tale about their single grandson.
Straightening her deep green jacket she push the door to the inn open, not caring if it hit anyone at that moment for she was running a little late once more because of her darling sisters; but that was just another long story that she didn’t want to think about. Spotting her friend she made her way over to the table frowning at the sight of Integra drinking whiskey, she had hoped just this once a more suitable drink was going to be shared between them. Leaning over she air kissed both cheeks of the other girl, then sat down nodding her order to the barman. “Hello Integra dear, how are you this chilly winters day? Sorry I am late there was a little problem at home that needed to be sorted first; you know what my family is like. So tell me what is happening up at the school for you to have a need to see me at this time of the year, I know you wouldn’t have started to study just yet for your exams but if I remember right you never have studied for any of your exams so far so why should you change now.”
She knew that her words would have been classed as rude or snobbish to some but this was Integra she was with, and this was perfectly normal for any conversation between the two of them. A flash of memory showed her the one big fight the two of them had had a few years back were they had both for some reason decided to attack with words, it had become rather heated until both of them had slapped the other across the face only to end up laughing.

Looking up from her glass, Integra gave a small forced smile to Narcissa as she kissed the air. "Yes. kiss kiss..." On the inside Integra was rolling her eyes and holding back a wretch. She took the off handed comment about studying with little actual effect, and grinned as Cissa ordered herself something to rink. Waving for another drink herself, Integra propped herself up a little better in her slouchy leaning position in her seat.
"Oh, Narcissa, You silly overworked girl! When you are s strong and beautiful as we are, you don't need to study!" She laughed a bit, but all in all, honestly, Integra had....decent grades. She wouldn't fail at least. Besides, she was very good with the spells, hexes, and jinxes she did know and even better with one particular curse. And really that was all she needed to know at the moment.
Finishing off her first glass, Integra set it aside to await the second. Looking at her blond locked companion, she blinked a few times and then smiled her winning smile. "I'm rather flattered and a little shocked that you managed to show up. It must take hours to look that hideous." In her world all this little banter was actually a customary greeting that they had both gotten used to ad Narcissa was sure to know that what Integra really had said was, "I'm so glad you made it out here! Is that a new cloak? You look stunning as always!!" Of course not many others would understand. Sometimes it took people years to unravel ll her riddles.
