Scarlett walked down toward the Whomping Willow. It was still late afternoon, but she had to get there before the boys did, the ones that she knew stayed there, but she wasn't sure who or how. She didn't think there were four other werewolves at the school, but she heard four separate voices there. It confused her and scared her a bit. She was afraid of hurting the other boys. She may be a girl who didn't care most of the time, but she didn't want to hurt anybody. As she got dreadfully close to the thing that wanted to hit her, she dodged a branch quickly as it slammed toward the ground at her, and then sprinted for the knot at the opening. She tapped the knot and then slit into the hole, which made her terribly upset that she had worn cream that day. She was such an idiot. She wore a cream colored shirt dress which was now a bit muddy, and a pair of deep colored leggings, along with combat boots, a must for walking in a dingy pathway to the Shrieking Shack. The Shrieking Shack was only Shrieking because of her and her fellow classmate anyway.
When she finally reached the Shrieking Shack, she sighed a sigh of boredom. What was she to do until night time when the full moon was to be out? The boys would not arrive for some time, and so she decided that she would adventure up to their "clubhouse" for lack of a better term. It was the room they always ended up in, and explore. She walked in and saw a giant, unmade, four poster bed, with old blankets torn across it. She also saw a piano, which looked old, but still in good use, as if it was well-used. She walked over and played a scale or two before slamming her hand down on it noisily. It was then that she walked over to the bed and flopped down on it. It was rather soft for looking old, and rather comfortable as well. She thought back to last night, when she stayed up late for one of Professor Slughorn's potions tests that she knew was today, and yet she still did not do well on it. She thought about the lack of sleep that she had, and before she could think about getting off of the bed she was out like a light, laying on her side with her head toward the boarded up window and the piano, her back to the door.

[I'm assuming it's the evening before the full moon? Because I don't think Rem would like to be in shack a lot without having to, because it smells of his wolf form, eh, 'marking his territory' which, I'm sure, no amount of scourgify could remedy xD Ooh.. would be interesting if they transformed though, playing werewolf interaction is fun.]
Remus liked habits and Remus liked routines. On days like these, he liked it most of all. It wasn't that he didn't like being impulsive from time to time - only as long as there was a framework. Today was a simple routine. Get up early (very difficult), take a shower (very long), get dressed (very slowly), and make it to breakfast so he wouldn't starve. On days before the full moons Remus tended to try and attend as many classes as he could, but especially as the days grew darker when winter approached, that was not always easy. Usually, by the end of the day, he'd sit and try to listen, but no notes would appear on his parchment. (Thank Merlin and Circe for Lily's notes!) Then, it was off to the kitchens, where he'd have an early dinner made by House Elves instructed to cook the meat until it was rare and no longer. After that, in the afternoons, he would go past the dorm one more time, take along what he needed and leave behind what he didn't need - and go.
The staff was still unaware of his friends 'helping him out' in the Shrieking Shack, so they usually came later (and in the nick of time), having to travel under the invisibility cloak (which was barely large enough to cover the three sixteen-year-olds, so travelling in the dusk was a must in case a foot showed or something). Remus usually had a few hours to himself until his friends arrived and the moon rose. At first, he had tried amusing himself with books, but the words wouldn't get through his skull anyway, it seemed. Peter had suggested comic books, as those we mostly pictures anyway, so Remus had tried that - not an option either. In the end, Remus had to face his attentionspan suffered accordingly that there wasn't much he could do. He had given the piano in the corner a try, but he'd never had lessons (like Sirius, even if he didn't like to admit it) and hadn't really gotten any farther than using a spell to tune the old thing. So yes - Remus carefully calculated routine of behaviour ended in the Shrieking Shack. Then again.. why should he keep up appearances in there, anyway? It wasn't like anyone apart from his friends would see him - and they'd seen him as a werewolf of all things (even if he still refused them to see him transform). Usually, the last few hours before moonrise, before his friends arrived, were spent walking around a little, not entirely unlike a caged animal, or, if his bones aches too much to walk, lying on the bed and trying to fight of the oncoming migraines he often had before the moon rose.
This day, to be honest, had gone quite according to routine, so far. It was nearing five o'clock as Remus avoided the branches of the Willow (just barely) and quietly went into the passage that would take him to his shelter for the night. He pulled a bit of a face. Something was different again. It had been since a while and he couldn't put his finger on it; there was this different scent that made his hackles rise. It had probably been an animal, he told himself. Maybe the Willow had smacked it half to death and it had ended up in the tunnel. It was all logical, couldn't be anything but. Was that a sound in the distance? A piano? But it couldn't be, unless Sirius had gotten here early- no, he couldn't smell him. Still, fear rose in his throat a little. Since the encounter with Severus Snape last year, Remus was a little more nervous about others finding out about the tunnel or the Shack (or worse). Sirius had sworn he would never make such a mistake ever again, and Remus believed him (how could he believe otherwise?), but Snape was a different matter. Remus saw no reason why he would- Don't go there.
He swallowed as he reached the end of the tunnel, pushing open the door, it creaked quietly in its hinges. Remus pulled a face again, the scent had increased. If this was a wounded animal, that was by no means capable of opening doors even if it was uninjured, then how could it have ended up here? Torn, Remus paused walking for a moment, quitely closing the door behind him and inhaling slowly. As part of Remus' mind was still slightly fluttering with panic, another part, rushing with adrenaline, emerged. Remus bit his lower lip and shivered. Hunt. Normally he would take a few deep, calming breaths - but he wasn't sure that would work now. No, he would follow routine, as far as it still existed, and go upstairs. His friends would be here soon. Soon. Slowly, he started walking upstairs, trying to block the scent that invaded his nostrils (what was it, what was it? it was so unfamiliarly familiar?) and eventually pushed open the door to the bedroom - his usual spot.
Imagine his shock to find a girl on 'his' bed. Had he been more quick of mind and had this been another situation, Remus would've laughed at the idea of little red riding hood being in a bed and the wolf coming in instead - but that was not funny now. Remus quietly approached, breathless for a moment, unsure what to do. She was all still and for a moment Remus half-panicked hoping she wasn't dead or injured, but then he noticed the steady rise and fall of her chest and the lack of scents of pain and blood and he guessed she was alright. Well.. if she was, better keep it that way. After some hesitation, he moved a little closer and shook her shoulder slightly. The sooner she was up, the sooner she could leave unharmed. Then again.. the sooner she was up, the sooner he'd have to talk to her - and that wasn't something he wasn't good at in general, let alone right now.

Scarlett gasped as she woke up to someone shaking her shoulder. She looked up to see a boy sitting by her on the bed. She took a moment, trying to remember where she was, and then remembered that she was in the Shrieking Shack. She sat up and looked at him, leaning up against her pale arms. He was in the Shrieking Shack as well, so he must be either the other wolf of one of his friends. She didn't recognize him in the slightest. He must not be in her house. " Well, hello. Fancy meeting you in bed..." She smirked. She was not one to be shy around men at all. She was fairly charismatic, and she was comfortable around men, probably more than the dramatic female of her own species. She reached up with one hand and ran her fingers through her chestnut, untamed hair that reached down to her shoulders. She took a good look for the first time at the boy who was sitting next to her. As she brought her legs closer to her, so as to share her space, she noticed his dirty blonde hair that was a bit messy and sweeping across his face, along with his honey brown, big puppy dog eyes that just fit him so well. He seemed much taller than her, but then again they were only sitting. He didn't have any scars by what she could see, though she had one that covered from her right shoulder down to her elbow and was deep red in color, similar to a birthmark. Any werewolf that spotted it would know, however, that it was not a birthmark, but the sign of being bitten. After a moment of silence, she determined that she was going to have to be the one to break the ice. " Alright then, quiet guy. I'm Scarlett, Scarlett Greyback. I'm a Slytherin, I'm a seventh year, and I'm a chatterbox. And you are?" She held out her skinny, bony fingers for him to shake. Her hands were small, like a little childs's. She had never had large hands or feet, a weird quirk for her. She raised her eyebrow, waiting for him to respond. [/blockquote]

The moment she whirled around, Remus recognised her. Well.. not by name, really, but he knew in what house she was in that she was a year above him. He was speechless for a moment, starting back a little. A Slytherin. What sort of a joke was this? He knew he oughtn't judge people by their house, but this hardly looked good, did it? Oh, Mordred, no, this was going to be a fiasco, he had to get her out of here. "Well, hello. Fancy meeting you in bed..." The girl smirked and Remus was sure he probably looked nauseous. "What? No-" He pinched the bridge of his nose. "Uhm-" Come on, Remus. You're a marauder, you can lie. Lie, for goodness sake, lie - come up with an excuse why she can't be here!
There was still this scent, it was probably her, and Remus still wasn't sure what it was. Maybe she just used a kind of perfume that was very distinct. Remus had no idea it might be because she was a werewolf - and a female one at that. Let's be honest, he was sixteen years old, what could you expect from a boy full of raging hormones? Plus - she was not bad-looking, either. Well, she was no Annelise.. Annelise's hair was a tad darker, plus she had dimples. Remus closed his eyes for a moment, willing the image away - they hadn't spoken for a while, after all.
He had more important things to think about now, Remus realised when the girl spoke again. "Alright then, quiet guy. I'm Scarlett, Scarlett Greyback. I'm a Slytherin, I'm a seventh year, and I'm a chatterbox. And you are?" Remus froze for a moment, glancing at her outstretched hand. "Is this a practical joke?" he asked, hesitating slightly. "I-I don't mean to be insulting-" Wait, no, this couldn't be coincidence. "Did Snape put you up to this? I mean, it doesn't matter - you really have to leave. This is not-" He glanced at her hand again, shook it briefly. "I-I'm Remus, and I think you should go, eh, because I'm here to tell you that the shack will be demolished in a few hours." Oh, yeah - terrible lie, Remus. Terrible, terrible lie.

The nervousness of this boy made her smile even bigger. She wasn't sure what about her made him nervous, but it may just be the fact that she is a female. At first he was flustered, and he had his hand on the bridge of his nose, his eyebrows furrowed, and Scarlett looked at him with her big, blue eyes, confused at how he could be so muddled. Then he begun to stammer through some sentences and Scarlett was trying to play catch-up-and-interpret.
"Is this a practical joke?"/ He must have noticed the odd look on her face, because he then continued, "I-I don't mean to be insulting-" She smiled. She wasn't insulted. He had that furrowed-brow expression on his face again, and in his eyes she could see the wheels turning in his head. "Did Snape put you up to this? I mean, it doesn't matter - you really have to leave. This is not-" Snape? What did Little Sevy have to do with this? "Little Sevvy...? How's that bloke doing? I haven't seen him in the commons in a while... He's been off lurking in other parts of the castle I assume." As he glanced down at her hand, and shook it, she couldn't help but giggle. This was awkward if not anything else, but somehow it still worked. She inhaled and sighed, and then realized that there was this deep, woodsy scent in the room that there wasn't before. She assumed it to be this skinny male in front of her. It reminded her of her father, but it was warmer, more human somehow, though she couldn't pinpoint it. This boy must be the special circumstance that Professor Dumbledore spoke of, the other werewolf. As she thought about this, her mind was off somewhere else, and she wasn't even paying attention to him, but at the sound of his soft voice, her eyes were directed back toward him. "I-I'm Remus, and I think you should go, eh, because I'm here to tell you that the shack will be demolished in a few hours." She gave him a look that said, "are ya kidding me?" She was totally going to call his bluff. "Really? Well if that's the case, then I can't be attending Hogwarts anymore. That's a shame. I really like it here." She then noticed a bit of scar in the crick of his neck where he shirt had moved away from him a little bit. She reached forward and moved his shirt farther away from his neck, toward his shoulder to reveal a large scar. She looked up at him with knowing eyes. It was a scar on his shoulder that was so, very cliche-ly Greyback. [/blockquote]

This was what he hated about girls. He would be all nervous and act like an idiot, and they would smile and look at him thinking he was pathetic. He was going to be the laughing stock of the Slytherin house again, that was for sure. Just wonderful. But that was not the priority now, he had other things on his mind tonight. He'd see about the rest of his life in the morning. Remus got up and began pacing slightly as he spoke, unable to sit still, nervous and agitated. He was used to a few hours of relative peace and quiet before transforming, this situation was causing all sorts of stress levels that he feared would not be helpful. All he could think about was what would happen if she didn't leave. Would he kill her? Or would she get the hell out the moment he stared changing? Would she be fast enough? Would he be expelled - or executed?
How Scarlett could still smile at him even as he implied she was just here to make a fool out of him escaped Remus. Then again, maybe that smile ought to confirm his suspicions - but it didn't. "Little Sevvy...?" Remus almost snorted. Little Sevvy? Was that the nickname Snape went by in his house? "How's that bloke doing? I haven't seen him in the commons in a while... He's been off lurking in other parts of the castle I assume." Remus shrugged, slightly annoyed. "I wouldn't know, we're not exactly on speaking terms." He sighed and ran his hand through his hair, tugging it sharply.
Oh, great, and now she was laughing at him. This was really not working out. Part of him thought how this just wasn't fair. This had already happned to him once, did he deserve to go through this twice? Couldn't Dumbledore have warded the place as well, or better? The current 'protection' obviously didn't seem to work very well if students could just get in here and laugh at him. Why had she been here in the first place? She still hadn't told him. Was this the place students sneaked off to in order to have some privacy? Mordred, he hoped not; the mere thought made him feel sick. "Really? Well if that's the case, then I can't be attending Hogwarts anymore. That's a shame. I really like it here." Well, that was a confusing answer he hadn't expected. Yet, before he could ask her what the hell was going on, she was pulling his shirt out of the way and looked at him and the world stopped a moment. Shit. Sharply, he slapped her hand away. "Don't touch me." Remus hadn't meant to get physical, but he just didn't like being touched by strangers in general, and now it was so close to full moon, he was even more irritable. He glanced at her a little apologetically, though with a hint of defiance in it. He obviously was sorry for slapping her hand away so roughly, but she'd better not try touching him again.

Twas the night of the full moon. James Potter, had actually grown to love them, since he could now (not that he needed a reason before) Out of the castle in the middle of the night, to make sure that his mate, Remus Lupin, wasn't alone during the full moons. Of course along with Sirius Black and Peter Pettigrew. James would have headed out earlier however he'd gotten side tracked like he often did, watching the Lovely Lily Evans, the map. He could just sit there for hours watching her. His mates told him he was mental. However James truly didn't care. He loved her, and he was positive that she was going to be the one that he'd marry.
Finally however James, made his way outside. Across the grounds, he walked... with his cloak in his bag, and map in hand. He noticed that there was someone else in the Shrieking Shack with Remus. It wasn't Peter, or Sirius. But a Scarlett Greyback. Who the hell was she. James quicken his pace, through the passage way. Before, he reached the entrance he muttered. "Mischief Managed." And shoved parchment, inside his bag. With his wand in hand he made his way up to the shack.
He arrived up in the room, just as Remus said. Don't Touch me James, looked the girl up and down. She was a pretty little thing. "Well, well, it seems as though we have a visitor to our hide away. A pretty one at that." James commented as he gave her a somewhat polite smile. He was a flirt. Even though he was in fact in love with Lily Evans, if it someone was female he'd flirt. Just typical James nature. (That or raging sixteen year old male hormones)
"She's a catch, Remy, didn't know you were bring someone else along, now." James joked. Since he hadn't been paying, attention to anyone but Lily on the map, he had no idea that she was here before, Remus even arrived. He extended his hand to her. "James Potter, and who might you be?" He questioned her, even though he already, knew. It was polite right? James tired. to be polite, but most of the time just ended up being a git. None the less he was James.

""Don't touch me." She pulled away as he slapped her hand. She sat there, awestruck for a moment. It was one thing for Dumbledore to say that there was another werewolf, but to actually see one, other than her father, that was a totally different experience. She had her mouth gaping open and she wanted to say something but, for once in Scarlett's life, nothing was coming out of her mouth. "It's just, your... your a..." She was then interrupted however, by a deeper voice. Looking up as she saw it, she saw the face of a dark haired man. Remy, the boy she had just met, was still growing into himself. The one that stood before her now, however, confident and strapping, he was a man. "Well, well, it seems as though we have a visitor to our hide away. A pretty one at that." He said with a smile. Scarlett smirked back and ran her hand through her hair. She then looked back at Remus, as if wanting to say something. This boy however, seemed intent on figuring out who this new mysterious maiden was. And Scarlett was just as interested, in finding out why this second boy was here. They couldn't all be werewolves, could they? "She's a catch, Remy, didn't know you were bring someone else along, now." The look in the boy's eyes told her that he was just trying to make Remus nervous, and Scarlett liked that about him. He seemed like the jokester type to her. She looked back at Remus and smiled, raising her eyebrows. "Yeah, Remy. What are you doing bringing this strapping young gent down here with us?" She looked back up to the boy who was now extending his arm. "James Potter, and who might you be?" She smiled, this time with teeth. Potter. She had heard that name more than once in the Slytherin dungeons. He was a bit of a prankster, oh yes. The Slytherin's loved to hate Potter, especially little Sevvy. He was only a year younger than her, but he didn't seem like it by the looks of him. "Scarlett. Scarlett Greyback." The last name was like death to most. They knew her father, of course. She knew little who didn't. Most didn't bother to hear her out past her father's history. She reached forward and took his hand, her small, lean fingers hidden beneath his, and said, "Pleasure to meet you, Potter. Now tell me, are there going to be others? Ya know, before I get surprised for a third time?" [/blockquote]

Remus eyed the other girl a little wearily. How much had she seen? And he still didn't know why she was here - why was she here? Why hadn't she told? He tried to force himself to calm down, not succeeding as much as he wanted to, but at least he managed to calm himself enough - for now. It couldn't possibly be later than seven o'clock, and although the nights were lengthening, there was still time. "It's just, you're... you're a..." Remus scowled a little. He could guess how that sentence would end, but he wasn't going to finish it for her. (Who knew, maybe she was going to say something quite different - though the odds were small - and that would be as good as expelling himself.) Luckily, he was saved from having to answer by James coming in. He didn't know where the rest of his friends were, but he was glad at least one had arrived. "Well, well, it seems as though we have a visitor to our hide away. A pretty one at that." Remus slightly shook his head, rolled his eyes, and crossed his arms. Typically James. Remus would've been more amused, though, if James had picked another moment and another place to be flirtatiously funny. Sitting down on the bed, he waited for James to snap out of it. He would have to, eventually. The girl sure seemed flattered, though, (they somehow always were) and as she glanced back at him, Remus couldn't help but mutter a slightly sardonic 'Oh, sure, don't mind me - this is such a romantic location, I'm sure you can't help yourself'.
"She's a catch, Remy, didn't know you were bring someone else along, now." Remus, unknowingly, grimaced at the word 'catch' a little. Just a little. "I didn't bring anyone, she was here when I arrived," he muttered, getting fed up that no one was clarifying the situation, only asking more questions. Remus didn't feel the need to speak up at James' question, though, he had the feeling that his friend wouldn't really regard his answer anyway - he was busy staring at the Slytherin opposite him. Remus wondered if James would still be so interested in her when he found out that she was in Slytherin - his friends tended to be pretty biased against that particular house. The girl looked at him again and Remus suppressed a shiver. What the hell was going on? Why was she looking at him like that? "Yeah, Remy. What are you doing bringing this strapping young gent down here with us?" He just regarded it as a rhetorical question and his crossed arms tensed for a moment, uneasy.
Remus watched them introduce themselves, sitting on the bed, tense and uncomfortable - and strangely bored. Fingers flexing restlessly, eyes shifting. But that was nothing compared to the reaction he gave when he heard the girl's last name. "What?!" He was up and on his feet in split-seconds and might have done something rash had James not been there. The presence of his friend was only too apparent in his mind, though, so he only got up, and didn't knock her into one of the unstable walls like he would've liked to have done. Normally, Remus would've been a little embarrassed by his outburst - not today, though, not now - and I suppose he'll be glad not to have hurt her physicaly when this is all over. Remus didn't even register Scarlett's last question - or maybe he just didn't care. Glancing at James briefly, his eyes shifted back to Scarlett. "Why are you here?" It was a harsh question, and had Remus been in more of his right mind, he would've been ashamed of himself for making the daughter equal to the father in his mind, just because of a last name. "Did you father send you to check how I'm doing? I'm touched." Later, he'll feel terrible for saying it, but right now, he could not believe this was a coincidence. This had to be some sort of cruel joke.
[Sorry, Rem is a little unhinged xP]

"I didn't bring anyone, she was here when I arrived," James rolled his eyes slightly. Of course she wasn't Remus wanted to hog a pretty girl all to himself. "Yeah, Remy. What are you doing bringing this strapping young gent down here with us?"
Is what the girl said. A light smirk came over his face at what she could be thinking at that statement. "I happen to be one of his best mates, we always hang around here..little miss intrusion." As she said her name. James thought for a moment... "Its a pleasure" He told her with a charming smile. His mood suddenly shifted as Remus began to speak again. "Why are you here?, "Did you father send you to check how I'm doing? I'm touched." James knew that if it wasn't the day of the moon, Remus wouldn't be acting this way. Stupidly James spoke. "Greyback, the man you turned you Remy? Is her father? You know that makes you kinda related..." It truly was a stupid thing to say... he was sure that Remus would get even more upset. "Pleasure to meet you, Potter. Now tell me, are there going to be others? Ya know, before I get surprised for a third time?" His eyes went back to Scarlett. He gave her a soft smile. "Two more to be exact.. Sirius and Peter, if they decided to join us tonight." James wasn't sure where the two blokes were. Sirius was probably off shagging someone... as for Peter.. no one really knew what he did when he wasn't around the boys.[/blockquote][/blockquote]

Scar didn't even have a moment to herself after saying her name before Remus jumped up off of the bed and back away from her. "What?!" Scarlett stood up as well, walking back away from both Remus and James, Remus especially. Her father was always causing havoc, but she never thought that people would associate the two of them, as if she was some sort of follower of him. She missed James' last comment as Remus was now shouting at her. "Why are you here?, "Did you father send you to check how I'm doing? I'm touched." Scarlett backed up further until she hit the corner of the room, and anxiously ran her hand through her hair. "Greyback, the man you turned you Remy? Is her father? You know that makes you kinda related..." Scarlett's mouth gaped open at James' comment. So her assumption was correct. This was the werewolf that was hiding out in the Shrieking Shack. She knew that scar that he had was no coincidence. Now, however, she had to defend herself. "Hey Rem, Clue before you start accusing people, I haven't seen my father since he attacked me and turned me when I was thirteen." Tears started to stream down her face as she thought about that moment in her life, his body on top of hers, looking out the bay window at the full moon that was rising, peering out of the clouds, watching him transform overtop of her. She began shaking a little, and tried to wipe her tears away. "I hate him, probably just as much, if not more, than you. So don't you go pointing the finger and judging, when you don't know anything about my father and me." Her voice was direct and fierce with anger and hurt. She thought that the werewolf, of all people, would be understanding of her situation. But no, she was just another Greyback. It was then that she heard James respond, probably trying to break the tension. He was answering her last question. "Two more to be exact.. Sirius and Peter, if they decided to join us tonight." This Peter, she had never heard of him. "Sirius? Like Sirius Black?" Everyone knew the Blacks. Their family was like Wizarding royalty. Especially the Slytherin house; they all knew the Blacks. Sirius was known by a couple of names, Traitor being one, and "The one that got away" being another, depending on how you looked at the situation. From Scarlett's point of view, however, it was "Womanizer" that popped into mind. She had seen him around the school and though he was younger than her, he was a catch, and she was really wanting to meet him for some time. [/blockquote]

It was actually the moment he had yelled at her that Remus realised he had done something rather terrible. He had allowed himself to be led by prejudice, he had jumped to conclusions, and he had judged her too soon and too harsh - but why was there, then, still this anger raging through him, why couldn't he calm down? He tried to take a few deep breaths, which cleared his head enough only to realise she had backed into a corner of the room. It was a rather double feeling. He hated scaring people, yet some part of him, deep down, couldn't help but think to itself that he had intimidated her, that he was alpha and she was not. Not intimidated enough to talk, however, he found - Remus wasn't sure what he prefered. Luckily for James, he missed his comment about being related or he might have snapped to his best friend as well - and Remus didn't want to fight with his friends. Not again. No, for now he was focused only on Scarlett. "Hey Rem, Clue before you start accusing people, I haven't seen my father since he attacked me and turned me when I was thirteen." Shit, she was starting to cry now. Remus winced and ran a hand through his hair and rested it there, not just nervously, but subconsciously to be able to hide his face. He didn't deal well with crying girls, especially not when he was the cause of the crying. "I hate him, probably just as much, if not more, than you. So don't you go pointing the finger and judging, when you don't know anything about my father and me." Remus tugged his own hair slightly, dropped his arm, glanced at her - an open book and guilt clearly present on his face. He swallowed. "Merlin, I'm sorry-" He took a deep breath, to steady his voice; there was still tension in his chest, he was worried about things, angry about things, but his mind was just too jumbled to focus on any of the emotions going through him, let alone deduce their causes. Remus had a lot of reasons to be angry with Greyback. Not just because he had turned him, but also for killing Annelise's brother and ruining her life. "I know I shouldn't have judged you," he muttered, stepping forward and holding out a hand to her. "I apologise." He was shaking slightly - he had never touched another werewolf before this deliberately since, well, that turning point in his life (and that hadn't been very deliberate from his side of the deal). Of course he'd seen and sat next to other werewolves waiting for the yearly checkup and what not, but this was different.
Then, James' voice rung through the room and pulled Remus back to more pressing matters. "Two more to be exact.. Sirius and Peter, if they decided to join us tonight." Remus blinked and frowned thoughtfully, not really paying attention to what Scarlett said (it appeared to be directed to James anyway), but having more pressing matters on his mind. "Are you supposed to transform here?" he asked Scarlett, still looking thoughtfull, but also slightly worried and (to be honest) dead tired. "So there'll be two of us in here?" He rubbed his eyes and glanced at James. "I don't know, James.. I don't know if this is a good idea.. Even when it's the four of you I'm sure you sometimes have trouble enough with me alone, but two.." He hissed. "I have no idea what the dynamics will be like." Remus looked slightly nervous now, glancing between James and Scarlett. "If Peter and Sirius aren't coming, I think you should go." He was surprised by his ability to reason so clearly at the moment, through the fatigue and anxiety. Maybe because he had just been so angry, maybe he had gotten rid of some tension. Remus didn't know, but he was glad for it now, because they had only little time. He also realised that Scarlett didn't know about his friends' ability, but she had to be suspecting something by this time.. A fiercely protective feeling rose in his chest, almost overwhelming him - if she harmed his friends, his pack, if she told on them..! Not now, it wasn't important now. Remus sat down on the bed a little too roughly, the finesse in his movements long gone, resting his elbows on his knees, head in his hands. Why, of all times, tonight? Well, it couldn't have happened any other time than tonight, of course - they wouldn't have met her otherwise - but still. There were so many things and they were jumbling, tumbling over each other in his head as they tried to draw his attention and it was making Remus feel haunted and nervous - he almost longed for the transformation to happen.
[Yeah, sorry about Rem, he's got PMS like a mofo P: Anyways.. I think either we'll have to distribute the roles of Sirius and Peter amongst ourselves, or get on with transforming soonish.. And I'm not quite sure if it would be safe for James to stay, on his own, with two transformed werewolves who might react to each other in rathre violent ways?]

. "Sirius? Like Sirius Black?"
Was there another Sirius in the school? Not that James had ever met, or know about. He just decided to ignore that stupidity. The Next voice that he could hear was Remus "Are you supposed to transform here? "So there'll be two of us in here? I don't know, James.. I don't know if this is a good idea.. Even when it's the four of you I'm sure you sometimes have trouble enough with me alone, but two..If Peter and Sirius aren't coming, I think you should go." At that James shot a daggered glare at his mate. "I am not leaving you here alone, with the likes of her, regardless or not, if the other two blokes show up, I am staying here with you Remy. I did not suffer to trying become something, beyond normal school age magic, for nothing. I am your best mate. And it appears as though, Peter and Sirius aren't." It made James feel rather angry that Remus wanted him to go. He could handle two werewolves as long as he was in stag form. But yes it would be better if someone else showed up too. It seemed as though then, his wish came true. Sirius walked in. "Sorry I am late.. was well.. " His words left him as he laid eyes on the girl. Sirius Black the Gryffindor charmer. "James? Remy? why didn't you tell me you guys were inviting an enchanting, babe as this. Hello, I am Sirius Black" He was most sure that she already knew him. It seemed as though, all the girls in the school knew who he was due to his repuation. Sirius Black didn't seem to mind. The daggered eyes shot at Sirius, from James. "You bloke. You took your dear sweet time getting here didn't you? I should turn you over to the dementor's for making me think that I was going to have to be here alone with these two. You are such a douche Sirius" James seemed to yell at him. Now if only Peter would make his appearance, the time would be better. He turned, and stared at him. And let out a slight laugh. Sirius was smug as he spoke. "If you turn me into the dementor's you might as well turn yourself in, James, you are as guilty with just as much as I am" That was the truth, there was so much that could get all four the mates in trouble and they weren't even out of their Hogwarts years. James rolled his eyes and laughed. Sirius snorted. For a moment both boys forgot that they were in the room with Remus and the female Greyback girl. (not that Sirius knew who she was anyways) But it seemed as though sometimes time stood still for the best mates. [OOC: sorry for the wait guys x3 meows has been museless and kinda spacey hope this is good and yea I took the liberty of play Sirius, for my personal kicks I gets that leaves Peter to you Bianca][/blockquote][/blockquote]

Scarlett was now watching as James and Remus argued over whether she, herself was leaving, and if she wasn't, whether James and his buddies to come were leaving. "I am not leaving you here alone, with the likes of her, regardless or not, if the other two blokes show up, I am staying here with you Remy. I did not suffer to trying become something, beyond normal school age magic, for nothing. I am your best mate. And it appears as though, Peter and Sirius aren't." She could tell that James was angry, but Scar was a bit insulted. Leaving Remus alone with her, as if she was that great of a threat. "Look, James, Remus, I've seen packs before in my life. I've ran into my fair share of them. There is always an alpha dog and there is almost never conflicting over who is the alpha. It's just known." She rubbed the back of her neck, nervous. She didn't know if she was the alpha in this situation. She usually was, wherever she went. But when Remus freaked out at her, she was the one that backed off, and it was totally unlike her to do so. It was then that a strapping, young gentleman with deep brown hair walked in. He was fit, and he had a huge grin on his face. By the look of him, and knowing his younger brother, she was almost positive that this was Sirius Black. "Sorry I am late.. was well.. " He paused as he looked at her. She bit her lip and ran her hand through her hair again, a nervous habit of hers, especially when she was nervous. Cute boys made her nervous. "James? Remy? why didn't you tell me you guys were inviting an enchanting, babe as this. Hello, I am Sirius Black." She smiled, and blushed a little, though hoped he didn't notice. "Scarlett, Greyback." She said, a bit of a smirk on her face. "You bloke. You took your dear sweet time getting here didn't you? I should turn you over to the dementor's for making me think that I was going to have to be here alone with these two. You are such a douche Sirius" She tried to hide her smirk under her hand, but she let out a bit of a giggle. These boys were almost too familiar with each other. It was like a bromance. "If you turn me into the dementor's you might as well turn yourself in, James, you are as guilty with just as much as I am" It was then that she realized how completely dangerous it was about to be for the two of them. How did Remus let them stay with him during a full moon? He cared about them so deeply and yet he put them in extreme danger like this. "How can you guys stay here during a full moon? It's a bit dangerous for you both here." She said, addressing the room, but James and Sirius specifically.[/blockquote]
Part of Remus was surprised to find James glaring at him, another part of him realised he should've known he had that coming. If there was anyone fiercely loyal to his friends, it was James Potter - of course he wasn't going to leave him here on his own. "I am not leaving you here alone, with the likes of her, regardless or not, if the other two blokes show up, I am staying here with you Remy. I did not suffer to trying become something, beyond normal school age magic, for nothing. I am your best mate. And it appears as though, Peter and Sirius aren't." Remus nodded quietly for a moment. "I'm not doubting your friendship, James." He ran a hand through his hair for a moment. "Nor am I doubting theirs. I just want this night to end without blood being shed." "Look, James, Remus, I've seen packs before in my life. I've ran into my fair share of them. There is always an alpha dog and there is almost never conflicting over who is the alpha. It's just known." Remus half nodded, then shrugged. "Maybe. I suppose so. I hope so. I've never been in contact with other werewolves before, we can't say how I'll react." He rubbed his eyes for a second. "I don't know, I suppose you're both right." There was a buzz in the back of his mind, a mild head ache, and he was not in the mood to look at all the pro's and cons. He sighed and hardly looked up as Sirius barged in. He'd heard him on the stairs and, as a matter of fact, could tell Peter was on his way up as well. Sirius had always had an edge for adventure and Remus sometimes wondered if 'rampaging with Remus the Werewolf' was just another night of misschief for him. Being late was typically Sirius, the closer the call, the higher the adrenaline levels.
Patiently, he waited. Sirius asked all the questions that James had (even flirted in the same way) and he was just too tired to explain everything all over again. There was some quarrelling, but Remus wasn't in the mood to break up their playful fight, instead turning his head to the door as Peter burst through. "Si-Sirius-! Not fair to make me trip- not a fair race-!" He was out of breath, panting, but at least he was the first one to wave at Remus in greeting instead of asking who Scarlett was. Or maybe he just hadn't noticed her yet. He would soon, though, as she asked: "How can you guys stay here during a full moon? It's a bit dangerous for you both here." Peter fell silent, Remus was sure his friend suddenly stopped breathing and hesitated a moment before answering (albeit after a slightly encouraging nod from Remus). "We're all animagi," Peter said, not without a hint of pride. "We've been keeping Remus company for some time now." Remus nodded, glancing at Scarlett a moment. "No one knows but us. I'm quite sure we can all keep each other's secrets." He leaned back on the bed a little, to peek through the boards that covered the windows. What time was it?
