Let me tell you, a little something about myself[/color]
Aurora Lee Sinistra was the fourth and last child born to Jacob and Vanessa Sinistra, her older siblings were all boys so it was easy to see why she was always told that she could do anything as long as she didn’t get hurt; that was like waving a red flag at a bull as the muggle saying goes for she tried to do everything her brothers did, if not more though she hardly got in trouble for it. Her family wasn’t rich but then you couldn’t call them poor either, they had money to pay for all the things they needed and then some that they didn’t. When asked what her childhood was like Aurora would always answer wonderful except when they visited family in Africa for they believed children should be seen and not heard, it was how even made exciting by her oldest brother Alex when he would sneak them out of the house to look at the stars; thus starting her great love affair with Astrology.
The day Aurora received her letter to Hogwarts was one of the best days of her life, it meant she could learn more and would get to see her siblings more for it was boring being the only one child left at home. She was sorted into Ravenclaw house within seconds of the hat touching her head, and was cheered on by the others for it meant all of them had made it into the same house. While at school she made many friends and enjoyed spending just as much time with them as she did studying especially if it was her favourite subjects. Passing with her N.E.W.T.S with the highest score in Astrology allowed her to move on to teaching it, after Professor Star retired she was amazed to see Professor Dumbledore at her door asking if she would take over the position.
Accepting it she looked forwards to her first year starting, though she knew it would be hard to get the students into a routine of having to come to class late at night she was up for the challenge. One of the first things she decided she had to do was talk to her old professors to ask their advice on how to do a few things, all of them told her just to be her normal out going self with a little bit of strictness to control the students who would love to use that time of night to prank or cause mischief.
