Let me tell you, a little something about myself[/color]
Charlie Phineas Weasley is the youngest of the three boys whose family has gone through quite a hardship. His mother, Cedrella Black, was disowned from the prominent Black family after marrying Septimus Weasley. The Weasley family, although mostly pureblood, has been known for ages as being kind toward muggles and muggleborns, and therefore known as blood traitors. By marrying him, she lost her status and her wealth. Septimus worked very hard every day of his life, while Cedrella stayed home raising the three boys. By the time Charlie came into the picture, Arther was nine and Billius was six. They were a very tight knit family as both Septimus and Cedrella were no longer close with their families, due to who they had married. Charles Phineas Weasley was just a baby compared to his brothers and never as close with them. Always a shy, little daydreamer, he clung close to his mother as a young boy .
Charles Phineas Weasley is a name passed down for a while. Charlie is most definitely a Weasley name, along with Billius. Phineas was Charlie's great-grandfather's name on his mother's side, the same Phineas Nigellus who was headmaster at Hogwart's before the position was taken over by Scamander after his death.
Charlie spent his years watching his brothers go off to Hogwarts and wishing he could go along too. He spent time with his mother within Diagon Alley or staying at home, but really wanting to be with the other bright, young wizards. His brothers would come home and tell him all about Hogwarts, both truth and myth, though his parents helped him discern between myth and fact. He knew by the time he got his letter that he would end up in Gryffindor with the other Weasleys, and he was perfectly content about it.
Charlie spent the next six years blending in within the Gryffindors. He was never quite an oddball like his eldest brother, Arthur, and never the successful one like Billius, Head boy and Quidditch Captain. He slid under the radar as the shy Weasley, the quiet one. Charlie has had two crushes in his life but no relationships. One crush died out when his brother started dating her, Molly Prewett, though it was really more like puppy love. The other was Lucius Malfoy, though he would never admit it to anyone.
The most exciting even that has happened within the Weasley family, is that Arthur and Molly got married, and are on their, not second, but third child. The first two were named after Arthur's brothers, Bill and Charlie, making Charlie, Uncle Char, and the third, a little piker, is Percy. Charlie loves to hang out at the Burrow with Molly and has become great friends with her since his puppy love had ended. He's glad that things worked out for the best in that circumstance.
