The Silent Angel Noel needs people

So here is my lovely little Noel. First and foremost one must know that this girl is mute. She speaks in sign, by writing on a piece of paper, in the air, or protecting the words too you (admins if that's allowed). Usually she uses sign and writing on a piece of paper so as not to freak people out.

She needs some friends and enemies. On top of that she needs a significant other. it doesn't matter if its a boy or a girl as she's gender blind in a way. she just wants someone who will love her for her and not be afraid of her.

I suppose she'd also need a tutor of some kind? After all, being mute and still having to learn spells is harsh stuff. I've always heard that wandless or wordless is possible, but it's usually done beginning with doing the spell with wand and with words and only then trying to leave either or both out.
