Let me tell you, a little something about myself[/color]
James Tristan Potter was born to a witch and a wizard who’d been married for some time and were getting along in their lives. They hadn’t expected to have a child so late, but they did. A single boy with a great head of messy black hair. The Potter’s were wealthy people and gave James everything they could. He never had a thing to be worried over growing up. Girls loved him, he had all the best clothes and toys.
His father, being a Gryffindor many, many years before, was incredibly proud when James followed in his footsteps and was sorted into Gryffindor as well. He made his mark by starting out causing as much trouble as he possibly could. He quickly made friends, mainly Sirius Black, Remus Lupin, and Peter Pettigrew. And just as quickly made enemies, like Severus Snape. He was again smart and charming and wildly known for his antics and popularity.
His little world was perfect, even through the difficult times. In James’ fifth year at Hogwarts, he, Sirius, and Peter all mastered the art of becoming an animagus. They followed Remus on the nights he transformed, with the aid of The Marauder’s Map and their new found skill. When they weren’t off causing trouble James kept himself busy playing quidditch as a Gryffindor chaser. He was growing into a fine, popular young wizard.
His sixth year has come without pause. His best friend has run away and become his brother by proxy. He's coming back as a chaser once more. He's got his friends, and his shear charm and wit. James Potter is on top of the world. The only thing standing in his way is Lily Evans. He is desperately in love with her and she has hated him the entire time they’ve been in school. It kills him to know that, but he tries any way to befriend her. He'll be damned if she's not his by the time they start their seventh year.
