Emilia has been distant lately towards her friends, mainly because misses her parents but that's normal for a teenage girl, she had a close relationship with her mom and could talk to her about everything. she strolled out of the Gryffindor house and headed towards the courtyard, it was late enough for hopefully no one would realize she left. not like anyone would really notice, she wasn't exactly well known about in the school, and last time she checked it was a crystal clear night and she was going to take this opportunity to look at the stars while she can. Tonight, she figured no one would follow her, so she wore something comfortable that actually reviled a lot of her skin to the world. A black tank top that hung loosely at the bottom, it was tight around her chest but as it reached her stomach it loosened up. there was a black band around her ribs that was sewn into the shirt with this shirt, she wore dark jeans that reached down to her ankles. For shoes she wore black and white plaided flats that were rimmed with a black ribbon around the hole where ones foot would slip in to and it connected to a bow on the top of the shoe. She carried a black zip up hoodie as well as her robe with her just in chase she got a little too cold. To top it off Emilia wore her charm bracelet which she loved to pieces. last time she wore something so skin revealing it was early summer and like this situation it was night and she figured she'd be alone.
She loved the cold because it's easier to warm yourself up then to cool yourself down. rounding the corner she headed towards the court yard, that always had the best view of the sky, in her opinion anyways. Emilia was walking with her head faced up at the ceilings, more like uppers wall because she simply likes to watch the paintings. Not watching where she was going at all which caused her to right straight into a wall which scared the potato's out of her and cause her to scream a little. After realizing it was only a wall she laughed at herself and continued on, now with her eyes on the path. She hurried away hoping no one heard her, now only half way there. She was really excited, She was going to look at the stars and see what constellations are visible at this time of year. Although she does this every year and basically when ever she can, she loves to do it. The star's were her passion and being able to see and name almost every constellations excites her. her favorite was Draco the dragon why it really is unsure but there is something about it that just attracts her to it.
Finally, She came to her normal spot. Emilia strolled out to the lawn and sat down in the large patch of grass, The ground was simply colder then she could have wished for. She slipped her hoodie on and zipped it up. She brushed the hair out of her face before looking towards the sky... It was cloudy... This fact upset her quite a lot, but when the clouds moved she could see some stars which she thought was better than nothing to her. She watched the sky move, so she could see some of the stars, the only thing that could ruin this night was a storm because she was terrified of them...

Sirius had felt restless. He laid in his bed in the boys' dormitory with his hands behind his head and his legs crossed, looking at the top of his four-poster. There were already boys asleep in the dormitory. Peter was one of them, snoring away. He didn't understand how people could go to sleep so early. It wasn't like it was napping - he was sure Peter would sleep until he had to get up for classes the next day. James was down in detention somewhere and Remus had been M.I.A for a while now. Sirius couldn't help but feel a little bored. He felt like he hadn't had any "bro time" for a while now.
He knew he couldn't ignore his restless feeling, so he got out of bed, went into James' trunk and pulled out the Invisibility Cloak. He pulled it over himself and then descended into the common room. He really didn't feel like being seen that night. Things between him and Lena were so complicated that he just didn't want to deal with it at the moment. He knew that the entire thing was his fault, but didn't know how to fix it. Lena wasn't an unreasonable girl. She never expected a relationship out of him (as far as he was aware), but he still felt off about the entire thing. Lena was almost as good as one of the guys, and Sirius was just screwing it all up. If something happened to go wrong, what would happen with her friendship with the other Marauders?
Sirius tried to get the entire situation off his mind. He really wished that he had James to talk to, but Sirius didn't know how to talk, well, feelings. He didn't even understand how he felt, so how could he talk to James about it? Sirius figured the less he thought about it, the more he could just... not be bothered by it. What he really needed was a good night out with the guys. Maybe drinking at the Three Broomsticks or even the Shrieking Shack. Hell, a good prank itself would be ideal as well.
Sirius ventured out into the cold and then disappeared into the Forbidden Forest. He took off the Cloak, and then transformed into his dog state. He needed to run, and needed to run hard. He did exactly that. He ran as fast as his feet could carry him and then some more. He only returned to the Cloak when his lungs were burning from the cold and he felt as if he could pass out from exhaustion. The cold didn't usually bother Sirius. He liked being outdoors no matter the temperature or weather.
Sirius didn't bother putting the Cloak over himself. He figured he'd just put it on when he got back to the school. He instead stuffed it into the rucksack he had brought with him and was about to re-enter the school when he saw someone sitting apparently in the middle of the lawns. He was about to ignore her, but something caused him to walk towards her instead. Sirius' cheeks were still a little red from the run, but honestly, he wanted to make sure she was okay. It wasn't common to see some girl sitting outside by herself after dark unless something was wrong. He wasn't about to ask her if she was okay, he was just going to maybe try to make her laugh. As stated earlier, Sirius wasn't good with feelings and wasn't about to drag himself into someone else's drama.
As he got closer, he realized that he was approaching Emilia. She was in his year and he obviously knew her quite well.
"Running away from all the boys persuing you in the common room?" Sirius joked as he approached her from behind. Without invitation, he plopped himself down next to her. He wasn't cold, and his run was able to allow him to just wear a green, thin long-sleeve. He didn't really know what else to say just in case she really was upset for some reason, but when he looked at her face he realized she didn't seem upset at all.

A familiar voice scared her half to death. She turned her head a laughed softly at his joke. " Yup.. you know me, I fight the boys off with a bat." she laughed at her own joke. From what she knew, there really wasn't any boys chasing after her and if there were, that would a a shocker to her. Emilia leaned back on her elbows and stretched her legs out in front of her. Her eyes glided over to Sirius and she smirked. She'd assume he was up to no good, probably going to pull a prank or two. Emilia was never too sure of what he was ever up to. He kept her guessing all the time which sometimes bothered her. " I'm disappointed in the weather today... I was told it was suppose to be clear out tonight... clearly it isn't... I was so looking forward to the stars too..." she complained to him. There was never much to do on nights like these.
Emilia was missing home more than usual lately. Why? the reason was unclear to her. She normally started to miss home more towards the end of the school year. why did this start so early? She couldn't answer that, and the one of the only things that made her feel at home around here was being able to look up at the stars and she couldn't even do that! Emilia laid down on the ground and sighed again, She looked at him before looking back at the sky. "Why are you out anyways? I mean, shouldn't you have a detention or something?" she teased him before laughing softly at the joke she had made. The wind blew every so slightly but just enough to give her a little chill.
It wasn't very cold... but Emilia had always gotten cold easily ever since she was younger. it was just a natural thing to her. Thus, why she always carries some type of hoodie and/or robe with her at all times because you never know when you'll be freezing in a class room! She brushed some hair behind her ear as she continued to attempt to look at the stars while she could. Sadly, the gaps in between the clouds seem the be getting smaller. This actually upset Emilia quite a lot but it was life, she couldn't do anything about it. As the moments went by, she realized how creepy it actually was outside this night and was rather glad that it was Sirius that had scared her half to death and not some super creeper.
Emilia decided it would be a good time to stretch her entire body while she was laying down. She started with her feet, extending them away from her which forced her legs to stretched. It turned in to a chair reactions, from her legs to her hips and up her spine. As the stretching crawled up her spine she lifted her arms up above her head so the stretched could crawl up her arms and end at her finger tips. It was a fantastic stretch for her, the best she has had in days. she stayed in the stretching position for just a moment more before simultaneously relaxing and letting out a moan. It didn't sound like a normal moan one would make after stretching, but one that someone would make if they were having sex.
Emilia's cheeks heated up and turned red with embarrassment. She couldn't find to voice to explain that her stretch felt really nice but even that could even be taken the wrong way. She wanted to crawl into a hole and just hid for the rest of her life. If Sirius would have been anyone else, She wouldn't feel so embarrassed... But why was she so embarrassed? It was a completely normal thing, but she was extremely embarrassed by the silly noise she had made in his presence... It didn't make any sense to her, perhaps it was because she was already feeling a little off and this was just added to it? who knew, but she was going to settle on that.
"That's not what I really sounds like in bed!"
out of everything she could have said... she said that... more like blurted out... It was official... She was going to dig herself a nice hole and hid in it for the rest of her life... never to see the day light again... she'd become like the ground hog except never come out... ever.

"Hey, I don't know what happens in your personal life," Sirius retorted. He was glad to see that she didn't seem to be upset in the slightest. It almost felt foreign for Sirius to speaking to a girl other than Lena - almost. He nudged her on the arm lightly and continued with, "I have yet to get to you, so I'm assuming that everyone else is still trying as well."
Sirius just couldn't help but flirt or make some kind of sexual reference. It just came out no matter who he was talking to - Hell, half the time he would even flirt with James! He was so comfortable with his sexuality that it didn't make him feel awkward. All of his flirty comments just came out naturally, and that's what a lot of people liked about him - his confidence. Really, he didn't even have to try anymore. He remembered back in his first year when he was just trying to differentiate himself away from his last name. He felt as if back then he tried a little too hard. What kind of eleven year old was really trying to get laid anyways?
Sirius raised an eyebrow about her comment over the stars. "The stars?" he repeated. "What's so great about the stars?"
It was much too cloudy to actually see any, but when the clouds moved he saw one here or there. Really, he should have shown more interest in Astronomy considering he was named after a star or something. Really, his whole family was named after things in the sky. However, he didn't care for his family, and working on Astronomy just reminded him of all his family members every time one of them were mentioned.
Sirius glanced at Emilia to notice that she was trying to peek at the stars as well. Girls. They were always interested in something like this - always stars or drawing or something. Every single one of them. He didn't care how much of a sweeping, broad generalization he was making, it was simply true. He assumed it was because girls seemed to pay attention to detail while boys usually saw things as the big picture. All of his friends were interested in pranking and seeing the final result in things.
He hadn't even noticed that he was staring at her until she began to stretch. Naturally, his eyes just happened to make his way down her body. Wasn't it normal for a guy to check out most girls? Well, maybe not Remus. If it weren't for Annelise, Sirius would have assumed that Remus was asexual.
The moan that escaped Emilia's lips was the cherry on top and made Sirius laugh. This was only made worse when she tried to defend herself by claiming it wasn't what she sounded like in bed.
"It's not, is it?" Sirius asked between laughs. "Care to show me what you do sound like in bed?" If people actually rolled on the floor with laughter, Sirius was almost doing practically that. It felt good to be in a non-serious situation for once; just free to laugh and be himself like usual. It felt like lately there had been too much serious going on and not alot of anything else. Suddenly, he found himself grateful that he had decided to go for that run.

Emilia laughed at his comment, Sirius always had a way to get her to laugh. "If I wanted a certain someone. I could easily get them" she stated. Okay, Emilia was getting a little cocky of herself. but it wasn't like she was just rubbing it in his face, He could do the same exact thing! seriously, what girl wouldn't want to date Sirius? Well, She certainly couldn't think of any girls that wouldn't. He was quite a flirt which most of the time gave her a good laugh.
Emilia sighed and frowned at him. She couldn't really be disappointed in him but then again she couldn't really help it. Most girls would get an excuse like "Oh they are simply so pretty! who could someone not love them!" lame right? Emilia actually had a reason to like them. An important memory she had with her mom. "I'm not some ditsy girl that just likes looking at them because I think they're pretty." she paused before attempting to look up at them again but failing to actually see any. "I look at them because they remind me of home. so normally when I miss home I look at them and I feel more at home" she stated before laughing softly.
Emilia was embarrassing. She always hated that about herself but sometimes it was a good thing. She'd rather be the one embarrassed than anyone else. She still couldn't believe she made such a sexual noise. She literally face palmed herself because of herself. As the moments went by she only became more embarrassed at herself. but she had to accept the fact that Sirius now knew exactly how she sounded in bed. She started to laugh slightly at her self. seeing how much Sirius was laughing made her want to laugh too.
Although, Emilia was completely embarrassed, she accepted the fact she had done it to herself. Emilia started to laugh more and more, a little was about herself but most of it was how ridiculous Sirius looked while he was laughing. She was laughing so hard she was to the point of crying! She tried to best to calm down but it didn't work very well it only made her laugh ever harder! She knew one thing, this was a great ab workout.
Moments past and she finally calmed down. She looked a Sirius and playfully hit his arm. "you wish I'd show you" she joked playfully before laughing some more. Emilia's eye turn to the sky once again, She wasn't able to see the stars anymore, which upset her slightly but spending time with an old friend was way more fun. Talking to Sirius always took her mind off things especially homework. To her, homework needed to just disappear from her life entirely. She sighed lightly at the fact it was completely cloudy. She closed her eyes for a moment, The chills of the air which made her shiver ever so slightly.
Slightly rumbling came from the distant. She didn't think much of it, probably just her imagination. If it was going to storm There'd be lighting and it'd already be raining. That's how it worked in her head anyways. She'd become terrified if it started to storm. while some girls would lie and say they were scared of something... Emilia was 100% terrified of thunder storms... to the point where she'd had to be passed out asleep before it even come to where she could actually hear the thunder or see the lightening. "So, besides me killing you with my embarrassing moments, how have you been lately?" she asked, It was only a natural thing to ask a friend how they've been when they haven't seen them in so long.

"I'm sure you could," Sirius retorted. What else was he really supposed to say? That she couldn't? She was a good-looking girl, it wasn't like she was some ogre in Slytheirn. Even if she was by any some terrible luck, her humour would up her in the hot department even just a little bit.
Could Sirius get any girl he wanted? He told everyone that he thought so, but he highly doubted it. Other than Alecto, he doubted that he could get any Slytherin. Alecto only happened anyways due to some high teenage hormones and a life-saving adventure in the Forest. Neither have spoken since, neither had Sirius told anyone that he was defiled by a Slytherin. It wasn't exactly something that he was proud of. Regardless, he was sure that there were some girls out there that were too feminist for him or told themselves that 'they didn't want him' for the sheer reason of being afraid of rejection. To be fair, there were girls that Sirius never went after as they weren't particularly his type either.
Sirius saw Emilia frown and could instantly tell that she had taken what he had said the wrong way.
"Hey, hey! I never said that, did I?" Sirius asked while quickly backtracking through what he had said. No, not once did the word 'ditzy' pass through his lips, nor did he think she was so. He thought many girls were ditzy, although many of them were in different Houses... like Slytherin or Hufflepuff. Not that Sirius was hating on the Huffies, they were hot, too. Just some of them didn't have a lot going on in the brain department. "So like... you look at them and think that your family is looking at the same stars sort of deal?" he asked, trying to understand. He never cared about anyone outside of Hogwarts. When Sirius was at Hogwarts, he was home. He didn't yearn to see anyone elsewhere. He was able to see whomever he wanted, whenever he wanted. If they didn't want to see him, well, that's what James' invisibility cloak was for, wasn't it?
Sirius watched her laugh and couldn't deny that it was contagious. He was glad that there was nothing complicated about their evening and that it was just straight fun. Due to the fact that it seemed that they were just casually hanging out, Sirius thought it would be a good time to take out his flask. He took a sip of the strong Firewhiskey and offered it to Emilia.
"Here, it'll warm you up," Sirius stated. He grinned at her comment and replied with, "Hell yeah, I wish you'd show me!"
Sirius automatically followed where Emilia's eyes were (at the sky), and noticed that the stars had mostly disappeared. Despite the fact that it was dark, he could tell that extremely dark clouds were rolling in and blacking out the sky. Sirius heard the rumbling too, but he was very unafraid of thunderstorms. He usually liked to walk out in them when he was a child, hoping that he'd be struck by lightning. That, of course, was much before he met his friends and before he realized it was normal to not want to aspire to Darkness.
"Eh," was the only thing Sirius could think of to reply. What was he able to tell her that didn't sound like he was living out of a Muggle soap opera? (Sirius had tried to watch TV at an old folk's home once just to try to be completely different from his family, but had been cast out when his old man wig fell off). "I hate to admit, but my life's been pretty boring lately. How about yours?"

Emilia nodded, it was true he didn't call her ditsy so she was the one in the wrong for assume every girl that likes the stars is ditsy so she was really talking herself ditsy. which amused herself slightly. When Sirius pointed out the fact that her family could be looking at the same stars.. well she never actually thought of that..."I guess... I never really thought of it that way. I more of thought of all the times my mom an I would look at the stars and such... but your reason sounds a lot better" she laughed softly at herself for not even thinking of that. Maybe she really was ditsy but didn't know it? well she certainly hoped that it didn't work
Emilia eyed the flask, she could smell the whiskey coming from it. She couldn't remember the last time she actually had a drink, if she ever had one at all to begin with. There were only two possibilities, One, she had never had a drink before in her life. Or, two, the one time she drank, she got so drunk that she couldn't remember anything about the prier night. She couldn't figure it out but she knew she'd either be a light weight or not. Judging by her size, she could possibly be one but probably not a drastically light one. "Sure, Why not?" she grinned before taking the flask and sipping from it. It was strong... really strong and she choked on it slightly. She coughed lightly as she handed the flask back. Sirius was right, it was started to warm her, slowly and barley as it slid down her throat. Emilia rolled his eyes at him, She figured he was being a huge flirt which he probably was. "You and every other guy I know" she joked playfully.
She was shocked to hear his life was boring. from what she heard around school he was always up to something but then again, couldn't really trust what someone heard around school. " Oh you know, doing horrible in most of my classes... and getting more and more disappointed in the male population... no offense or anything.." she laughed " I'm actually rather surprised you were out here by yourself... shouldn't you have a stalker around here?" she joked about the stalker thing. It certainly wouldn't surprise her if he had one. He was well-known anyways why wouldn't he have one?
The sky rumbled again but this time, she wouldn't be able to ignore it. No harm in trying though. She tried her best to ignore the noise from the sky. Her hand glided through her hair when she ran her hand through it. "you know, I never realized how dark it actually got outside when its really cloudy out." she said softly before looking at Sirius. "It's actually kinda cool, I mean, besides the fact that I can barely see ten feet in front of me!" As she spoke, she talked slower before nervously laughing. She hadn't realized how dark it actually gotten. Not that she wasn't scared of the dark but more of the realization shocked her a bit.
A shiver crawled down her spin not because she was chilled but more of because and the slight warmed coming from the inside of her stomach. "Whatever was in your flask, it was good" she stated. She wanted some more but didn't want to be rude... or to get drunk on accident. She'd feel horrible if Sirius had to take care of her while she was drunk. She didn't know how she was when she was drunk... probably emotional and frisky... That probably wouldn't be good in this situation.

Sirius was relieved when Emilia nodded. The last thing he wanted was an argument or offended girl on his hands. On the one hand, Sirius liked his reputation just as much as the girls did - he was well known, and for good reasons. On the other hand, his reputation sometimes worked against him as many believed him to be one-dimentional. He believed himself to be quite the opposite. Well, at least sometimes. It was like some girls just didn't want to give him the chance for even a conversation or quick word as they always thought he was trying to pull something over on them. Even if he was planning to do so, who said that they had to snog him merely because he tried? Would it be so hard to just not snog him? In Sirius' mind, they should have felt at least complimented that he had hit on them. Half the time he did it out of pity.
The one corner of Sirius' mouth lifted into a small grin. "Guess I was getting a little deep for you, eh?" he asked, and then winked suggestively. He hadn't meant the sexual insinuation, but he worked with it anyways. He at least thought it was funny.
Sirius willingly handed the drink to Emilia. He had a stash big enough that if the two drank the entire thing (it was rather large) in one night, he still really wouldn't be out much. Besides, he and James got it at a heavily discounted price. If he ran out, he could always get more... although he didn't think it'd be an issue. The two of them would have to drink a hell of a lot to run out. He chuckled and took a long swig of the drink that she handed back to him. Sirius was a lot more skilled at drinking that probably even James, and therefore he had a really high tolerance. That is, if he had anything to eat that day... which he hadn't, really.
"Hey, guys will be guys," he agreed. What was he going to do, lie? Sirius might be smooth with girls, but he tried his best not to lie. He didn't particularly care how much of a pig he came off as, but he didn't want to be known as a liar as well. He liked to be charged with only one thing at a time, so to speak. "Don't worry, I'm sure a few girls would be interested as well if you're into that kind of thing."
Sirius didn't offer the flask to her so much as just casually hand it back to her. It was still more than 2/3rds full, and he personally wasn't intending to head back up to the school any time soon.
"Horrible in most of your classes? How? Which ones?" he was in fact enjoying their simple conversation. It was the best part of his day so far, as it wasn't really helped by the fact that he hadn't talked to his mates in literally ages. "If I dare ask, how has the male population been bothering you lately? Also, I take no offense. Unless it's something that I did, in which case, I'm deeply offended." He gave her a somewhat serious face at her comment and replied, "I'm sure I have a stalker somewhere around here. May not want to get too friendly with me, they have been known to attack."
It was actually funny when it happened. Sirius had girls fight over him before - girls whose names he didn't even know. Most of them lately had been much too young for him. The one most recently involved two third year girls who both tried to approach him at the same time. Apparently they were best friends and had a bet to see who could snog him first. Neither one.
"You just have to get your eyes used to the dark," Sirius explained as if it weren't common knowledge. "Try to get your eyes to look far ahead. Soon they can start making out shadows and then you can start seeing what's out there." Sirius' grey eyes scanned the grounds for something to look at. Finally, he scooched closer to Emilia so that he could point in the direction of the lake. "Look closely, can you see what's at the edge of the lake? See, if you can see that there, then you'll soon find you've adjusted to the dark and then can see other stuff." It was just silly conversation, but it would do. "I actually like it being so dark," he continued in a matter-of-fact tone. "Means no one can bother me."
"The Firewhiskey?" Sirius said in question to what was in his flask. "You've never had it before? It's like a magic concoction, even in the wizarding world in my opinion. Have as much as you'd like."

Sexual innuendos always made her day so much better, especially when they weren't even intended! She laughed lightly at what he had said, It was pretty good one she had to admit. But, she could do better just not at this moment, she couldn't think of a single thing to come up with. " Perhaps you did.... perhaps you didn't" she winked jokingly back before laughed softly. Emilia blushed madly when he suggested women to her. Emilia be interested in woman?! she wasn't offended but she was just embarrassed someone would think of that! "Women? I mean I'm sexy but I don't think I'd want to attract women, they seem to be really scary stalkers..." she said before laughing quite hard. she shook her head slowly as she laughed at the thought of her having women following her around like a lost puppies. she found it quite absurd for her When Sirius handed her the flask again, she didn't sip it she took a good drink. Sure it was gross going down, but she was loving the warm feeling it was giving her inside. She coughed lightly but didn't choke... taking a drink probably wasn't a good idea, it would probably get her drunk but it was warming her up which she didn't want to stop. she handed him back the flask and smiled. "All of them! I'm terrible at studying and such. Just falling behind is all. she nibbled on her lip lightly as she thought about which subjects she was going horrible in, but she couldn't remember. "Mainly ravenclaw's, They think it's fun to lead me on and then just drop blow me off. like it's nothing, but for ravenclawers they are pretty stupid to piss me because I'm not scared to beat the shit out of them" she snickered softly. when she tired to stop but she couldn't for a few moments. Emilia raised her hand to Sirius' shoulder and caressed it lightly " ohhh~ I'm not worried about some little girls coming to beat me up for being friendly with my friend" she laughed. She was all giggly and smiley and she didn't know why but she was warm on the inside so that's all that mattered right now. She tired her best to focus on something in the distance, like the edge of the lake he was pointing out. She could actually start to see it! it felt like a miracle! It was nice be able to see something that was so far away. " Amazing! I can see!" she grinned happily as she looked at him, being able to basically clearly see his face. " I normally don't drink... actually I don't think I've ever drunk before. But this firewhiskey is really good! I mean it's really strong it seems like.. she started before looking at the sky. There was a rumble in the sky but she just ignored it. Which was weird, normally she's want to run back to her room and crawl under a blanket and hid. But this time she just ignored it, like nothing was happening. She went to lean on his shoulder but then she turned her head, opened her mouth and lightly bit his shoulder. Well, more like she placed her teeth around his shoulder. She broke out in to a light laughter before moving away. She started to stretch but it wasn't an intense one like from before, it was a small comfortable one. "you know, We don't hang out very often like this. It's really fun! I mean I'm having fun, and I hope you are too because then I'd think that I'm a really boring person. So hopefully! You don't think that I am" she laughed lightly as she grinned happily. " Hey! I never asked about you! Got any ladies in your life?" she nudged him lightly with a wink on the end. The warms she desperately wanted was not consuming her body and making her quite toasty, of course she didn't want to full on strip down but she was getting uncomfortable... She removed her thick robe that reviled her pants and hoodie still in place on her body... but how long would those last there?

Sirius grinned at Emilia, but he was unsure of whether or not he was making her uncomfortable. Just because he was going along with some of his jokes didn't mean that she liked the jokes. Many girls went along with him merely because they thought he was attractive, even if said jokes offended them. Seeing how Sirius' mood was some days, he was surprised girls fawned after him a lot. As shallow as girls said that boys were, it was also the other way around.
He noticed that she blushed and thought that perhaps he had struck a nerve. Was Emilia gay? For some reason, he doubted it. Maybe because she was sitting out with him in the dark, drinking, and allowed joke after joke.
"Women aren't the only scary stalkers," Sirius said somewhat seriously. "There are certain... boys who stalk just as hard." He couldn't help but think of Nicky. As nice as Nicky was, he was still a litte strange. He never worried that the boy was going to do something dramatic, but he did follow the Marauders around a little too much, and did have a rather manic looks in his eye.
Sirius watched as Emilia took a good swig of the drink. "Careful... you don't want to get drunk, do you?"
He wasn't sure if that was what she wanted. He knew that he was getting a warm feeling thoughout his blood, but he wasn't close to drunk. To be fair, though, he was a much more seasoned drinker and had a heavier body mass than Emilia.
"You probably think you're failing and you're actually doing brilliantly. I never study and I manage to get high marks," he replied. He didn't think he was gloating, merely just speaking. It was true though - studying was something Sirius didn't do. Quite frankly, he couldn't even think of the layout of the library inside of his head. It was just somewhere he didn't go. For some reason, information seemed to just stick in his head. He was just lucky, he supposed. He even managed to become an Animagi without stepping foot into the library. Well, that was merely because he bought the books with the information so they wouldn't draw attention to themselves.
"Ravenclaws?" Sirius repeated, raising his eyebrow at her. "Why are you wasting your time with them when there's plenty of eligible bachelors in your own House? Besides, Ravenclaws are smart... they can screw you over a dozen times without you realizing they've done so. They can be a crazy lot."
Sirius looked at the glazed look in Emilia's eyes and decided that if she wasn't full blown drunk, in about ten minuts she'd be there. She was drinking a lot and rather quickly, and he doubted that she had eaten anything lately. He didn't mind, however. It probably kept her warm.
"You've never drank before, and now you just drank that much?" Sirius jokingly took the flask away from her. "Alchy!"
Sirius heard the faint sound of rain in the distance and figured it would start storming near them, too, but he tried to not concern himself. For all he knew, it was moving in the different direction. All he knew is that if it stormed, Emilia would probably call it a night and go inside. Well, if she could make it inside. He chuckled when she bit his shoulder. Weirdo.
"Yeah, I'm having fun too," Sirius admitted. "Ladies in my life?" he repeated in order to try to buy him some time. His mind went to Lena and he immediately began to feel guilty. Why should he though? He never asked her to be his girlfriend by any means. So... "No, no ladies," he answered, although he couldn't imagine how Emilia never saw Sirius with Lena around. "What about you? Any special people?"

Emilia was pretty surprised when Sirius mentioned that boys can stalk just as hard. She never really thought of boys being able to access that kind of obsession in that part of their mind. It was easy for a girl to do that, but that's because women are more emotional than men. So it really concerned her that men have the capability to be stalkers as well. Emilia shivered slightly at the thought of it.
Emilia bit her lip and shrugged. "It's making me warm... and I like being warm... especially since it's so cold out tonight." she explained before yawning lightly. "I'm not tired, so I don't want to go back to my room and try to sleep when i know i wont be able too, so i don't see why i shouldn't get drunk... I mean unless you're running low on that Firewhiskey and you want it all to yourself." she explained more as her head was tilted to the side slightly.
"Maybe that's so, but I just want to do my best in them, I'm such a worrier when it comes marks, I just get terrified I'm going to do bad i guess" she shrugged once again and sighed. "School just gets to me... I don't know why but it does" she frowned lightly before throwing her head back and letting out a frustrated sigh.
When he simply mentioned the name of that dreaded house moved herself so she was able to cross her legs and leaned forward with her right elbow resting on her right knew and rested her head in the palm of her hand. "Because they are so smart, they knew exactly what I want and they act like they are that kinda person and charm me then drop me like I'm some stupid Slytherin." She wasn't bashing on Slytherins, hell, her two elder brothers were in Slytherin, but that didn't change the case. The Slytherins that she knew weren't the smartest ones. So for her to say that, it wasn't necessarily a lie because she didn't know any smart Slytherins.
Emilia Shot him a silly look when he joking took the flask away but started to laugh softly. She giggled for a few moments before it died down. " I'm sure I'd be a fun drunk! we should get drunk together and party it up! you know! Go crazy! do stuff we'll probably regret in the morning.. like playing in a storm!" she blurted. It was like word vomit, it just came out and there was not stopping her ramble.
The storm was growing closer, slowly but steadily. Emilia could careless about it though. Her mind didn't even think about the storm coming. She was having too much fun nomming on Sirius's shoulder. At this rate, she didn't want to head in and chill inside, it was much to nice and warm out! She unlatched from his shoulder and smiled lightly.
Her smile soon turned into a grin when he said he was having fun. That always made her happy when she wasn't being a 'boring bob'. What caught her off guard was when he said he didn't have any ladies in his life... She always thought Him and that one girl were sexing it up... but she was probably wrong, She normally was when it came to things like that. She was never good at remembering who was with who and who was trying to get with who. Things such as that. When he asked about her, she thought for a moment, Was there anyone special she had a thing for? " Nope, I'm as free as a Dragon...erm.. I mean Bird..." she paused and laughed at her mix up for a moment "What i means it, I'm single, like normal." she laughed at herself... but then she realized she was laughing at herself for being single for the past 2 years.. " Forever alone" she whined slightly but that didn't stay long before she started to giggle again.
As the time went by, Emilia got warmer and warmer, She, of course, didn't think much of it and took off her hoodie. she moved her her head off her palm and moved her arm. She flopped back down on the ground and closed her eyes so she could focus on a really needed stretch.. It was a longer one, so it involved uncrossing her legs and stretching them as well. While she stretched, she ended up bitting her bottom lip to keep from making such an embarrassing noise while simultaneously arched her back to get the full stretching effect. Her face, to be honest, It looked like it belonged to a girl that was being very satisfied by a man. Once her Well needed stretch was over... she realized the facial expression she just had... Normally, She'd blush and say something like 'I don't really look like that when I'm being pleasured' but she wasn't exactly 100% herself at this very moment in time so she did the exact opposite. " Yes, that was the face i make when I'm being pleasured... if you're lucky maybe one day you'll cause it" she winked and giggled uncontrollably.

Sirius would never know why girls always seemed so surprised when they found out boys could be stalkers as well. In his mind, they were worse stalkers than girls. Girls usually weren't scary... boys were. If a guy was to stalk a girl, they could usually get violent. He had seen his fair share of boy stalkers at Hogwarts alone and it never turned out well. Yes, Nicky was all about Sirius, but he had yet to do anything dangerous. Guys usually felt the need to do something drastic in order to get the person of their affection's attention - and for some reason it involved violence or assault to some degree.
"If you're cold, I could warm you up you know," Sirius said as he offered his one arm out if she wanted to take it. For some reason, he didn't want to be too bold with Emilia - mainly because he couldn't tell if she was being flirty or if she was just being friendly. With Sirius it was usually both, although there was a few girls he flirted with that he had no interest in. However, Sirius doubted that most girls would just flirt with him with no interest. As much as anyone could try to deny it, Sirius was a good-looking guy - probably the best-looking guy in all of Hogwarts. Yes, his personality could use some work sometimes, but whose didn't? Sirius grinned at her comment. "I'm never low on Firewhiskey. I could probably sell it all year round and get some serious profit if I wanted to. Go ahead, drink up."
Sirius shrugged about her comments regarding school. "I guess it's a good thing to not let her grades fall to the back burner - I suppose if you don't do well this year than you won't be able to get into the classes you want next year. What are you looking to be when you finish anyways? Personally, I have no idea what I want to do. It seems like there's so many choices but not enough at the same time ... "
He honestly didn't know what he wanted to be. All Sirius knew was that he wanted to fight in the upcoming war. After that he was clueless. Maybe he'd die in the war. Sirius knew he wouldn't go down without taking a lot with him, though. He was talented with his wand (no pun intended), but all he wanted to do was fight against what his family supported and what Sirius felt repulsed by. All Sirius knew was he felt like the war was what he was made to fight in. Not be tucked away somewhere as if nothing was happening.
"Not all of them are smart," Sirius pointed out as he took a candy out of his pocket and popped it into his mouth. "Sometimes I don't know what the Sorting Hat was thinking when it put many of the people into the Houses they're in. Not all Ravenclaws are smart just like not all Gryffindors are brave. I think almost sometimes the Sorting is just random because its being lazy or something. Damned Hat."
Sirius raised an eyebrow at Emilia's talking about being a fun drunk. "You don't know what kind of drunk you'd be until you've actually been drunk and wake up the next morning. For all you know, you'll end up as one of those girls who start puking and then I have to babysit and make sure they back to their common room safely... well, not before I take advantage of course."
Sirius was obviously joking. He would never actually take advantage of a drunk girl who was passed out and puking or something. He didn't need to, really, anyways. It wasn't like he was Snivellus.
He noticed that the lake was becoming increasingly unsettled, so the storm must have started over the lake somewhere. He didn't mind, and as much as Emilia said she wouldn't mind dancing in the rain or something, he wasn't sure if she would actually follow through on her word. She was clearly drunk after all and therefore she might change her mind and might even cry if it started storming above them. Sirius had seen drunk girls cry for a lot less before.
"I'm sure you won't be forever alone," Sirius said between laughs. "You're an attractive girl. Even if someone just, you know, marries you for your looks or something... you definitely won't be forever alone."
Sirius noticed her take off more clothes and couldn't help but wonder what would happen to her remaining clothes if they were to get rained on. He couldn't help but allow the image pop into his mind, and was only aided by her stretching again. He grinned almost in an awkward fashion and said, "If you don't stop stretching, I'm going to start thinking you want me to come onto you or something."

Emilia eyed him carefully, to see if he was trying to trick her or not. She decided he was just being nice and happily took his arm. They were friends after all, This is what friends did right? If one was chilled they'd keep them warm yes? There was certainly nothing more to this. Emilia grinned when he mentioned he wouldn't get low on it. " Excellent! Let us get drunk tonight!" she cheered happily. a shrug took over her shoulders when he questioned her about what she wanted to do after Hogwarts. To be honest, she had no idea what so ever! " I have no idea what i want to do... both of us should figure out what the in the world we want to do." laughed lightly. Emilia couldn't really see life outside of Hogwarts, She couldn't really imagine her growing up and living on her own, getting married and having kids.. that just seemed odd to her. " To be honest. I don't think I can see myself even growing up... I mean not that isn't a bad thing because i know I'll never actually act old but It's hard to imagine me growing old. but I know I'd be one awesome old lady!" she laughed at herself. He had a point. Not all students in a house actually fit what the house required. " You're right. you know. The sorting hat must get bored after a while and just start randomly placing people in different houses. I can actually see that happening because If I was that hat... I would do that after a while" The more she thought of it, it was true that's exactly what she would do especially with hundreds of soon to be students.
The look on her face turned disgusted when she realized she could be puking everything up by the end of the night. She didn't like to puke but then again.. Who ever did? Besides girls or boys with bulimia or something. Every once in a while Emilia would make herself throw up if her tummy was rather upset or if she was sick. At those times it was okay to vomit but other then that it was never good. Not recommended anyways.
In the distant, the clouds rumbled loud and slow, There wasn't any flash of lighting just yet, but there was sure sound. It was like someone was bowling up there. Rumbling, It actually made her giggle. That's when she realized she had to be drunk because if she wasn't she'd be clinging to to Sirius for her life. Her eyes gazed over at the lake, it was fairly choppy to say the least. It had gone a long way from being smooth at the beginning of the night to choppy now. It didn't surprise her in the least. The wind was slightly cold but she couldn't feel it, the only thing she felt was warmth and it continued to grow inside of her.
" I know what I want to do in life!" she said, the excitement just oozing out of her mouth. "Why didn't I think of this before?!" she added as she face-palmed herself "I'll be a stay at home trophy wife!" she explained excitedly as she laughed at her self at the same time. She didn't know if that was a good idea or if it was a horrible idea. but at this moment in time, She thought it was the most perfect idea in the world.
a light snicker escaped from her lips. She wasn't doing any of this intentionally, she was doing what she felt like she needed. Her moved her hand and grabbed Sirius's chin and shook it lightly. "take it how you want." she smiled cutely as she winked playfully at him. She moved away from him for a moment. "Is it hot out... or is it just me?" she said before unbuttoning her pants. She didn't take them off, she only unbuttoned them to try and cool off her legs a little bit. It didn't work but she wasn't sure if Sirius would be comfortable with her stripping down to her underwear.
It wasn't very noticeable that her pants were unbuttoned because of her long tank top. At least, she didn't think it was very noticeable but Sirius could have a different opinion about the matter. "I think you should pass your flask to me again" she grinned before started to giggle uncontrollably.

Emilia took his arm, and for that, Sirius was surprised. For some reason, he thought she'd just laugh it off as if he was only kidding. Regardless, Sirius was always warm and didn't mind sharing it. She certainly didn't mind taking, anyways. Sirius felt a sudden splash of a rain drop on his arm that was being used by Emilia but didn't say anything. If she wanted to go inside, she could. Honestly, if she were to run inside, Sirius would probably go for a run as a dog. His fur was so thick that rain nor snow ever seemed to get to his skin. When in transformed state, he really loved storms. Well, even in human state he liked them.
Sirius raised an eyebrow yet again at Emilia.
"I'm pretty sure you're already at the drunk stage," Sirius commented. He wasn't going to stop her from drinking though. She was nearly an adult, she could do whatever she damned well please. He was hardly going to be the father-figure in this situation and make her stop. The worst that could possibly happen is that she puked. Even then, Sirius had a few occasions where he puked and then was able to keep going.
"I have time to figure out what I want to do," Sirius said in an uncommitted tone. Honestly, though, he didn't have time. What was he to do, mooch off of the Potter family forever? He hardly had a cent to his name. Everything he got lately was curtesy of the Potters. He only wished that his family had started a Gringott's account for him when he was a baby with so much potential to be pure scum like them, and then put it so only he could access it and that way he would have so much cash to play with and zero chance they would take it back. Unfortunately, no such thing existed and Sirius ran away from home to live with James the summer previous.
Sirius laughed at her comments about what she was do if she were the Sorting Hat.
"Personally, I'd just put all the fit people in one House, and the hideous people in another," Sirius said as he thought long and hard about it. "I mean, it would make things so much easier. Besides, I wouldn't have to look at Peter every morning," he joked. He was only kidding, of course. Peter was the easiest to make fun of. Sirius could have joked about Remus' appearance, but that seemed more cruel than joking about Peter considering Remus' past. It didn't help that Peter just happened to be the first person to come to mind. Immediately, Sirius felt guilty for making fun of his friend and regretted what he had said. What kind of person made fun of one of their own best friends like that? He coughed in hopes that maybe Emilia hadn't caught what he had said.
Sirius let out a bark of laughter about what she wanted to be when she grew up.
"Well, I guess there's no chance of the two of us ever getting together then," Sirius said. "Because if you get to be a trophy wife, then I certainly think I should be able to be someone's trophy husband, and we can't be each other's trophy spouses or else we'd go broke within two days!"
It was all just kidding around, of course. Sirius certainly hoped that Emilia didn't think that he was thinking of them getting married one day or something. He tried not to think in such a paranoid fashion, but it didn't help when he found out on a semi-regular basis that girls were practically planning their marriage with him when he didn't even know who they were. Besides, Sirius had said a lot less to girls before and they thought even worse things. One example is that he told some girl he talked to for the very first time (in his recollection) that he'd 'see her around' and for some reason she took it as he asked her out. Women.
Sirius tried not to notice that Emilia was definitely slowly taking her clothes off, but it was difficult. He looked out over the lake and pretended he hadn't noticed that Emilia had unbuttoned her pants. She was definitely doing this on purpose. Sirius handed her the flask and said, "What do you say, trophy wife? Care to take a dip in the lake, or do you not have the bravery about you?"
If she was going to take off her clothes but refuse to admit that she wanted him to come onto her, then they may as well do something with her semi-nakedness...

Emilia nodded with agreement, He was probably right. She was drunk and she was enjoying quite a lot. "Yea.. Probably." she giggled lightly before running her hand through her hair and grinned playfully. This wasn't in her nature to be honest abut she was having fun with getting drunk. She felt like she really needed a night like this. Just hanging out with a friend and goofing off like nothing was even on her mind.
Sirius lost Emilia after he said he'd put all the fit people in one house and basically everyone else in the other house. Of course she's be in the fit house, she had a nice body and a pretty face, but there were four houses. "Wouldn't it make more sense to put the super obnoxiously pretty people in one, the above average in another, then the average looking people in a third house and then the below average looking people in the 4th house. because if you only had two houses, they'd be over stuffed and every one would be suffocating?" well, That was what she was trying to say, but she was drunk so she probably sounded rather slurred but she could only hope that he understood what she was trying to say.
The look on her face was ecstatic when he mentioned he should be a trophy husband. before she burst out laughing, laughing almost to tears when he joked about about how the two of them couldn't be each other's trophy spouse because they'd be broke before the day even ended! "you should be a trophy spouse! so we can live next store to each other and gloat about what our spouse have bought us!" she tired to best to say that while trying to catch her breath. " And I think we'd be broke before the first day was over!" her laugh started up again as she imagined the two of them getting married and then being broke the next day. Of course, being a girl, Emilia would want a huge extravagant wedding with all of her family and her future husband's family so at this point, she can only marry someone rich...
Emilia happily took the flask and took a swig of it before hanging it back. The firewhiskey slid down her throat leaving a warm tail following behind it which burned a little but other wise was warm. Was he Challenging her? "Good Sir! I'm not sure if you are Challenging me or not. But to even think I'm not brave enough I am offended..." she tried her hardest to say seriously but it was spoiled by her uncontrollable laughter that followed her. It gave away that she was completely kidding about being offended and such. In all honest she couldn't deny a challenge.
Emilia turned and leaned into Sirius, her hands rested on his chest as her face moved closer to his..."Last one to the lake has to do what ever the winner says!" she whispered. before using him to push herself off the ground and starting to run towards the lake. She wasn't running exactly straight nor was she actually able to keep from almost falling over. It was a lot harder for her to run then she thought it was going to, and it didn't help that her pants were starting to fall down as well. what also didn't help that it was starting to drizzle which made the grass slippery.
She stopped running for a moment to take her shoes off, hoping it would make running easier for her. It didn't. If anything It made it worse for her. She ignored the sky as it rumbled over her, That she wasn't to worried about, the only things she was worried about dying of heat in her clothes.
