Sirius was surprised that Emilia agreed to being drunk. Most of the time people - himself included - denied being drunk or merely claimed that they were buzzed. People never admitted to it because people didn't want to be cut off or look silly. Then again, the 'getting cut off' part wasn't an issue for Emilia, and she knew it. Sirius believed that he had made it quite clear.
"It's OK, I'm working my way there, too," Sirius admitted. It was true, and he was owrried about what would happen when he stood up. If he could feel the dizzying buzz in his head while he was sitting down, then he didn't really want to know how he'd feel when he stood up. He remembered the first time that he drank. He had been sitting down the entire time and laughed when James had fallen over. He had made some comment about 'you're a wuss, I've been drinking loads and I feel fine!' That was when Sirius stood up and fell over himself, barely missing the table in the process. That memory seemed to float to the surface every time he drank.
Sirius had a hard time making out what exactly she was saying, but he got by, mainly because he was used to it. The slurred speaking, that is. He raised an eyebrow and said, "Whoever said that there had be for Houses? But I suppose you're right about the crowding thing." he paused for a moment to check out the sky for what felt like the millionth time. "Which House would you place me in, then, if that were the case?"
He was curious. Was he 'obnoxiously pretty' to her or 'above average'? He doubted he was anything lower. Sirius wasn't that self-conscious to think he belonged to any House other than those to. Sirius jabbed Emilia in the side playfully and added, "Yeah, Emilia, how pretty do you think I am?"
He laughed as he took another giant swig of Firewhiskey. There was hardly a drop left, so Sirius raised his wand and said, "A-a-accio Firewhiskey!"
As much as it seemed like it wouldn't work, he knew there was a boy in his dormitory who liked sleeping with the window open. Due to this, it only took seconds before a bottle of Firewhiskey came flying from what seemed like the heavens into Sirius' open hands. He disergarded the flask and put it back into his jeans pocket, and then opened the bottle and took a drink straight from there.
"If we're going to be alcoholics, we have to do it right, don't we?" Sirius joked. He offered her the bottle even though even in his increasingly drunken state figured he shouldn't, and then relaxed again. What was it his business if she felt like getting trashed? It wasn't like she was going to be on the cover of the Daily Prophet or that everyone would see her if she acted ridiculous. Only Sirius would see it, and he was beginning to think she didn't care.
"Well, I'd like to think I'd be the trophy husband for a lot of girls," Sirius began to explain. "I would divorce each of them, getting half of what they've got and eventually have my own riches to just live on my own. You'd be welcome to visit my palace, as I'm sure there's no shortage of rich girls who'd like to marry me. Especially Muggle ones."
Sirius added the last bit with a wink. Of course Muggles could marry him as he could bewitch them if needed be. Of course, this was all hypothetical and would never actually happen, but he found himself laughing just as hard as Emilia. The concept of the entire thing was absolutely ridiculous. He never wanted to get married in the first place, never mind to hundreds of women. Marriage meant all sorts of things, even if it were a short period of time. Besides, deep down Sirius took marriage seriously. He didn't see it as something you did for a short time or somethig you did 'just because' or because you've been together for a long time. He believed that marriage was forever, and that you didn't just divorce someone. He was old-fashioned thinking, but it didn't matter to him anyways. He didn't think he'd ever meet anyone he'd willingly chose to spend forever with.
"Take it as a challenge if you wish, but I still don't think you'll do it," Sirius laughed. Who would willingly go swimming in March anyways? Never mind in the middle of the night with an impending storm on the horizon. Well, he would. James probably would. Remus may attempt it (or Sirius might try to throw him in), and no doubt he and the other Marauders would through Peter in first.
Sirius laughed again at what she had done, especially when she used him to push herself up. She clearly underestimated his abilities of taking his clothes off - or how fast he could run. He caught up with her in seconds. His shoes were already off where they had been sitting, his shirt was over his head. However, when it came to taking his trousers off, he was at the lake's edge. As he ran, his feet got caught up in his trousers and he ended up tripping and falling into the lake rather than the graceful dive he had envisioned. Nothing ever went how one envisioned in their brain though, and he didn't particularly care as he managed to get into the water before Emilia.
"So... whatever I want, eh?" Sirius asked as he looked up at her from the very cold water. "Well, I say we make this more interesting and you come in here completely naked. What's the harm in a good ole skinny dip?"
Sirius himself was still wearing his boxers, but it didn't mean he couldn't try to make her go in naked. He doubted she'd actually do it anyways, and he didn't really care if she didn't. He didn't mind if she refused and wanted a different challenge. As he waited for her response, he thought up a bunch of different things that he could ask her to do that weren't so forward. It was challenging, but he was sure he could come up with something.

"good! I feel like such a loner being the only one drunk" she laughed. She knew she was drunk and she knew she wasn't going to be able to walk correctly which included running.
Emilia nodded crazily when he agreed to her about having to have about four houses so there wasn't over crowding. "crowding is bad.. very bad! especially for those who are very nervous around large crowds. or shy people!" she nodded some more because started to get rather dizzy and stopped. When Sirius asked about what house she'd put him in, she thought for a moment. Her hand reached to his face and touched it a bit, as if she was trying to get a good feel from it.
After some debating in her mind, she came up with a conclusion. " I think I would put you in to the obnoxiously pretty house. Because Sirius, you're seriously pretty" she cracked up at her pun she attempted to make. She thought she did well to pass it off well. That was her opinion anyways, "What about me?" curiosity killed the cat, and it had taken over her mind. She knew she was pretty but always enjoyed being told what others thought of her.
she laughed as she watched him drink from a bottle, he looked like what the muggles call a 'hobo' but a good looking hobo... "WOO ALCOHOLICS!" she cheered as she took the bottle and took a swig. If she wasn't already trashed, she was getting to the point to where she was going to be. Not that she minded or anything, it was what she wanted to do at this moment in time.
"I think you could be! and when you do that We can party all the time! and have super fun time like this! " she laughed loudly. "Let us drink to being future trophy spouses!" she laughed uncontrollably, She joked playfully, She didn't think she'd actually become a trophy wife, but she did enjoy drinking and it sounded like a thing to toast to. In all honestly, Emilia only planned to get married once unless her spouse died or something of the sort then she would think about remarrying. "I'm just glad my parents don't believe in arrange marriages, I mean my parents had one, but I could never imagine being unhappy for the rest of my life." she said as she bit her lip lightly
While running, she tried her best to run faster then him, but the fact that her pants were falling down made it quite hard. She tried her best to pull them up while running but that didn't happen. she ended up tripping and landing on her face, she wasn't down long though. She got right up and started running again but by the time she got to the lake, Sirius was already in the water. She whine softly but was kinda glad he won because she had no idea what she would have made him do. Her mind was racing on what he could possibly make her do. She was hoping nothing super embarrassing like pretending to be madly in love with someone from school for a week.
"skinny dip you say?" that wasn't so bad, It could always be worse. But she was getting uncomfortably warm in her clothes and she didn't really think it'd be such a bad thing. She'd be able to cool down in the water. It was march after all and it was going to storm soon or later. There was really no harm to it, " You just want to see me naked huh?" she playfully joked and winked at him before starting to giggle.
" I don't see anything wrong with that, but!" she slurred as she eyed him in the water. "only if you do it too!" she said but she thought of it, She was young she shouldn't regret anything and if she didn't start stripping now she'd regret not following through on a bet. "I'm still going to do it either way" she stated before sitting on the ground for a moment.
Emilia reached down to pull her pants up, it took a few minutes to actually get them fully off, She stood up after words, wobbling a little. She reached down, grabbing her jeans and threw them a little off to the side. Next she worked on her shirt and she untied the bow in the back. She reached down for the bottom of the shirt and pulled it up, It got stuck half way up. She looked rather silly trying to wiggle out of her tank top that was really tight just below her chest. It was rather odd, It hadn't been this tight when she put it on this morning... Did her boobs grow?
Finally, she got it off. Her bra was a gold with a red lace over the cup and red straps, Her panties were matching for the most part. They were a bikini style except they were red and tied on the side. The ties were a goldish color but not really noticeable. She moved closer to the water, deciding if she wanted to get in the water then take her undies off or take them off before she got in... It didn't take long for her to decide she wanted them dry when she got out. She reached her arms around and unhooked her bra and threw it over to where she pants were. She took her panties off and threw them over her shoulder before running into the water. "WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY IT WAS COLD?!" she blurted out. It was cold, it was very cold. but she moved into the water so the water came just above her chest. Shivers ran down her spine while her body adjusted to the temperature of the water. " you should hand over that firewhiskey if it happens to be with you, I am quite thirsty. she said before giggling softly.
Emilia dipped underwater for a moment to get all her hair wet and out of her face. The cold water rushed over her face and made her shiver more. She went from really hot with her cloths on, warm with her cloths off and to freezing cold in the water. If there was one thing she would be glad about, it would be that she shaved earlier that day.
The sky rumbled some more, as if it was warning them that it was going to start down pouring soon. But Emilia didn't care at all at this time. She wasn't going to let some silly storm ruin her good time with Sirius! And if she went in now, She'd probably get caught or yelled at for being out so late. She wasn't very good at sneaking around in the castle late at night, plus she drunk which makes her an easy target to be found by some adults that patrol the hallways.

Sirius laughed. "Even if I weren't drunk you wouldn't be a loner. What? Being in the company of sober me isn't considered good company?"
He was course only teasing. He hadn't realized that he hadn't thought about Lena since the beginning of their evening a few hours ago. If he only knew what was going on up at the castle, he wouldn't be doing even close to half of what he was doing, nor would he be drunk. If he even knew that Silvanus was being even slightly inappropriate... well, all Hell would break loose. Instead of worrying about such issues that he didn't even know were existing, he was having a good time. It was the first time he had a real good time in a while. Everything seemed so dramatic lately and this felt more like a release to Sirius than anything. When was the last time he flirted with a girl who wasn't Lena? When was the last time he even hung out with anyone other than Lena? It felt like forever. All of his mates seemed like they were all hung up on some broad and that he was the only one not tied down. Well, except Peter, but he was missing in action a lot lately, too. In fact, the entire thing made Sirius feel lonely. Was he the only one out of his friends who hadn't changed?
"Well, I don't really care about the shy people," Sirius said casually. He never really knew how to act around shy people. He was always somewhat worried that no matter what he said that they would be offended. He didn't like shy people merely because he didn't know what it would be like to be one. "I just don't want everyone climbing over each other to get to me."
He said it in such a calm manner that it seemed like he was actually being serious and that he really believed that people would be crawling over each other in order to get a piece of him. He believed no such thing, really. He always found girls to be more... subtle about liking him. Yes, there were exceptions, but for the most part they just giggled behind his back. Sometimes Sirius found it endearing but other times ... not so much.
Sirius thought about what House he would put her in, and then concluded with, "I'd put you in the pretty obnoxious House." He was joking, of course. If he actually found her to be so obnoxious he wouldn't be spending so much time with her. In his mind, though, it helped him to not give an answer. He felt questions like that were awkward, despite the fact that he had been the one to ask in the first place. His ego swelled a little bit when she said that she would put him in the obnoxiously pretty House. How had he never spent time with Emilia before?
The subject of arranged marriages came up and made Sirius go silent. He didn't know if his parents had anything planned like that before he decided to go all rebellious on them. Would they have found some pureblood that they would have deemed acceptable for him? In all honesty, Sirius found himself wondering how his parents would have treated him if he had just conformed to what they wanted. He supposed he would have turned out like Regulus. However... Sirius was the first born. Would there have been some favouritism?
However, anything that linked back to how old-fashioned purebloods were, including arranged marriages, caused Sirius to lock down. However, he just ignored the comment and tried to go on. He knew that her statement had nothing to do with him, but it made him a little uncomfortable anyways.
Sirius watched with an amused expression on his face as Emilia came running to the water as well, and then he roared with laughter when she fell on her face. He kept laughing for so long at her that he didn't realize that she was taking off her clothes. He hadn't even expected her to, and the fact that she did really cause Sirius off-guard. He didn't really even hear her request for him to strip down, too, but considering he was merely in his boxers it wasn't a far stretch. For some reason, Sirius felt a bit uncomfortable. He wasn't sure if it was because she was extremely drunk or because he felt deep down as if he had some sort of attachment to Lena. No, he was being stupid. Not once did he ask her to be his girlfriend or had any sort of arrangement. They were ... complicated. More complicated than Sirius even wanted. Perhaps this was the perfect way for him to uncomplicate things...?
Unfortunately, it was so dark that he didn't really get a supreme view of her being naked. Not that it mattered, the alcohol was easily impairing his vision. He had to admit, being drunk helped with the cold of the water but also made his limbs feel somewhat numb at the same time which made it hard for him to tread water.
"I don't find it that cold," he stated. The cold water sobered him slightly. He swam over to the edge of the lake and grabbed the Firewhiskey that he had discarded there. There was no way that he was actually going to bring it swimming with him. He pushed his black hair out of his grey hairs and took more than a healthy swig of the alcohol. In fact, he took an extremely long drink. To be honest, all he wanted to be was extremely drunk. He wanted to be so drunk that he had no control over his body. Well, he still wanted some control. He just wanted to silence his mind. He handed the Firewhiskey over to Emilia with a smile on his face.
"Didn't you say something about not really being a drinker before?" he wasn't actually sure if it was her or someone else who had said that. For someone who never drank before, she managed to hold her own pretty impressively. Most girls if they didn't drink frequently would vomit everywhere by now. For all Sirius knew, though, Emilia perhaps had a large dinner or something.
Just as Sirius was beginning to believe that the storm was actually going to pass them, lightning lit up the entire sky. He looked up to see that the lightning was moving across the clouds instead of to the ground. He felt a lot safer after he had saw that. The last thing he needed was to not only be out of school after hours, drunk, practically skinny-dipping, but was to then get electrocuted and get caught for the whole thing. To make it even better, the heavens also opened up and began to pour on the two of them. Sirius wasn't bothered. He liked storms, and he was already wet anyways, so it really wasn't affecting him in any way. He actually appreciated it for being the first thunderstorm of 1976.

Emilia was slightly shocked when he said he didn't care for shy people. She personally thought they were adorable! " Shy people are adorable! because they're all shy and quite and stuff. I mean, I don't think I'd date someone that is shy, that would drive me crazy. like I'd be talking the entire time and they would just sit there being all shy and quite not really commenting on anything I said. it would drive me nuts!" she explained.
She wasn't to sure why, but she started to laugh really hard. It was like she was in a violent tickle fight with someone who was invisible. " I'm not obnoxious! you know that" she continued to laugh at the joke he made. Why exactly was it so funny? She had not clue why. She grinned happily "I really want like... cheesecake right now... like I'm craving it.. Aren't you? maybe I'm just starving.. I don't remember eating dinner today" she laughed more, What was so funny about not eating? Nothing was but she did it often. It wasn't a good idea that she missed her meals often but when she ate, She ate like she have never eaten before. Her favorite food was cheesecake, although she rarely has it. It was a nice treat once in a while. She wanted to keep her figure nice and slim for when she got married and had kids she'd hopefully had her figure after she had kids.
"I'm not too sure if I'll be in an arranged marriage... I doubt it... I mean I don't think my dad is too worried about his only daughter have kids... Sometimes he doesn't even acknowledge me at home.. I mean not that I'm complaining that i don't get his attention. Him an i used to be real close when I was younger but nowadays... not so much... I'm closer to my mommy.. i mean mom" she laughed at her childish ways still.
"Yup! I think this is the first time.. from what i remember anyways. This is really fun, I kinda want to drink more often!"she laughed swam over to him and took the firewhisky from him and took a nice swig of it. " Why don't we hang out more often? I think this is the first time we actually have hung out besides in class, But then again, I'm normally trying to study but i think I'll be studying less with help from Havok. He's been explaining things more detailed than the teacher." she laughed softly. Havok was real nice, He could grow on her.
Emilia swam away from Sirius, more like swam in a circle around him before treading water a few feet away from him. " The water feels soo nice right now" she moaned as she dipped under the water. When she resurfaced, it was pouring on them. She didn't mind it, Actually, she quite liked it. The rain pouring on her, while she was already in the water. "You know..." she swam over to him and pressed herself against his back after wrapping her arms around his neck. She smiled lightly before nuzzling against his head lightly. "you're really warm you know that?" she whispered in to his ear.
If she was making him uncomfortable. She didn't know it, She didn't really have any control over her actions. But, she also had no idea WHY she was even doing this. From where she was before she moved towards him, she had thought he looked a little warm but she didn't realized she acted without thinking. She had to be wasted by now if she wasn't before. She bit her bottom before smiling happily. " lets do this again. but you know, maybe somewhere else like not outside you know? ohh~ and maybe some more people?! like a party!" she moved away from him before laughing some more. In her mind, It sounded like a good idea to her anyways.

"I don't see what's so adorable about someone not having the confidence enough to speak their mind," Sirius replied. "I don't even have really shy friends. I always feel as if they're judging or something. They don't say anything but they get these facial expressions as if they think they're superior or ... I don't know, I'm not shy, in case you can't tell."
Emilia kept laughing, but Sirius didn't know what for. All he could think of was that she was either really nervous or in a really good mood. He had a feeling it might be both. Personally, he didn't know what was so funny, but he smiled anyways to make her happy.
"What, are you high as well?" Sirius asked after she went off about how she was craving cheesecake. "Unfortunately, I can't bring you cheesecake as easily as I brought you alcohol. Something about wizarding laws and being unable to create food from nowhere..."
He tried to sound as apologetic as possible. Besides, his wand lay forgotten on the grounds inside his trousers' pocket. He knew it'd be too cold to exit the lake to go grab it anyways. Emilia would just have to do without her cheesecake, although the look in her eyes almost seemed as if she would kill for it.
She brought up the arranged marriage thing again and Sirius felt awkward... again. He kind of looked past her into the Forbidden Forest but didn't see a thing. He sort of zoned out for a bit. He wasn't at all good at listening to things that he didn't want to. He was a bit childish that way. Instead of actually listening, he just pretended thats she wasn't talking at all. Immature, yes, but he didn't have the heart to tell her he didn't want to talk about it, either. He didn't really know her that well, after all. Even if she was naked.
"You don't want to go drinking too often. At least, especially not right away. People might try to take advantage of you," Sirius warned, but with also a flirty tone as well. "We could hang out more often if you'd like," Sirius promised. It was so dark and Sirius was becoming so drunk that he had a hard time even seeing Emilia anymore, except during the occasional strike of lightning through the clouds.
She swam over to him and placed her arms around his neck. Sirius was more than aware that Emilia was naked and pressed against him. He placed one of his hands on the small of her back so that he could use the other one to keep himself afloat. He pushed her closer to him and seemed confident, but at the same time had a million different thoughts going through his mind. Most of which were alcohol-induced thoughts. He tried to get some of the thoughts out of his brain, but it was difficult.
"Well, if you're cold, I know one way I could warm you up?" Sirius suggested. He held her close to him and looked her in the eyes and the most serious way he could manage when in reality his eyelids were getting a bit heavy from all the drinking. Besides, he figured she could see him about as well as he could see her.
"You don't like being alone with me?" Sirius questioned, somewhat jokingly. She seemed a bit uncomfortable suddenly, but he wasn't sure if he was just seeing things or not.

" Well, most of the time. Shy people are just end up being socially awkward people trying to find a way out of their box they've made around themselves. Remember first year? I was shy a little shy back then. But I grew out of it when i grew these" she paused as she grabbed her breast. " And I and decided I didn't care what others thought of me. Shy people just care about what people think of them so they keep quite hoping not to be judged" she laughed slightly
"I don't think I'm high... I mean from what I remember... I don't think I am." she tried to think of what she was doing earlier before she started to hang out with Sirius but she was drawing a blank. " Cheesecake is so good..." she whined before dropping the subject. Hopefully that stash of cookies was still in her trunk, perhaps she'd eat the rest of them. "Then! you should make me a sandwich!" she playfully teased him.
Emilia nibbled on her lip for a moment " Of course! Hanging out wit you sounds soo fun! even if we weren't drinking. I'm sure we'd still have a rocken time." Her slurred speech.
To be honest, Emilia could barley see him clearly when the lighting jumped from cloud to cloud. When he questioned if she didn't like being alone with him, she moved back to him and wrapped her arms around his neck again. "I was worried about making you uncomfortable. But I enjoy being alone with you! it's fun! you're fun to be around!" she bit her tongue and smiled playfully at him. She wrapped her arms around his neck a little tighter before moving her head closer to his ear. " What way would that be...?" she questioned as she leaned her head on his lightly. The water wasn't as cold as it was when she first got in, but it was still slightly chilly. She didn't want to take her chance of drinking more and accidentally vomiting all over Sirius. That defiantly wouldn't be a pretty sight.
As the moments went by, when lightening jumped from cloud to cloud, she tried to watch the clouds move but the rain was getting her in way. In which she decided it probably wasn't the best Idea. when Suddenly she had the biggest urge to bite something. her arms were still around Sirius's neck, She debated on where she could bite. First, she thought the BA Bicep would be a nice spot but she'd have to maneuver her body in an awkward fashion to reach that spot. After thinking hard about it, She moved slightly and nibbled on his ear slightly. She wasn't going to chop down on it, that would probably hurt and she didn't want to hurt him. "om nom nom" she said after she stopped nomming lightly on his ear. She giggled lightly at her silliness. She was hungry though... Her tummy growled lightly It was like a whisper compared to the rumbling that came from the sky.
The rain poured on them, It didn't seem to be getting lighter, if anything it was getting heavier but Emilia couldn't tell if it was or not. She was clearly too drunk to notice many things. "If we go back inside tonight, It'll be very interesting trying to get back to the Gryffindor tower without being caught." she slurred before laughing lightly.
Suddenly! A wild idea came to her. "What if There was still food out in the great hall, or in the kitchen! Oh! I bet they have food already made for breakfast! wait that means there will be people in there! I guess i'll have to hope for that stash of cookies in my trunk" In her mind, she imaged herself speaking perfect English and being totally understandable. In reality, when she talked it was completely slurred but hopefully understandable.

Sirius frowned at her statement. First year?
"To be honest, I don't really remember you in first year," Sirius admitted. He tried with all his might, but nothing was coming into his mind. He didn't know what she looked like whatsoever. He felt guilty, but it sort of just proved his point. He didn't really know what to say to her comment. He would have avoided the entire conversation, probably, if he knew that she used to be shy. Now he felt like he sort of just ruined the conversation that they were having or made her feel uncomfortable. "I'm sorry that I didn't remember you. I honestly can't remember people if they don't really talk to me or leave an impression. I'm sure everyone is tat way... besides, that was five years ago."
Sirius tried to cover himself, but felt like he was failing horribly. He knew how girls hated to not be remembered. He wouldn't like to hear the same thing, but to be fair, it had been a long time since anyone said that they didn't remember who he was. He highly doubted there was a person in Hogwarts who didn't know who he was. In fact, whoever he hung out with seemed to become just as well known. It seemed to spread past that as well - since he hung out with Remus and Remus started dating that otherwise unpopular Annelise girl, she seemed to become more recognizable as well.
"Oh yeah?" Sirius replied to her comment about the sandwich. "Where exactly am I going to find the ingredients for a sandwich in the middle of the lake?"
When Emilia admitted that she didn't want to make him uncomfortable, he couldn't help but wonder if that was slip of the tongue and whether that was something she would have preferred to keep in her head, and that it was the drinking that caused it to slip out. He decided to just laugh at her comment and not focus on it, in case she remembered it when she sobered up and felt embarrassed. When Sirius first began drinking with girls, he was extremely caught off-guard by the amount of things girls slipped when alcohol entered their system. Sometimes it made him angry - and even sometimes now it did, as well. Most things were just confessing attractions and such. He used to make a big deal out of it, but not so much anymore. He knew that they didn't mean to, and even if they did - well, he didn't want to make them feel awkward.
Suddenly, Emilia began to nibble on his ear. It was a bit of a weak spot for Sirius and he took a sharp intake of breath. He actually hadn't expected her to do such a thing. Whether she intended it to be sexual or not was the question of the moment, but either way Sirius couldn't help but be turned on by it. She kept talking, but Sirius' mind was now fully distracted. He heard her suggest trying to get into the kitchen.
"It's the middle of the night, Em, I'm sure they haven't started breakfast and that no one is up yet," Sirius said in a low voice. He held her closer to him. The second part about cookies was hard for him to hear. Suddenly, he acted on impulse and kissed her. He wasn't sure if that's what she wanted, but since she was naked after all, she was pressing herself on him and she had been nibbling on his ear, he assumed so. If not, she was extremely oblivious to the outcomes of her actions.

" I don't really expect you to remember me, I was just a face in the crowd, and it was five years ago... I can barley remember that year anyways so I don't expect anyone else to remember it." giggles escaped her lips before they formed back into a sweet smile. Actually, Emilia was happy she couldn't remember what she was like back then, the only thing she could remember about those darker times was that she was completely flat chested, awkward, and shy. Those were times she actually hated everything about herself. A lot has changed since them thankfully.
Emilia opened her mouth to say something but then she realized he was right... so she closed her mouth and laughed softly. " True... very true... But you're a wizard Sirius, and not to mention awesome, i figured you'd like pull out ingredients out of thin air with your awesomeness." she trailed off going on about how awesome Sirius was. But she was gone, meaning she didn't know what her actions would cause and frankly she didn't even care one bit. She was having fun and from what she could tell, Sirius was having fun too. Then again, her vision was distorted from drinking.
Emilia's thought process wandered off for a moment. " Can ghost gain weight..." she questioned out loud. she tried to think about it more it was a little hard being drunk and all. "And if they gain weight can they loose it? It would be kind of unfair if they could only gain weight... wait... do ghost even even eat? I've never seen one eat before... I don't think they do... but if they did i wonder what they would eat... ghost meat? That sounds silly..." her words were slurred to the point where she could barely understand it. Perhaps the firewhiskey was still settling in her blood stream.
a little frown crossed over her lips as he mentioned that it was the middle of the night and it was doubtful that anyone would be be up and had started making breakfast. "too bad.." she paused for a split moment. "I guess I'll just have to wait until breakfast... which i don't mind. " she nibbled on her bottom lip. Emilia felt him hold her closer which she was okay with, she was comfortable where she was. She wasn't as cold as she was when she was out swimming on her own.
The rain continued to pour down from the sky, the moment he kissed her, She froze for a millisecond. She wasn't expecting this at all but she'd be lying if she said if she wasn't going to enjoy it. Of course she kissed him back, Why wouldn't she? Lightening crossed the sky and the thunder that followed scared Emilia slightly only because she didn't expect it to be so loud. The loudness of the thunder cause her to hold on to Sirius a little tighter.
Emilia pulled away for a moment as slowly appeared on her face. She moved her head next to Sirius ear "did ya like that?" she whispered softly into his ear before she nibbled on his ear again. she moved away from his ear and looked him in the eyes. Well with her distorted vision she hoped it was his eye, she did however know it was his face she was looking at. She ever so lightly bite her bottom lip and shot him a look. A look that simply said 'did i do something bad' look.
Emilia's face moved closer to his now, as a smile slowly grew on her face. Her hand on the side of his neck, She moved her hand and started to trace his jawline with her finger tips ever so lightly.

Sirius was grateful that Emilia didn't mind that he didn't remember who she was. It was one less argument or getting yelled at that he had to go through. He felt like lately all he did was get into fights or arguments. He would be sick of it, but that was practically Sirius' life in a nutshell. He would get into his arguments with his family before he even came to Hogwarts and once he started Hogwarts - well, Sirius had an argumentative personality. The only person he didn't think he got into a fight with was James. James was pretty much his better half. He was the only one who had yet to piss him off in some way, and that was very surprising, especially considering how much time they spent together.
"You're a witch, too," Sirius argued. "Why don't you try making food appear out of thin air and see what happens?"
He was, of course, joking. How many times did Sirius wish he could make food appear from nowhere? If he could, he would be doing it all of the time. Unfortunately, it was impossible. He was constantly hungry, and if he could always satisfy that hunger...? Well, maybe it was best for his figure if he couldn't.
Sirius had almost absolutely no idea what she was rambling about. Something about ghosts gaining weight. Why was she talking about ghosts gaining weight? She was becoming increasingly difficult to understand. All he could hear were words slurring together, and he was beginning to wonder if she had enough to drink. He didn't usually wonder that, but he didn't think she had put together a coherent sentence in a while now. Last thing he needed was a girl with alcohol poisoning on his hands.
"I don't think that they can gain weight, Em, considering they can't even eat," he replied, hoping he was on the right track of what she was talking about. He thought it was kind of amusing how she seemed to care about such trivial things when she was drinking. It wasn't the first time he had seen someone like this, but at the same time he was glad that she wasn't crying over it. One time he was with a girl who cried because she was worried that the house elves weren't going to have a good Christmas. It took four hours for her to calm down and to allow Sirius to leave.
Emilia kissed him back and although Sirius didn't stop, he felt like something heavy dropped into his stomach. She was the one who pulled away, and when she looked into Sirius' eyes, he couldn't help but feel extremely guilty. He smiled at her, but couldn't allow her to cling on him. He pulled away from her and got out of the water without saying anything. He grabbed his wet clothes and pulled them on. He walked back to the side of the lake and offered Emilia a hand.
"I think it's about time we go in. Need a hand out of there?" he grinned, legitimately curious if she would even be able to get out of the water herself. He tried to make it seem as if they should go in just because it was getting late and too stormy. He didn't want to make her feel bad - Emilia had done nothing wrong. Technically, Sirius had done nothing wrong, either, but his head wasn't on his side and the alcohol wasn't helping his mood either.

Giggles escaped her lips when he suggested she make food appear out of no where. " I cant do that! With my luck I'll make them iccky!" she pet his face lightly before giggling more and uncontrollably. If she could do that, she would never go to the great hall to eat. She'd basically become a hermit and only go from her dorm to class and then back to her dorm. Then again, She'd also probably gain a lot of weight too which she certainly didn't want to do. Gaining weight wasn't on her 'to do' list in life. She was content with her weight now and hopefully stayed this size even after she has children. Her laughing grew more as she tried to imagine a ghost working out. In full gear of spandex and sweatbands. The thought only added more to her loud laugher. but it wasn't long before she remembered she was outside and need to be a little more quiet even though it was the early hours into the morning now. " It would be plain silly if they did... I cant even imagine them in spandex or sweatbands..." she stated as she laughed more, The rain felt like it was coming down a little harder now, but that didn't stoop her from rubbing her eyes. She wouldn't admit that she was getting tired. That would be absurd, She could stay up all night just partying but the thing is... did she want too?
Emilia didn't think much of it when Sirius got out of the water. If anything, She figured he, himself was getting cold. She took the hand he had offered her and pulled her self out of the water... She stood there for a moment, trying to remember exactly wear she left her clothes. Finally she remembered and skipped over to where they were. They were soaking wet but what was she suppose to expect? She pulled her undies on before before trying to pull her pants on. She placed one foot in, she tried her best to keep herself up and steady to get her other foot in.
She couldn't do it for the life of her... Finally after what felt like five minutes, She stared at her pants once again, she tried her best to pull them up without falling down. She fell to the ground hard, but the only thing she really felt was the cold wet ground on her back. In this position she was able to pull her pants on a little easier. Although she legs were wet as well as her jeans which actually caused a little frictions between her legs and the jeans which made it a little hard for her to pull them up but soon enough she got up. Emilia arched her back to the point where she was able to pull her Jeans over her butt. She let out a sign of relief soon after she pulled them up. She didn't feel like buttoning them up seeing as that would take at least five minutes for her to do.
She rolled on to her stomach and grabbed her her tank top before getting up. She pulled her tank top on and it sent shiver down her spin. "It was getting a little cold in the water. Good thinking! we should go inside so we don't get sick" she slurred. Honestly, She really thought that was the real reason why he suddenly wanted to do in.
note: I cant find the word but the word 'stoop' is suppose to be 'stop' I believe

Icky? Of all the words that he never really expected Emilia to say, 'Icky' was there... which probably meant that she had been drinking too much. He smiled at her, but his mood was quickly dropping and Sirius wasn't even sure why. He was having so much fun, but yet he couldn't help but let his mind wander. It wasn't like he was angry by any means - he was grateful that Emilia allowed him to have such a good night, but he knew the alcohol was getting to him. Usually - 80% of the time - Sirius was a very fun drunk. The rest of the time he could get depressive or just defensive. Usually it only happened around his mates and then they would tell him he was being a Drama King, which usually resulted in Sirius going off to whichever room he would be staying in and slamming the door behind him. The depressive side, well - only James had seen that. To be fair, Sirius had started drinking before James had even shown up. Certain things in Sirius' life, he had repressed and he remembered that night because for some reason, all of it was coming up.
Emilia pet his face and Sirius grabbed her hand and held it in his own.
"I'm sure if you could make any food appear against the laws of magic, it would be far from 'icky,'" Sirius replied with a smile.
Sirius was grateful when Emilia had allowed him to pull her out of the water. She was stark naked and although he couldn't help but steal a look, it was difficult for him to see anyways. The drinks had gotten to him and the heavy sheets of rain didn't help either. It was a pity. Sirius laughed when she was unable to get her clothes on. The funny drunk Sirius didn't seem to care that she had fallen hard. There was something about being drunk that made you not care about potentially important things, like injuries.
"Would you like a ride to the castle, my lady?" he asked politely and in an over-the-top voice while pointing at his back. "Although I don't think I'm the most stable steed around, I think I'm more stable than you!"
He didn't really know how the two of them were going to get to the Gryffindor common room. It would no doubt take nothing less than complete and utter luck. Luckily, this wasn't the time of Harry Potter so security within Hogwarts wasn't as tight as it would be in the future. It still didn't stop many of the Professors from wandering the corridors.

Emilia laughed, not because Sirius said something silly, but because she couldn't really comprehend what he was saying exactly. She was gone, almost completely gone, Luckily not so far gone that she was puking everywhere, but far enough that there was only a 20% chance of her actually remembering this night.
After what felt like forever, she was fully dressed and soaking wet. she sighed heavily as she tried to push her hair out of her face. Her dark hair stuck to her face like a suction cup but that didn't stop her from moving it away. She didn't particularly care that she was out this late at night nor the fact that it was raining cats and dogs. The one thing she liked was the fact that being drunk distracted her from the storm. Storms scared her when she was sober, mainly the thunder. Perhaps she will get drunk every time a bad storm was going to come?
Emilia made enough out to realize he was offering her a ride on his back. The excitement wanted to jump out of her body and scream to the world, but she didn't let it. "Why yes, Kind sir, I would most indeed like a ride on you" In her mind, she sounded very classy and sober but she really didn't. Her voice was slurred, and it didn't sound as good as she had hoped it would have. That wasn't her choice of what she sounded like as much as she would have like it. "Please... you're more stable than me when we both are sober" again with the slurred voice. Emilia suddenly broke out into a run, without slipping on the ground, she jumped on to Sirius's back. Wrapping her arms around his neck lightly as well as she lightly squeezed her knees on his hips.
Emilia was rather excited to get a ride from Sirius, to be honesty the chances of her not falling to the ground were slim. plus, It would be more quiet if Emilia wasn't stumbling around in the corridors while trying to get back to Gryffindor common room. She couldn't help but be excited for the fact that trying to sneak back into Hogwarts was just as fun as trying to sneak out... but doing it while drunk? that sounds even more fun than anything.
"onwards my faithful one!"
An interesting thought suddenly pondered in her mind... how exactly were they going to get inside Hogwarts? She thought and thought but couldn't think of any particular way beside just walking in one of the many entrances... which would probably be the safest for the drunk two. "You know what sounds really dangerous? flying. Flying and Drinking shouldn't mix... don't every do it. I don't anyone I know getting hurt while drunk" she rambled suddenly. This had nothing to do with what was actually going on in her head. Emilia rested her head upon his, "Sorry If I'm a bit heavy. I weigh like one hundred and ten now... but I guess that's like perfect seeing as I'm only five foot one. sooo... never mind, feel the wraith of my lightness!" she said playfully.

Sirius wasn't exactly worried about Emilia puking everywhere. He had dealt with it many times before. It wasn't his favourite thing to work with, but he knew that sometimes it just happened. Sirius was drunk enough, probably, to think it was funny if she were to puke. Or if he were to.
Sirius laughed rather heartily at Emilia's struggle to get her hair out of her face. He himself struggled to get some of his dark strands out of his grey eyes, but he didn't bother. Any time he got them out of his eyes, the rain just pushed his hair back in.
As much as his thoughts were distracted, Sirius couldn't help but laugh hard when she agreed to "ride on him."
"Yeah, I bet you would," he replied quickly. Next thing he knew, however, Emilia was taking a running leap at him. She wrapped her legs around him, but it didn't stop his feet from slipping in the mud due to the fact that he wasn't quite prepared for her to jump on him yet. Sirius went crashing to his knees, but miraculously was able to keep Emilia on his back. He stumbled back onto his feet and said, "Guess I'm not as stable as we thought!"
"You're not heavy at all," Sirius commented, easily. It was true, she was rather light. He didn't understand how women seemed to think that anything over one hundred pounds was heavy. Sirius himself was one hundred and fifty-five pounds, but he was also five foot ten. Girls were just silly sometimes.
Emilia's comment about flying suddenly struck a chord with Sirius. Although he wasn't the best Quidditch player in the world by any means whatsoever, he certainly could fly. Well, adequately at least. Although it was the most terrible idea in the world, Sirius pulled out his wand and pointed it in the general direction of the boys' common room and summoned James' broom. He knew that there was a boy who always slept with the window open. Within a few moments, Sirius saw a broom speeding towards them. He was too slow at grabbing the flying broom, and the broom smacked into both of them and knocking them down once again.
"Can I offer you a more... interesting ride?" he asked cheerily with an eyebrow raised in a mischevious way.

Emilia clinged to him as he crashed to his knees after she lunged herself at him. "You're still more stable than me!" she laughed loudly. the fact that he was still on his knees and not on his back made it very clear that he was more stable than her. If Sirius was on her back, they'd be laying on the ground. Minus the fact that she can barley hold 75 pounds.
Emilia patted Sirius's head as a thank you. "I know I'm not heavy, girl's just say that to get compliments. or to be reassured they aren't fat. Girls can be stupid like that... well some of them. I normally don't because I don't care what guys think of me. I love who I am and if they don't? they can fall in to a lake for all I care!" she started to ramble again. She was drunk, she didn't know exactly what to talk about or to even say but rambling was always fun for her to do.
Emilia stared at the side of his head for a moment before being scared to death when a sudden broom smacked them and knocking them down. She released Sirius from her death grip and fell on her back on the ground. She played dead for a moment just in-case before realizing it wasn't necessary for this moment in time. She rolled on to her stomach and got on her knees before looking at Sirius, who was holding a...broom?
Emilia couldn't remember if she had just said something about drinking an flying. It sounded familiar but literally couldn't remember. After a few moments she realized if she had something about it, it was probably a good idea! "This has got to be the smartest idea ever!" she exclaimed as she jumped to her feet. When she landed back on the ground, her feet slipped from under her because of the soaked grass causing her to fall flat on her booty.
"owie" she whined lightly. Emilia got on her hands and knees, and slowly got up, trying not to slip again. as soon as she got up, standing on her feet. Her hands rested on her hips making an almost heroic pose. "Good sir, How are we to do this?" she asked trying to sound like a superhero but failing horribly.
"How do you want me to ride your shaft" She could only assume that, it was his broom; she also remembered from flying class that the stick part of a broom could also be called a shaft. She wanted to sound intelligent but didn't realize how dirty it sounded.

Sirius hadn't accepted a piggy back ride from a girl since he was probably fourteen. Some girl said that she could handle his weight, and so he thought that she could. What Sirius didn't think was going to happen was for him to jump on her back and then she fell to her knees and broke one of them on cement. Ever since then, he just assumed that girls couldn't hold him.
Emilia patted him on the head and Sirius couldn't help but be reminded of being pet - sort of like a dog, ironically. He smiled to himself, knowing that Emilia would never know why he seemed to think it was amusing.
"Don't worry, Em, you don't have to talk like you're a fat girl," Sirius reassured her probably in one of the most potentially offensive ways he could think of. "You don't need to say if a guy doesn't like you because of your weight because... well, that doesn't make sense."
Sirius didn't really know what he was rambling about either. He wasn't even sure if she was still referring to her weight or her looks or whatever. Regardless, she was talking like she was some ugly girl who no one would want to look at. Sirius supposed that Emilia wouldn't be some people's type, but she had the general good-looks that most people seemed to like.
Sirius had noticed Emilia play-dead on the ground and he wasn't sure if he should un-repress his urge to chuckle or be worried. Luckily, she wasn't dead.
"I know, right?" Sirius said with a big, goofy grin with a proud tone. He looked at the broom. "I really am brilliant, aren't I?" he asked, completely forgetting that Emilia was the one to mention the broom in the first place.
Sirius got on the broom and when Emilia asked how they were going to do it, followed by a certain comment, Sirius really did burst out laughing hysterically.
"You can straddle my shaft any time if you'd like," he said between laughs with a wink. He grabbed her by the arm and pulled her over and pushed her behind him. "Just sit behind me, hold me, and I'll do all the work."
Sirius was still laughing and couldn't seem to stop. Once Emilia was holding him tight enough, Sirius kicked off the ground - and was immediately swept off by the strong wind due to the storm. The rain stung, but the numbness from the rain certainly helped with the pain. He knew right away that he was over his head with the flying and the storm, but his drunken self thought it was funnier than anything. In fact, he couldn't even make out where Gryffindor tower was through the downpour.
