Okay so here is little Regulus Black. The perfect or better son according to his parents. He needs someone to be crushing on and others that he can be having flings with here and there. On top of that he needs his slytherin quidditch team and some friends to help him make his life a little crazy. Keep in mind this boy is a Death Eater. Then again his charms can fool you sometimes.

Well, Mulci and sev, reporting for duty.
Sev is the year above, but providing he can find some common ground, that shouldn't be a problem. HE also has had mildly fuzzy confusing feelings about Regulus. HE isn't sure if he likes him and feels sympathy since they both are plagued by Sirius Black, or if he's not-so-straight-after-all. I mean...He says he's straight as an arrow. Definitely. It's adolescent hormones.
Mulci is two years above, and lecherous, buta beater. THey can interact somehow.

Well, Reg. I am planning on making a little female charmer herself, and the little blonde might just be the girl for you. I want her to be a little Slytherin princess, but who knows what I'll come up with.

I offer Mr. Zabini as a close friend, although 2 years above Reg. I can already see the two of them going hunting for girls together. They'd certainly be close friends especially since he's a Chaser on the Quidditch Team.

Well yes common grounds for Sev and Reggie would probably be the mixed feelings for am i really all that straight. After all Reggie would befriend Sev no matter what really and might yell at his brother for picking on Sev.
As for Mulci hurray to being part of the Quidditch team. They definetly need to have some fun interactions.

James Potter LIKE DUH! these two know each other and probably no matter what dislike each other! so a enemy?
Fabian Greyback the youngest of the Greyback children.. he's a Ravenclaw.. i really don't think there would be anything between them xD Fabs keeps to himself and his sibblings for the most part
AND the lovely Aphrodite Dolohov. She is a year older than him.. same house.. the same circle kind of circle death eater/pureblood thick head families.. although at this point she is second guessing the motives.. but I could see her getting along with the handsome Reggy quite well (: and probably like him just a tad. She is a bitch, a sweetheart and everything in in between..

Hells yes to james and reggie being enemies its only natural
He may not be friends with Fabian but he might take into consideration how interesting the greyback family is.
Aphrodite he'd be friends with or at least would chat with here and there. Afterall they are too similar not too.

Lucius and Cissa will be dating soonish (: so they could meet that way.
Yay for James having enemies!
It might be good for Fabian to have a conversation with someone who is interested in his family even if he himself doesn't enjoy it.
And ya for being similar they could have a great chat about families and following in their footsteps?

I have Dorcy and Sheba -prods the girls- Sounds like I've named my boobs or something -ponders- Anyway, you can do what you like with them. I have found in the past the Dorcas has gotten on well with Reguluses as she's a very open and most of the time non-judgemental sort of person that likes to give people a chance and I was thinking maybe Reggie and Dorcas could have an almost sibling relationship. He would annoy her when she was at Hogwarts (She's an ex-Slytherin) and she wouldn't mind hexing him a couple of times if he really started getting on her nerves. Other wise I can't see much evolvement for these two.
As for Sheba, would Reggie be taking Ancient Ruins? If so then he'd be her student and if not then she's just a Professor at the school he goes to! I don't have any ideas for these two.

I have.. Rem, Nessa, Wally, and Dim! Remus - I suppose that would be enemies by association? I don't think Rem has anything against Reggie as a person, but with the whole Sirius/Regulus business I don't think they could be friends. Nessa - is out of school, so I don't think they'd run into each other unless he's planning to throw her a baby shower P: I kid  Waldemar - thinks Regulus is hot. Ahem, yes. I don't know.. Dorcy is planning to drag Wally into the Order, so they could clash? Then again, Reggie's stil in school. Dimitri - finds it sort of adorable that Regulus calls him 'Professor Z' xD It's like 'Dr Who' to him, lol! He's easily flattered, I guess P: Anyways, I just responded to their topic and I already like the dynamics between them, don't know why, but yay! Did you have any ideas? Obviously Sirius and Regulus wouldn't get along whatsoever - Sirius hates his family with an almighty passion. There is obviously some good in Reggie deep down, but I'm not sure if that would be showing in his school years. I could imagine Sirius resenting any similarities he was unfortunate enough to pick up on between the two boys.

Sirius and Reg:
I honestly see Sirius trying to stop his brother from doing something drastic though it didn't work as Reg listened to their parents. Sirius would probably notice some little spark of good in his brother but whether or not he did anything about it would be completely up to Sirius. As Regulus still views him as a brother despite the dislike Sirius has for his family.
Dorcy and Reg:
Well now Reggie wouldn't mind something like that. Another sibling like person in his mist would be good for him I think. And yes he's annoy her to no end cause he's good at that. but they'd always make up.
Sheba and Reg:
Well I could see him in ancient runes and arithmancy so yea he'd be taking it. We'd have to see what he thought of his professor though.
Remus and Reg:
enemies by association I can go with. Plus I don't see them actually getting a chance to get along with. though Reg at a later date might seek Remus out for some sort of council when he starts to change sides.
Bianca: Well I love Dim and Reg they work so well together. Now as for the others I'm not sure sure. He'd not be likely to associate with adults outside of school unless they were family or death eaters. or a rather confidant of some sort that he met while they were still in school. I think Dimitri could be someone he turns too for help. As he respects him so much.

Remus and Reg: Yup, I agree. I'd love to think that Rem tries to see Regulus in a nicer light (because I'm all for Rem/Reg slash, cough! xD), but I think he'd rather not really speak to him voluntarily to avoid any SiriDrama (because we all know Sirius is a dramaqueen xD) - plus they're in different years, so yeh.
Reg seeking Rem out later sounds definitely plausible, though I suppose the 'later' would be lots later, right? After they've finished school, I mean?
Dim and Reg: Dim loves Reg too~~ (notlikethatyoupervlol!) I think they totally work together and Dim will be all flattered if Reg confides in him, aww.
As for the others, yeah, I guessed as much. Reg would probably HATE Waldemar because he's so camp and Nessa is too busy being preggers anyway *giggles*. (:
