Let me tell you, a little something about myself[/color]
Caitlin's parents were more than thrilled when their second daughter was born. Unlike most parents who long for boys, the McManus' were happy just to have healthy children. Growing up in a less fortunate part of Ireland did well for the girls. Nimah tried hard to teach her younger sister the law of the land as she was a fair amount older. The two got on rather well and once Caitlin was 10 she was counting down the day until she would be able to go to Hogwarts as her sister had.
Hogwarts... Was a new huge place. Lots of cracks for hiding. Caitlin was a quiet girl when she was alone. She never had problems entertaining herself. Books were there for a reason. However she did rather enjoy the company of others and was a respectably social girl and quickly made friends in her own house. Hufflepuff of course was her first choice. Nimah had explained the houses to her and Hufflepuff had sounded like a nice place to hide and go relatively unnoticed if and when she wanted to be invisible. So she simply ordered the hat to place her in Hufflepuff. Her exact words to the sorting hat were "Now hat.. Sort me into Hufflepuff or I'ma use ya to wash the dishes after mum cooks stew....And her stew smells funny." Needless to say the hat listened.
Caitlin had settled in rather well and by her fifth year of school she was beginning to flourish on her own. Her only hope is to graduate with decent marks so she can make her parents proud and grow up to be as cool as her sister.
