[Amos Patroclus Diggory]

So I'm back! :3 After serious hectic work and school schedules and desperate to get back into plotting here! (Hello again for anyone I knew and abandoned last time around >< and for any new people since I poof'd, hai, I'm Rosie.)

Soooooo, my characters are

Amos Diggory! - profile
Tanith Malfoy! - profile
and Walden Macnair! - profile

I'm looking for everything and anything for all of these guys so the usual, friends, allies, enemies, luvvahs. Amos of course has his baby-mama Nessa and little Cedric on the way :3 but is on the hunt for potential babysitters, work-friends and perhaps smarmy work frenemies. And of course ex-Hogwarts mates he can party with to cheer him up after being overworked and overtired, what a dedicated dad he is!

Wally is obviously not the nicest but can be funny with equally horrible friends and allies of the Snake variety, but others are welcome, especially drinking buddies. Maybe older friends outside of school now he'll be graduating Hogwarts soon and looking to join up to the ranks of the DE's. He's not a very lovey-dovey guy so any potential love interests would be very short-term...

Tanith is not as mean as Wally or as nice as Amos but more anti-social than either of them. Friends who enjoy cats, crosswords, cigarettes and won't make her talk all the time are welcome? Or very loud people, that would be fun. Enemies are as ever welcome, and with regards to romance Tan is about as inexperienced as Wally is ~experienced so hilarity/disaster would inevitably ensue

Okay, so here we go.

Remus

Remus would perhaps know Amos, as they've been in school together for quite a while, but they wouldn't have really known each other, right? Not much plotting going on there, I'm afraid.
He'd know Tanith and Walden from class. He wouldn't bother too much with Tanith (he doesn't have much interest in girls who aren't Annelise and Lena, haha) and I suppose there'd be a mutual (rather deep?) dislike between Rem and Wally? They could bump into each other and have a bit of an insult-match, maybe?

Sascha

He wouldn't know Amos, because he started teaching at Hogwarts after he left, but he'd have Tanith and Wally in his Apparition class? He's just plain nasty, prejudiced (especially against women), and hates teaching, especially when students feel like talking back or trying to impress him. He'd going to join the DE's soon.

Nessa

AMOS! <3 Yuy for lovebabies, yup, haha. I replied to your reply to my PM and try to get a topic started this afternoon once I've finished a ton of work I've done. I'm afraid Nessa would have no plot opportunities with your other characters, but yay babies!

Iain

He's currently a healer in the hospital wing, so he could bump into Tanith and Wally there. That and he's rather liable to be one of those insomniacs to hang out at weird places at night as well? Also, in regards to your comment in your description of Tanith: he's usually very loud. Mildly bi-polar and everything, and usually hypomanic?
I'd say that he wouldn't really have anything to do with Amos, but.. He used to work at Mungo's maternity ward (before he suddenly switched to IC and then to Hogwarts about a week later), so he might actually have delivered Amos into the world. Although he no longer works at Mungo's, he might've given them his contact info just because he tends to get attached to patients and wants to keep track of them and all that. Oh, and he has an identical twin brother who works at the Ministry, so Amos could run into him and that could make for interesting miscommunication?

Dimitri

Would know Amos from class, but wouldn't be particularly in touch with him now, after school?
He'd have both Tanith and Wally in his DADA classes, though.

Emma

So, I think Tanith and Emma could be friends. Emma is pretty easy-going, but can be rather judgmental. She likes having a good time, and although she's clever (hence being in Ravenclaw), she sometimes thinks that she would have preferred being in Slytherin. Perhaps they've known each other since first year? Maybe best friends?

Lucius

Wally could go to Lucius about joining-the-ranks kind of thing. They could become mates, although Lucy is a dick and thinks everyone are his inferiors. I could imagine them becoming friends despite the age gap due to Lucy's immaturity. I can see them being friends, and Lucius considering Wally a friend, even though Lucius pretends that Wally is nothing more than a minion sort of deal xP

Remus -- mutual deep dislike sounds good to me! What Walden believes he has over Remus in terms of physical strength he lacks in intelligence or wit, so any retorts to little snide remarks in class or the like would infuriate him. Plus Wally doesn't do the best in class. Perhaps some forced-tuition from Remus would exacerbate that dislike? Could be fun plottage XD

Sacha - He sounds a lot like Wally, actually. Perhaps they could bond over that in and out of class? A little like the Slug Club or something, only with a lot less members and a lot more sexism and DE planning. Tanith would hate him and avoid him at all costs in apparition classes, he might induce splinching through nerves otherwise xP

Nessa - we've already PM'd and stuff but I'm just putting here in here BECAUSE YAYYYY BABIES! *throws baby cedric confetti*

Iain - Amos miscommunication sounds funny And also, if he was an old hand at maternity and kept in touch with the family I could imagine Mrs. Diggory trying to lure him into giving Amos new-father advice or preparing him for what to expect with Nessa in delivery/maternity wards. Or Amos getting his contact details off his mother and tormenting Iain with constant questions and worries! As for Tanith and Wally, the latter would be in and out of the hospital wing perhaps through Quidditch injuries, legit and "Quidditch injuries" caused from other fights, which he would obviously lie through his teeth about to Iain if called in -- or boast insufferably about depending on his mood. Tanith on the other hand is also a huge insomniac and a nightime-smoker so could perhaps come across Iain on one of these endeavours. Also, being sleep-deprived most of the time and smoking like a chimney doesn't do much for health amongst other bad habits, so she could perhaps be in and out of the hospital wing that way? As well as that both Wally and Tan would be quite happy to attempt to borrow or steal from Iain's stores if they were stuck and running out of their own personal supplied -- Tanith for calming draughts and essence of Dittany mostly, Wally for any steroid-like 'enhancers' his mum usually knocks up at home to keep him PUMPED UP! Lotsa muse for Iain apparently! :3

Dimitri - could see just a normal teacher/student relationship for the most part for Tanith and Walden, although perhaps some concern with regards to grades and murmurings about Walden's interests? Idk. And yeah I can't see him having a lot of contact with Amos now he's out of school either.

Emma - I have to say firstly omglovetaymom! *noms her* I think these two could be really fun to plot together as friends. They have being clever or studious in common and could maybe bond over studying together in the evenings? Although they're good foils for each other in being so different in terms of Emma being more easygoing or outgoing, and I think if they were friends Tanith would be secretly quite jealous of Emma's past relationship experience and being so outgoing, being so different from that herself. Having looked over Emma's application aswell, I think it's interesting that at the same age she's leaning towards sympathy or alliance to the dark side~ whereas Tanith is beginning to question that and want to distance herself from it, which could make for juicy plottage to see how their friendship would hold up if at all to that difference of opinions if it came out :3 (Wally thinks Emma is very sexy indeed, as well)

Lucius - Wally would definitely go to Lucius about joining up to the DE's at any chance. It'd be interesting to see how he well he would manage to hold his tongue if Lucy constantly spoke to him as an inferior - though he'd expect it and know it'd be something to put up with to join the ranks himself, Wally's temper is not the best at times. But I could see them bonding or at least seeing things they like or have in common with one another as time goes on, and build something of a friendship or at least as close as they could get to one in the situation of being differently ranked in class and within the DE's. Amos works at the Ministry, so I could see some tension with Lucius if they ever bumped into one another, within the same sort of thing, class and rank differences. Obviously at the moment Amos is only a smarmy very junior dogsbody at the MoM and Lucius is far above him, which Amos would hate, but nethertheless relentlessly suck up to Lucy at any opportunity to improve his job standing, whilst still hating him xP. Obviously Tanith and Lucius are first cousins, but there's quite a bit of an age-gap between them and I'm happy to have them having as much or as little contact on your perrogative, though I have vague plot ideas for them realistically they mightn't see each other often outside school holidays, and I understand wariness around plotting with extra-relative OC's at times XD So.. yeah.
