Let me tell you, a little something about myself[/color]
Born to a middle class wizard home. Parents were a little apathetic but still cared. Tried to get their foot in on the upper society of Wizarding World so were always going to parties and trying to make themselves appear higher class.
Hogwarts acceptance, already knew she should probably make friends and connections, with the help of her parents prodding, so created her fake innocent persona. Goal is to try and be the nice popular one, though really puts together information on everyone, just on the offchance that she would need something from them later on so could blackmail people.
Isa originally got her first job in the Ministry because of her connections that she made at school. It wasn’t a hard job at first, just paper pushing and all the other boring things the general Ministry population did. But she was well liked by all for the most part, which was her plan the whole time, and quickly made her way up the ladder to the job of Inspector which meant going into the homes of witches and wizards that were found guilty of dark magic, or had died, and catalogue all possible Dark items that had been found, then bring them back to the ministry to be used, studied, or destroyed. She would also go to the homes to just check to see if there were any Dark magic items, because of rumors that had been uttered. She was very busy with her job, going to many houses every couple weeks as it would sometimes take a couple days to go through entire mansions that the richer wizarding families owned.
After a while, and so many Dark items had passed by her and into the Ministry that she didn’t even trust, she figured out that maybe she could get extra money by taking a few of the more unassuming items and selling them on the black market. But Isabelle wasn’t heartless and still had a bit of a conscience so she never sold anything too dangerous. Politics and blood rivalries and revenge were never a part of her. Isa was always out to just making her own life easier and hurting other people, while might get her more money, would just cause more problems for her in the long run because it could possibly be tracked back to her. Even without the sale of dangerous items, she still sells enough to where she gets a lot more money than she would with just a normal Ministry salary. Usually the items Isa sold could be anything from old family heirlooms, books, or even innocuous bits of things. It just depends on the wizarding home she went into and got them.
Her professional life is very different than her personal life. Professionally she is nice, respectful, calm, all the things a good little worker should be. It was just an extension of her fake personality from Hogwarts. But in her personal life, she is the complete opposite. She’s sarcastic, she lies, she doesn’t suffer stupidity, she’s very caustic, she loves money, and when she wants to get her way, Isabelle doesn’t mind the occasional blackmail or threat. There are times when she is truly nice, but it’s a very rare event. Being the bad girl, that just happens to look like the sweet next goody goody, works for her. Isa also is very sexual in nature. She likes to flirt and she doesn’t mind using men for just sex. She’s never had a full relationship, unless it was just for appearances sake or she was trying to get someone to go with her way of thinking. Otherwise, it has always been just one night stands, or trysts which worked perfectly for her. Because it wouldn’t do well for her bosses or co-workers to learn that she wasn’t very nice at all.
