What can be found in a name:
Andromeda Cassiopeia Black
When the day I was born:
13/01/1959
The Angels screamed:
Druella Black (nee' Rosier) housewife. and Cygnus Black not to sure.
And Hell shut its doors:
Narcissa Black
Bellatrix Black
While creatures retreated:
owl "april"
To depths unknown:
pure as a unicorn.
I hide from them:
++ the shadowed area of the lake towards the caves.
++ black estate
++ showers for you know
Be who they want to see:
Hair;;
Andromeda has dark brown hair, although her's is much lighter compared to Bellatrix's and as she aged it's gotten lighter. Andromeda's hair is naturally thick and shiny and always clean, she never over-washes or puts un-natural colors in her hair that could damange or ruin it. Andromeda takes great pride in her hair. When in direct sun-light, little bits of lighter brown almost golden poke through from time spent in the sun when she was younger that still hasn't faded. She doesn't mind if a hair is out of place but can't stand if it's in her eyes and contastantly always has it up or pinned back out of her eyes.
Eyes:
Meda has the classic dark Black eyes, although several tones lighter then the others, sometimes they can be described as chocolate brown. Framed by dark, thick eyelashes that are long and rarely need mascara, they hide her emotions well. Her eyebrows are finely shaped over her eyes. Her eyes are much wider then Bellatrix's and have a softer look to them although when she is angry they tend to narrow and become hard. When she is tired , underneath her eyes tend to become a little saggy and turn a purple color and her eyes start to droop.
Height and such;;
Andromeda is the shortest of the black sisters but not by much, she is five foot six and a half inches, her sister Narcissa beating her by half a inch. She weighs 59 kilos.
Curves;;
She has curves in all the right places and long, hollywood like legs that go on forever just like her sisters and mother. Slim. She isn't one to be classed as over-weight nor anoxeric. She doesn't care much for the diets and eating nothing but somehow with the Black metabolism seems to keep all food off her body.
Similarities;;
With the exact same features as her sister Bellatrix, the two could be classed as twins except for the fact that Andromeda has kinder, wider eyes and a more quick to smile mouth. She is not one to be dulled out behind her beautiful sisters. With the classic Black astrioct looks as her father she has stronger features then her sister Narcissa with a strong nose and jaw-line.
But that leaves no one:
To discover that inside:
Andromeda Black knows what she wants. She wants to be different. She wants to not to be "The other Black sister" she wants to be "Andromeda Black". She doesn't want to be thrown away in a corner. Meda will fight for what she believes in or who she loves with everything she's got. Passionate she is. Naive she is not. She is a knowledge young woman who doesn't trust anybody but herself.
A very quick and adept liar, she can snake her way out of nearly any sitution and over the backs of people she loves and trusts. A lady of many sides, just as her mother taught her. Her true side is sarcastic and wild, she is not a girl of pure reputation although not many know. She is no means a easy girl but she does like pleasure. A little more then a bit.
Andromeda is a smooth-talker and can charm any-one with her looks and personal charm. Somewhat catious in the ways of love, she is afraid to fall in love or be loved and holds everyone at arms length for the fear of it, she can be aloof and distant and sometimes over thinks things to the point of being a bit paranoid. She also has the temper of her older sister although it is much harder to come to the surface.
Stubborn and opinated and sometimes coming of heartless, she is not. If she loves you, she will do almost anything for you but if she doesn't like you. Well thats another story. She has friends but most do not understand her. If there is something wrong with her, you wouldn't know it. Meda doesn't mind not being the center of attention and is happy for other people to step up to the plate but as she is a Black. She gets attention.
This soulless being:
++ parties
++ men
++ alcohol
++ music
++ writing
++ her way
++ being fit
++ swimming
++ sarcastic people
Is just as lost:
++ plain people
++ seafood
++ up-starts
++ not having alcohol
++ numbers
++ mudbloods and others.
++ things she doesn't understand.
As everyone else:
++ keeping things secret
++ drinking
++ keeping her composure.
++ astronomy
++ household spells.
In a world that knows only hate:
-- relationships
-- potions
-- ugly & annoying people.
-- mudbloods & not having enough money.
-- slow music.
And causes pain for the soulless like me:
&& she doesn't want to fall in love and she doesn't want to marry someone she doesn't love. Even if it means leaving her family.
&& she is afraid of ghouls and spiders. Deathly afraid of spiders. Which isn't good at Grimauld place.
They left me to die:
grandmother, widowed.
two aunts and one uncle.
three cousins, one boy, two female.
On a bed of roses:
one aunt and one uncle.
two cousins.
two grandparents.
two great aunts.
Blood seeping through:
&& her mother and father don't sleep together anymore. her mother hates her husband to the point of cheating on him, although her father is in love with her mother. she doesn't care about that. she believes in what's best for her. not her husband. her mother favours Andromeda out of all her children.
The satin sheets of fame:
Rich as Rich can be. Ancient estate of Black.
What a bitter story of love:
Andromeda named for the constellation in the sky was born on a chilly Janurary night of the 13th, to the rich and pure-blood Black family. Although her father wasn't heir to the mega million family fortune because he was second son, he did have the familys major home estate. Her father always hoped that the other part of her name wouldn't come true because her mother named her. Meda is the middle sister of the three, beautiful Black sisters each contrasting each other.
Home-schooled and bought up in the cold, enviroment Andromeda mostly followed Bellatrix around or did her own explorering of the estate but always went to lessons and asked questions, too many questions. She was a curious child and learnt to talk the quickest of the whole family. Her wide eyes served her with a innocene quality that seemed to work well on her uncle and father, although Narcissa was still her father's favourite. Andromeda always looked up to her mother and of course was rewarded the favourtism.
She was very close to her sisters and when Bellatrix went to Hogwarts, Andromeda and Narcissa turned to each other, and bonded so much it confused everyone, they seemed to be polar oppistes in everything. When it was time for Andromeda to go to Hogwarts, she looked forward to it but hid it not to make Cissa sad who was depressed about her going. She was accepted into Hogwarts and was sorted into Slytherin.
As she grew older, Andromeda became her own person, more independant and more intelligent but still was regarded as the second black sister, after scary Bellatrix and icy Narcissa, they called her the nice Black sister because Andromeda didn't taunt nor insult them she ignored them and soon got the repuation of being aloof and distant. She was in the top five of the class and got better marks then her sisters in nearly every subject.
Andromeda is in the elite group at Hogwarts, the elite pure-blood group. Being in the snake-pit she is respected by all, feared by many and annoyed by some. She doesn't give a rat's arse what anyone else thinks. Andromeda has suffered a great deal, but she isn't engaged to be married by anyone. Meda is by no means a virgin, no one whose a properly elite Slytherin is anymore.
She has her friends and she has her enemies. That's all.
Oh dear.
Andromeda looked around and sipped her coffee, the bustling crowds of Diagon Alley were starting to thin. Most of the screaming children were gone, the business tycoons and workers were finished for the day, pushy house-wifes had done their weekly shopping, assistants were doing the last coffee runs, this was the perfect time to be in Diagon Alley, Andromeda and many intellectcals thought.
Sipping the coffee softly and running out of liquid, she placed the cup down on a saucer and pulled out a few coins for a tip. She loved this little cafe with its cozy atomopshere. Collecting her bag she walked out of the cafe, gracing a smile to the little, old pure-blooded lady behind the counter.
Andromeda steered clear of the major crowds, she hated being bustled along and kept to the sides of the shops. Walking down Diagon Alley until she got near the wand shop, she turned down a little alleyway. Not a soul in sight she thought happily as the little bell chimed somewhere in the store as she walked in.
This was a little two-story bookstore filled with every kind of book imaginable, a crystal chandiler hang in the main lobby of the place giving of excellent reading light, nothing to bright or too dim. Walking deeper into the little store, which also served as a library, Meda found a few intelluctal souls, all of them taking no notice of her and just concerntrating on the books in their hands. Scanning the book-selves, Andromeda's fingers trailed along the books quickly reading the spines seeing of any title of interest to her.
Wandering her way up-stairs, Andromeda found a book on the history of old European Wizarding Tales and Royalty, something that had been a great interest to her ever since she was a little girl. Settling herself on one of the many comfy one-seater seats on the balcony over the bottom floor of the book-store with candles around for warmth and light.
She put her feet up on the foot-rest and opened the book and rested it on her stomach and flipped the page open the first page and read it. Soon she concerntrated on her book and lost all awareness of the world around her, until...
