What can be found in a name:
Lily Marie Evans.
When the day I was born:
January 30, 1960.
The Angels screamed:
Richard and Susan Evans.
And Hell shut its doors:
Petunia Evans.
While creatures retreated:
Cat && Owl.
To depths unknown:
Muggle-Born.
I hide from them:
Dorm room (or room at home), Room of Requirement, Hogsmeade.
Be who they want to see:
Lily Marie Evans has long, beautiful, thick Red Hair that flows past her shoulders. She loves having long hair. You'll often find her hair down, but every now and agian she'll do something special to it. She has big and very bright Emerald Green, Almond Shaped Eyes. Lily has always been a rather short and petite girl. She stands at about 5'4" or so in height. Her height has never bothered her. In fact she loves being so short, just like she likes being thin. She weighs around 118lbs, give or take a few pounds. It may seem like she's under weight to some but it's just how she's always been. No matter what this girl eats she stays around the same weight. Lily has very fair skin, and light freckles that go across her nose. She's easily burned, so she has to be very careful when out in the sun way to long. It takes work for her to actually tan, seeing as her skin is so fair. She enjoys wearing muggle clothing, since she grew up in the muggle world, its really all she's ever known. Even now that she's a wizard she prefers muggle clothing, over wizard clothing. She finds them much more comfortable, that doesn't mean she won't wear wizard clothes when she has to.
But that leaves no one:
PICTURE
To discover that inside:
Lily may seem like a very quiet girl when you first meet her, but she's actually not. She loves to talk. She's extremely loyal, and honest to her friends. She would rather die then betray them, or put them in harms way. She loves watching her other friends play quidditch, but won't try out for the team herself, since she can't fly to save her life. True she passed Flying, but only barely. She doesn't like heights either. In fact she's afraid of them. She's a very outgoing, and just an all around fun loving person.
Lily is a very Intelligent person and isn't afraid to show it. She studies a lot, and all her studying tends to pay off. The young Gryffindor is at the top of her class. She loves to help her other class mates, especially the younger students. She helps the older students too, but enjoys helping the younger students more. She'll help anyone who is in need of it.Lily is the type of person who hates to be alone. She loves being surrounded by her friends.
She can fall for guys quiet easily. When she likes a guy all her friends usually know. Lily really isn't a very judge mental person. She does however sometimes make mistakes after all everyone does, but when she does make a mistake she owns up to it, and admits it. She doesn't, and won't ever lie to her friends. She doesn't like people who are full of themselves, or stuck up for that matter. She really won't be rude, or mean to you unless you are to her first. If you get on her nerves she may get a bit edgy, but will still be nice about it. It's when your rude to her is where you run into the problem. She loves meeting new people, and making new friends no matter what house they are from, well unless their from Slytherins.
Lily tends to stay away from the Slytherins since most of them dislike muggle borns. The only slytherin which she ever befriended was Severus Snape, she's however starting to see changes in him and is beginning to think they may all just be the same. Lily hates judge mental people. Most important she doesn't judge others just because of blood like some of the other people in the school do. She also has a very bad temper, which can make things get out of hand. She is one person that you don't ever want mad at you. She can be a bit of a prude at times also.
This soulless being:

Being a prefect.

Is just as lost:

Being told what to do.
Being late.
Voldemort.

The words 'freak' and 'mudlood'

And causes pain for the soulless like me:
Is starting to like james potter, though she constantly denies it.
Has a small crush on Sirius, she hates him, yet still can't help but ot think he's attractive.
May have feelings for Severus, but is starting to notice small changes in her friend, changes she doesn't like.
They left me to die:
All Muggles, though it's possible there was someone magical down the line somewhere.
On a bed of roses:
Again all Muggles, though it's possible there was someone magical down the line somewhere.
Blood seeping through:
Parents were murdered by Death Eaters.
Parents were having marital problems.
Her sister blames her for their parents death.
The satin sheets of fame:
Currently well off, but that could eventually change who knows... Her sister after all blames her for the death of their parents.
What a bitter story of love:
Lily Marie Evans was born to Richard and Susan Evans on January 30, 1960. Lily is the youngest child of the Evans family, having an a sister around two years older than her. Her sister is named Petunia, yes after the flower. Their mother for some reason has an obsession with flowers, having named both of her daughters after a different flower. Lily grew up in a town near another town called Spinners End. Growing up Lily and her sister Petunia were very very close. Lily really looked up to her older sister and although Lily could be very annoying in Petunia's eyes, since she's younger, did not stop the two from being inseparable. They loved doing pretty much everything together.
When Lily was around Eight or Nine years Old is when she met Severus Snape for the very first time. Her and her sister decided to go to the Park one did and while they were there he showed up. Severus had actually been the first one to tell Lily she was a witch. When he first told her what she was and what she could do she really honestly thought he was just calling her names to be mean. She had no idea that he was dead serious and that me meant every word he was saying. Why would she believe him? The only time Lily ever heard about Witches, Wizards, and Magic were well in books. It didn't occur to Lily that they could be real, even if she was so smart. He ended up having to fully explain to her what he meant so Lily could understand him. That was the very day in which she gained her very first best friend, well outside her family. Like her and her sister you could not get Lily away from Severus.
This fact didn't sit very well with Petunia, as she couldn't stand Severus. Every time he showed his face at the Evans House her sister would make some rude comment to him or about him. Severus went on to tell Lily what he knew about Hogwarts and the Wizard World in General. Everything that his mother had told him about their world he would in turn tell Lily. Severus had even told Lily HOW she would be accepted into Hogwarts. Shortly after that Lily was worried that people would treat her differently because she was a Muggleborn, Severus told her it didn't matter w hat sort of blood she had. In reality he had only been half right, as there were people in the wizard world who DID care about blood. If he had told her just to make he feel better about being a Muggleborn or if he really meant what he said Lily wasn't ever sure.
Lily's first few years at Hogwarts weren't all that been. Lily had been sorted into the house of Gryffindor. It's true Severus had been sorted into Slytherin, a house that was the rival house of Gryffindor, this didn't stop Lily and Severus' friendship though. Neither of them cared what their house mates would or have to say about it. Sure Lily made lots of other friends while she was at Hogwarts but she never stopped talking to Severus. The two of them would send owls or meet each other on the grounds. She obviously made a good amount of enemies as well. James Potter eventually started chasing after her, something that she wasn't very fond of. She refused to give him or his friends the time of day. The only friend who Lily would give the time of Day was Remus Lupin. He was not only a lot like her but he also seemed to be the only one who had a good head on his shoulders. He, unlike the rest of the Marauders, as James liked to call his friends, loved to pick on other students mainly Severus.
This year Lily was granted the position of a Gryffindor Prefect, something which she is very proud of herself for. Ever since she came to Hogwarts, she wanted to be a prefect. She even wants to be Head Girl her Seventh Year. Other than that she isn't exactly sure how this year will turn out. She's starting to notice changes in her friend Severus Snape, changes she really doesn't like. In fact she hates them and she hates the people whom he's hanging around. She doesn't know what to do though. She wants more than anything to stay friends with him, but the people he hangs around don't like peopel like her, they don't like muggleborns. She's afraid that eventually they'll start to rub off on Severus. She's truly afraid of losing him. She however, hasn't told him any of this. She also recently found out that her parents were murderd by Death Eaters. Lily has yet to tell anyone this fact, even Severus. Lily had been there when it happened too and barely escaped.
Lily hadn't notice James come up here at all. Hell she hadn't even noticed he was even following her in the first place. Lily thought she was totally and completely alone, which was something she wanted right now. It wasn't until her eyes were actually covered, and James spoke did she know the truth. She glared even though she knew he wouldn't be able to truly see it. She then took his hands off her eyes and turned to him. "What do you want Potter and take you hands off me" she spat at him, with a glare. Lily hadn't liked him before, her hatred now was nothing compared to that. After the Mudblood incident she wasn't just pissed at Severus. Lily was also pissed at James And Sirius too, something they probably had not counted on. Oh this was much worse how she normally treated them. Normally she's just plain annoyed with them. This time was much much different. Lily was never one to condone such behavior. It's not like Severus even did anything to them to begin with. All he did was just stand there most of the time.
Lily wasn't saying they should give Severus a chance, especially now after what he did. No that's not where she was trying to get at all. Lily could really care a less if James or Sirius ever gave Severus a chance, only because she was pissed at him. Lily had broken off their friendship after he called her a Mudblood. This didn't mean that Lily liked how they treated others in general though. They always judged before actually getting to know a person. This was exactly the problem that Lily had with them. This was why she would never give James a chance or Sirius. For all they knew there could always been that one person whom they judged before getting to know that would end up being the total opposite of what they had thought. They always acted so darn childish and Lily was getting sick or it. All of them, aside from Remus that is, needed to just grow up. Remus was the only one of James' friends that she could stand to around. He seemed be the only one who had a good head on his shoulders.
